'I'm removing ribs to make my waist even smaller - girls are jealous of my body'

After going under the knife five times already, Mila is planning on getting her ribs removed in her biggest procedure yet - all to achieve an even smaller waist A woman who claims girls are 'jealous' of her body is planning on going under the knife for the sixth time - as she now wants some of her ribs removed. Rapper Mila has revealed the drastic measures she's willing to take in order to achieve her desired tiny waist. The musician has endured numerous aesthetic procedures including two Brazilian Bum Lifts (BBL), bum implants, two breast augmentations and lip fillers, and is planning her most extreme surgery yet. ‌ Mila, from China, said she already struggles to find clothes to fit her, yet she's still not happy with her curvaceous figure. Despite being trolled for her look, she says other women are just jealous of her. ‌ Her first surgery was in 2019, and now plans to remove two ribs from each side in a bid to "make my waist look even smaller and my butt look even wider". Mila said she wants people to look at her and think she's had a lot of surgery, in the hope they will think she's a "bad girl". "I'm beautiful and my body is good, so if someone wants to take a photo of me I will make a pose," she told Truly. Being told she's going to "dissolve" in the future due to the amount of plastic in her body, the comments don't bother Mila, who will continue to enhance her body even more. ‌ For more stories like this subscribe to our weekly newsletter, The Weekly Gulp, for a curated roundup of trending stories, poignant interviews, and viral lifestyle picks from The Mirror's Audience U35 team delivered straight to your inbox. "I think my look is super cute, unique and beautiful, as well as showing my personality," Mila continued. However she claimed women hate her for how she looks and thinks it's because they are worried about their boyfriends looking at her. She said it has affected friendships as women don't want her to ever meet their partners. ‌ Despite friends telling her she doesn't need her ribs removed, and worrying about the dangers of it, Mila is set on the operation. "My plan is to remove my ribs as early as I can," and has found a "very good" hospital in Russia. She is hoping to get the procedure done next year and is "so excited" for her new look. "The surgeries I have had made me look small and cute," and Mila believes her music fans buy her tickets as they want to see her in person and see her body in real life. ‌ In terms of the surgery, getting your ribs removed is not illegal, but it can come with certain risks. The ribs function to protect the underlying organs. However the ribs that are removed during a rib resection for contouring generally do not directly cover and protect the lungs, but they still represent a shield for the body. According to Dr Tim Neavin, a US plastic surgeon, the main risks of rib removal relate to the surgery itself. "Removing ribs places the pleura, the tissue covering the lungs, at risk of injury. In such cases, chest tubes would need to be placed for a period of time and patients may need to be admitted to the hospital for observation."

Charlotte Tilbury warns against beauty dupes - 'they steal from your skincare'

Charlotte Tilbury has shared her thoughts on the various beauty dupes of her iconic products and slams the alternatives for "duping the consumer" and "steal[ing] from your skincare" Charlotte Tilbury spoke candidly about the rise of beauty dupes of the products from her celebrity-approved brand, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. The beauty CEO took to the Shameless Podcast to air her true thoughts about the alternatives, which are often cheaper that the original product. "When I look at some of the dupes out there, I get really upset," she said. "As a creative, I want to empower the consumer." ‌ The 52-year-old, who's brand is loved by Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Jennifer Lopez, said that when she's examined the products with her "expert eye and tested with scientists," she claims the dupes "will dehydrate your skin." ‌ "They do everything I didn't dream for them to do. Whether I wanted it to smooth [the skin] or not sit in any lines or pores or dehydrate your skin or steal from your skincare that you had on beforehand," she expressed. "That for me was like no, that's not what I want to do." Charlotte doubled down, explaining that she owns the formulas, intellectual property and technology of her brands' formulas, therefore, "duping is basically trying to sell people something that it doesn't do, they're duping the consumer." ‌ However, not all listeners of the podcast were on side with Charlotte. Some took to the comments to share their views, with one writing: "Maybe she needs to realise the price with a struggling economy and a struggling society, that's why people buy dupes because they can afford them." For more stories like this subscribe to our weekly newsletter, The Weekly Gulp, for a curated roundup of trending stories, poignant interviews, and viral lifestyle picks from The Mirror's Audience U35 team delivered straight to your inbox. ‌ Another commented on the "eyewatering" price of Charlotte's products, adding: "Make it affordable then people won't make or buy dupes. Some of the prices are eye watering." A third typed: "Maybe she should get herself in tune with the budget of the average woman which clearly isn't her and make her products affordable then perhaps the dupes wouldn't be so popular." What's the deal with beauty dupes? Cosmetify beauty editor Maria Mukaranda tells The Mirror that due to the rising cost of living, we've entered "a phase where almost any product, no matter how iconic or expensive, is open to being 'duped'". The trend is unsurprisingly driven by Gen Z, who refuse to gatekeep their hidden gems and see "discovering a dupe as something to celebrate rather than keep to themselves." ‌ "Spending £40 on a foundation or £60 on a serum isn't realistic for many, so dupes give people the chance to try similar products without breaking the bank," she adds. But Maria explains that not all dupes are created equal. "A lower price doesn't always mean lower quality, but it can be a risk if the formula or ingredients haven't been properly tested. There are also concerns about overconsumption and the environmental impact of buying trend-led products just because they're cheap." 'It's also worth noting that not every dupe is a direct copy. There are plenty of well-formulated alternatives on the market that don't imitate packaging or branding, but still offer similar shades or skincare benefits at a more affordable price. These kinds of dupes can be a smart way to get the results you want without compromising on cost or quality.' Help us improve our content by completing the survey below. We'd love to hear from you!

I'm A Celeb star to 'permanently replace Gregg Wallace on MasterChef'

Food critic Grace Dent, 51, is said to be replacing Gregg Wallace, 60, on MasterChef UK after the TV host was sacked from the BBC show by its production company Banijay I'm a Celebrity star Grace Dent is said to be replacing Gregg Wallace on MasterChef UK. A source has claimed the food critic, 51, will appear on the show alongside John Torode, 59, with filming set to begin at the end of summer. The claims emerged days after Gregg, 60, shared a statement warning he would "not go quietly" after he was sacked from the BBC show by its production company Banijay as 50 more people came forward to make allegations of misconduct, which he strongly denies. ‌ According to the insider, Grace, who replaced Gregg on Celebrity MasterChef earlier this year, is "a natural fit" for the show. The source added that Grace "loves to support up-and-coming talent in the industry and loves the format of the show." ‌ READ MORE: John Torode breaks social media silence after Gregg Wallace sacking and BBC ban They told The Sun: "Filming is expected to start at the end of the summer through December. They are also filming at new studios in Birmingham, so it will be a fresh start all round." When it was confirmed in December last year that Grace, who starred on I'm a Celebrity in 2023 but left on medical grounds after nine days, was stepping in for Celebrity MasterChef, she said: "I've been watching MasterChef since I was a girl sitting with my dad on the sofa. "My whole family watches it. It's all about uncovering and championing talent, and to have ended up in this position is more than a dream to me. I'm so excited that I can't eat, which is severely detrimental to a restaurant critic. ‌ "I feel very lucky to be stepping in for the next Celebrity MasterChef. I can't wait to meet the fresh celebrity faces for 2025." Jon added of her colleague: "I have loved working with Grace on MasterChef over the years. She has been an excellent guest, an inspiring critic and also set some incredible challenges." The news emerged just days after Gregg issued a furious statement on social media, claiming that the Silkin's Report into his alleged misconduct"exonerates him of all the serious allegations which made headlines last year." In a lengthy post shared on social media, he wrote: "I've taken the decision to speak out ahead of the publication of the Silkins report - a decision I do not take lightly. But after 21 years of loyal service to the BBC, I cannot sit in silence while my reputation is further damaged to protect others. ‌ "I have now been cleared by the Silkins report of the most serious and sensational accusations made against me. The most damaging claims (including allegations from public figures which have not been upheld) were found to be baseless after a full and forensic six-month investigation." He added: "My decision to go public now is also driven by the fact the BBC News division are intending to platform legally unsafe accusations, including claims which have already been investigated and not upheld by the BBC and found not credible by Silkins. The BBC is no longer providing balanced and impartial public service journalism. ‌ "It is peddling baseless and sensationalised gossip masquerading as properly corroborated stories. The BBC is choosing to allow BBC News to run with this uncorroborated tittle tattle in an attempt to 'get ahead' of the Silkin's summary report and derail what has been an extremely thorough process." A BBC spokesperson said: "Banijay UK instructed the law firm Lewis Silkin to run an investigation into allegations against Gregg Wallace. We are not going to comment until the investigation is complete and the findings are published." The Mirror has reached out to MasterChef and Grace Dent's representatives for comment.
