Three pictures were accompanied with the words "one month of our 'until death do us part'," adding she was "forever" his.

He played a key role in helping Liverpool win both the FA Cup and League Cup in 2022, adding another League Cup title in 2024, before lifting the Premier League trophy last season.
Last week, Liverpool announced that the club would retire Jota's number 20 shirt in his honour.

Soccer-England forward Rashford joins Barcelona on loan from Man United
FILE PHOTO: Soccer Football - Premier League - Manchester United v Everton - Old Trafford, Manchester, Britain - December 1, 2024 Manchester United's Marcus Rashford celebrates scoring their third goal REUTERS/Molly Darlington/File Photo (Reuters) -England forward Marcus Rashford has joined Barcelona on a 12-month loan deal from Manchester United with an option to buy, the LaLiga club said on Wednesday. Media reports said that Barcelona would cover Rashford's wages this season after the player accepted a pay cut, with the option to buy set at around 30 million euros ($35.25 million). The move came after Manchester-born Rashford, who made 426 senior appearances and scored 138 goals for United in all competitions, fell out of favour with manager Ruben Amorim, who called the 27-year-old's workrate into question. Rashford, who won two FA Cups, two League Cups and a Europa League title with United, joined Aston Villa on loan in February after Amorim said he would rather put a goalkeeper coach on the bench than a player not giving their all. The forward, who has scored 17 goals for England in 62 appearances, said he was feeling fitter and better after joining Villa, where he netted two goals in 10 league games, while United had their worst-ever Premier League campaign, finishing 15th in the standings. LaLiga champions Barcelona are set to play three pre-season friendlies in Japan and South Korea starting on July 27. 6 Little Things Someone Does That Indicate They Might Be Into You
Figuring out if someone likes you isn't exactly rocket science, but it's complex enough to make you feel like you need a PhD in human behavior. Between deciphering smiles, decoding texts, and reading vibes, you're basically playing social detective in a mystery that's equal parts thrilling and exhausting. People drop tiny breadcrumbs of interest all the time, whether they realise it or not. The trick is knowing where to look. So if you're done treating every message like an encrypted manuscript from a secret society, let's break down the real signs that might mean you've got a secret admirer. 1. They Keep Starting Conversations About Nothing At All If someone's finding reasons to text you about the weather, that odd movie you mentioned once, or even their favourite sock brand, they're doing more than being polite. It's their way of keeping the door open because they want to talk to you. People who aren't interested won't waste bandwidth on small talk about your cat's latest Instagram post. 2. Their Eye Contact Is Uncomfortably Meaningful There's a difference between casual eye contact and that lingering gaze that feels like they're peering into your soul. If their eyes hold yours a beat too long or they dart away sheepishly when caught, congratulations – you might have a mutual case of butterflies. Or maybe they just forgot your name. Probably butterflies though. 3. They Laugh At Your Jokes – Even The Bad Ones You don't need a comedy degree to appreciate genuine laughter. If someone chuckles at your terrible puns or awkward anecdotes more than others do, that's a strong hint. They might just think you're the next big stand-up star – or more likely, they're into you. Either way, winning. 4. They Remember Random Details About You If someone recalls that obscure snack you like, or your dog's name from a passing comment weeks ago, that's not coincidence. It's intentional. People who like you tend to hoard these little facts almost like a mental scrapbook – adorably stalkerish, but in a good way. 5. They Use Casual Touch To Close The Gap A quick brush on the arm, a playful nudge, or an unexpectedly dramatic high-five can all be subtle flirting. If these touches feel natural and not awkward, they're testing the waters between friendship and something more. 6. Their Questions Go Beyond 'How Are You?' When someone wants to know about your childhood dreams, your go-to karaoke song, or your quirkiest habit, it means they want to know you – not just your latest Instagram story or what you ate for lunch. Depth over surface-level chatter is a classic sign of genuine interest. The Final Clue No single sign can give you a definite answer, but if a few of these show up, someone might be secretly into you. You can keep guessing, or you could just ask. Flirting is fun and mystery can be exciting – but nothing beats being honest even if it's scary. Worst case – you get clarity, best case – they like you back.

Edison Chen caught in public argument, a month after flight attendant clash
Hong Kong actor Edison Chen was seen arguing with a traveller who had allegedly shoved him at an airport in Shanghai. Photos: Edison Chen/Instagram, Xiaohongshu Just a month after reports surfaced of Edison Chen clashing with a flight attendant, the Hong Kong actor has once again found himself in another heated exchange at an airport in Shanghai. A netizen who witnessed the scene claimed that the 44-year-old got into an argument with a fellow traveller who had allegedly shoved him from behind. The altercation occurred near the security checkpoint around 7am on July 21. 'Ran into one of my favourite stars from my younger days, and it was during an awkward moment. He was pushed by a person behind him, and they got into an argument. Even the police had to get involved,' the netizen wrote on Xiaohongshu. Accompanying the post was a video clip showing Chen looking visibly upset, with his hands tucked in his pockets. The Infernal Affairs star stood next to a woman who could be seen speaking with authorities. 'In situations like this, all you can do is watch from afar. Celebrities are also ordinary people who deserve their space. I hope the issue gets resolved quickly,' the netizen added. For the record, Chen had reportedly threatened to get a flight attendant fired while on a flight between Tokyo and New York on June 1, after a disagreement over disembarkation procedures. According to his management, the Canadian-born actor was in the midst of retrieving his luggage when a passenger behind him began to move forward. When Chen politely asked to finish collecting his belongings first, a flight attendant intervened and said the other passenger could disembark first, citing his top-tier Diamond status. Chen, who reportedly held the same status, was left confused by the exchange, which ultimately led to the altercation.
