A FUTURISTIC luxury yacht that's dubbed a "sea spaceship" has been unveiled.
The vast, sci-fi looking ship has been designed for high-speed cruising - and comes with an equally soaring price tag.

The VanDutch 75 is capable of reaching speeds up to 40 knots with its twin 1,800 hp MAN V12 engines.
According to the yacht brand's website, the model is designed to "reinterpret the unmistakable VanDutch style in a more contemporary and Mediterranean key."
Measuring a total of 75ft in length, the yacht's futuristic look also comes with integrated tech throughout.
It's design is was inspired by Italian interiors.

Pricing will vary depending on the configuration - but it is expected to run into seven figures.
"A natural evolution of the VanDutch DNA, the VD75 is the embodiment of elegance, performance and cutting-edge design," the company described the vessel.
"With its huge cockpit and open living space, it offers a refined escape with maximum visibility and sleek simplicity."
The boat has a three-cabin configuration below deck, which includes a master suite and a crew quarter for two staff members.
The company adds: "The external lines maintain that timeless style behind the success of the VanDutch production, with the addition of some technical details that act as aesthetic elements as well, working together and interacting for maximum integration."
It's not the only high-tech vessel to have been launched in recent weeks.

Ferrari plans to build a 100ft yacht that can "fly" over the water with no engine.
The Hypersail project uses foils to stay afloat rather than fuel.
The company's chairman John Elkann said: "[The] America's Cup is regulated and this boat is thought to go beyond rules.
"This project gives us the chance to experiment in new areas."

The Hypersail is currently under construction in Italy.
Ferrari aims to complete a prototype by some point in 2026.
Elsewhere, a luxury superyacht 'sea hotel' completed its sea trials earlier this year.
The Luminara was reported to be offering a glamorous trip that could cost as much as $78,377 (£58,120) for a seven-night trip.

The new research, conducted by experts at Chicks Gold, scored UK locations out of 100 based on several factors. This included the cost of eating out, the average price of a local Airbnb, and transport costs in and around each town or city. The number of attractions in each area and the number of restaurants per 10,000 people were also taken into account. They then used this data to compile a list of the best ten locations, and three Scottish cities ranked high in the list. Staycations provide a stress-free alternative for those looking to simply relax on their summer holidays Al Alof Scotland is home to a number of wonderful places with gorgeous landscapes that are steeped in history - so it's no surprise that many receive nationwide attention. The top three staycation spots were all awarded to English cities, with Oxford coming in first with a score of 93.60. Coming in at a close second was York, which ended up with a score of 92.80. Rounding out the top three locations is Cambridge, which received a score of 91.40. Plans to renovate Fyvie Castle in Aberdeenshire have been unveiled, and it will see the A-listed attraction completely transformed. The 13th-century castle has a jaw-dropping 123-acre garden and estate and was taken over by the National Trust for Scotland back in 1984. And now, new master plans have revealed what is in store for the future of the 800-year-old castle. According to the Press and Journal, the works will be carried out in phases, and the first phase is set to see 'essential' conversation work carried out on the castle. The works will also look at some 'critical issues' in the castle, including decay of carved stonework. It will also see the B-listed 'at-risk' Old Home Farm complex, which sits inside the estate grounds, fixed and transformed into a welcoming new hub. Through this masterplan, we are taking the castle, gardens and grounds into their next era John Brown Drawings have revealed plans for an incredible new visitor hub, complete with a cafe, to be created. There is also expected to be a brand-new exhibition, as well as a conference, retail, skills and workshop spaces. After all the conservation efforts are carried out, it is expected that the public will be able to access different parts of the building for the first time. This includes seeing rooms and areas like the Victorian stables, as well as other never-seen-before artefacts. Mystery castle built in lake…but no one knows who owns it or how it was built The first phase is expected to be completed by 2027 and will cost around £5million. However, the full renovation and revamp project is thought to take around a decade to complete. And it means that a major 'international' fundraising effort will be required to pull it all together. Steeped in history FYVIE Castle, a remarkable fortress located near Oldmeldrum and Turriff, is one of Scotland's most iconic landmarks. It has been home to notable historical figures, including William the Lion, Robert the Bruce, and Charles I. It is also steeped in folklore, making it a fascinating workplace for those with an interest in Scottish history. The castle, which boasts nearly nine centuries of history, has become a sought-after venue for weddings and corporate events. Renowned for its opulent interiors, ornate ceilings, and world-famous art collection, the castle provides a truly magical setting for celebrations and gatherings. Park director John Brown told the Press and Journal: 'We are delighted to have been selected by the National Trust for Scotland to design the strategic masterplan for Fyvie Estate and develop the conservation proposals for Fyvie Castle. 'At its heart is an exploration of the joyful spirit of Fyvie'. National Trust for Scotland (NTS) chief executive Phil Long added: 'Through this masterplan, we are taking the castle, gardens and grounds into their next era.
