In the men's game, coaches will now be able to challenge: Reviewing 'out-of-bounds calls, basket interference/goaltending and whether a secondary defender was in the restricted-area arc.'
Teams will need to use a timeout to challenge and if the challenge is successful, they'll be allowed one additional review for the rest of the game, including overtime.
The NCAA says the changes in men's basketball aim to 'enhance the flow of the game.'

* In the women's game: Coaches will be issued a challenge, but their rules are different.
Coaches will be able to challenge 'ruled out-of-bounds violations, ruled backcourt violations, whether a change in team possession occurred before the ruling of a foul where free throws would be involved, and whether a foul was assessed to the correct player.

But for the women, teams will not need to have a timeout to challenge. But instead, if you lose your challenge it will result in a technical foul for 'an excessive timeout.'

As of Wednesday, Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Max Muncy has notched a series of impressive feats that have snowballed into one accomplishment so rare, it has only been done once in an MLB season. While it took a Hall-of-Famer the course of an entire season to do it, Muncy did it in under a month. OptaSTATS noted that, 'The only other player in MLB history to do all of that over an entire season was Jimmie Foxx during his 1938 MVP campaign.' Hitting .250/.375/.454 with 12 home runs, chances are Muncy won't be an MVP this year, but since donning prescription eyewear on April 30, we have seen a new Muncy (and not the one with the A's). Prior to his eyesight revelation, Muncy was hitting .180 with no home runs. In the month of June alone, Muncy is hitting .328/.459/.642 with six home runs entering Friday's bout against the Royals. British and Irish Lions dominate Force in the opening game of their Australian tour
PERTH, Australia (AP) — Dan Sheehan made the perfect start on debut for the British and Irish Lions. The Ireland hooker led the Lions for the first game of their Australian tour, scored in the second minute and steered the team to a commanding 54-7 win over the Perth-based Western Force on Saturday. After an arm-wrestle of a first half where the Lions led 21-7 despite having only 40% of possession and spending most of the time in their own half, the bigger, more polished British and Irish lineup opened up and put five unanswered tries on a tiring defense in the second. Scrumhalf Tomos Williams scored a pair of tries before limping off with a left hamstring issue, fullback Elliot Daly scored two tries and flyhalf Finn Russell created two tries with his spur-of-the-moment judgement. He also kicked five goals. Henry Pollock, the 20-year-old England No. 8, played an integral hand in two tries and also spent 10 minutes in the sin-bin in his eventful debut start for the Lions. Early exchanges The Lions made changes after a 28-24 loss to Argentina in a warmup last week in Dublin, putting more emphasis on short, sharp passing.
