Heartbreaking clip of Katy Perry crying on stage resurfaces amid rumoured Orlando Bloom break-up
Katy Perry was seen sobbing on stage in a resurfaced clip after sources confirmed her break-up with Orlando Bloom.
The Dark Horse singer cried as she belted the lyrics to her song Resilient during her Lifetimes Tour concert in Mexico City in April, according to a video circulating on social media.
Perry struggled to get the words out as she broke down in an emotional display. She moved the microphone away from her face so the audience couldn't hear her sobs.
She quickly composed herself, holding an impressive note as the crowd erupted in cheers.
Fans flooded the comments section of the post to empathise with the now-single pop star.
'I feel so bad for her, like actually. I don't like her music (especially 143) but let's emphasise with her … she's a human too,' one person commented on the post.
'I hate seeing people cry,' a second person said.
'She can't keep a man to save her life,' a troll chimed in.
While the video is nearly two months old, Perry is currently on the same tour, which began in April and will run through December.
Page Six reported earlier this month that Perry and Bloom's relationship was on the rocks but that they were waiting for her tour to wrap before officially breaking up.
'It's over,' our source said. 'They are waiting 'til her tour is over before they split.'
On Wednesday, however, a source confirmed that Perry, 40, and Bloom, 48, had officially called things off after 10 years together.
'Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,' a source close to the pair told Us Weekly.
The insider added that their dynamic is 'not contentious at the moment.'
'Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life,' the insider told the outlet.
Their split has reportedly been 'a long time coming' as things were tense for the exes 'for months.'
Perry's issues with Bloom apparently stemmed from her new album, 143, receiving poor reviews.
'Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album,' a source told People. 'It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension.'
Fortunately, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and Perry are amicably co-parenting their 4-year-old daughter Daisy.
'They are still very much in touch and co-parenting Daisy together,' an insider close to the exes told Us Weekly on Thursday, adding, 'It's not messy between them.'
The Last Friday Night artist and Bloom are reportedly focused on making sure their break-up doesn't impact their daughter's day-to-day.
'They aren't making drastic changes for Daisy's sake,' the source said. 'They will keep their lives in Montecito [California]. They are prioritising stability and consistency for Daisy.'
Bloom and Perry were first romantically linked in 2016 but broke up a year later. They rekindled their love and got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019 – nearly a year before Daisy was born.
The Lord of the Rings star was previously married to Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013 and they share 14-year-old son Flynn.
Perry was married to Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012, though they share no children.

Orlando Bloom's romantic stroll through Venice with Sydney Sweeney amid Katy Perry split rumours
Orlando Bloom and Sydney Sweeney were photographed taking a walk through Venice, Italy, together after attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding. The Pirates of the Caribbean star, who is rumoured to have recently split from Katy Perry, and the Anyone But You actress took a walk alongside Tom Brady on Saturday. Sweeney looked chic in a floral sundress, mini heels and sunglasses, while Bloom wore a black T-shirt, shorts, a hat and sunglasses. As for Brady, 47, he sported a Los Angeles Fire Department T-shirt, shorts and white sneakers. The Euphoria star, 27, and the NFL alum's outing, meanwhile, comes after they attended Sánchez and Bezos' over-the-top ceremony at the San Giorgio Maggiore island, according to TMZ. The outlet reported that Brady was dancing 'with everyone,' including Sweeney and Dancing With the Stars pro Brooks Nader. Per the outlet, the retired quarterback was 'all over the place,' including behind the DJ booth. As for Bloom, 48, he was also on the dance floor. Page Six can confirm that Ellie Goulding sang at the reception, and TMZ claimed that Andrea Bocelli's son Matteo also performed. Following the reception, Sweeney, Bloom, Brady and members of the Kardashian family partied at Gritti Palace until 3am, according to TMZ. Sánchez, meanwhile, walked down the aisle wearing a Dolce & Gabbana gown. Bezos, 61, sported a classic tuxedo. The Amazon founder and the journalist, 55, however, got married ahead of their $50 million ceremony, Page Six learned. We're told they initially tied the knot in the US. Sánchez and Bezos were photographed flaunting their wedding rings at Harry's Bar on Saturday morning.

From Europe to the Aussie outback, Italian singer builds her country roots
There are seldom similarities between the fashion capital of the world and the rodeo capital of Australia. But when Italian-born and raised Nicole Piccione moved from Milan to outback Queensland, she learnt home is where the music is. The 24-year-old budding country singer is a long way from her original classical roots. Swapping authentic cappuccinos for true-blue cattle stations, buzzing flies and red outback dirt, Piccione is working on making a name for herself in the wild west. Since moving to the Sunshine State in May 2024, Piccione has donned her black cowgirl hat to perform at campdrafts, local shows and pubs, revelling in the fiery orange sunsets. Before she discovered a love for western tunes and style, Piccione was classically trained at the University of Music in Milan. "I started to sing before I started to talk," she smiled. But it wasn't until her father took her on a trip to Canada that country music came into her life. "He brought me to this pub, and there was this group singing folk music, and I fell in love," she said. "I just said, 'OK, that's what I want to do.'" The performer travelled to Australia to pursue her country music dreams and a blossoming relationship from across the globe. "I saw a video of a guy playing football in his house in Sydney, and he was an Italian guy, and I loved his lifestyle … he seemed so free," she said. "I texted him [about] how he did it and he told me about the working visa, and then we FaceTimed for three months. "Then he came from Australia to Italy just to meet me, and then we went back together." Their working adventure began on cattle stations in the Western Downs and Central Queensland, and they planned to head interstate. But along the way, they ended up pitching a swag in Mount Isa, Queensland's "stack city", where Piccione learnt to pour a proper schooner in her job behind the bar of the local pub. "The plan was to go to Darwin or Alice Springs, and Mount Isa was just in the middle," she said. While friends and family do not share her taste in music, Piccione was inspired by Tennessee icon Dolly Parton and Australian indie folk band Sons of the East. Piccione said it was the sense of belonging and community bush spirit that drew her to the genre. "I think just seeing the people dancing here. It's not common in Italy to see people dance, and so you feel part of something," she said. "It's always connected to their roots, but it evolves. The happy couple have no plans to end their trek through the outback and head home. "It's an authentic adventure, with authentic people," Piccione said. "It's completely different from Italy … another experience."
