Supermodel Naomi Campbell Wore This Dubai-Based Designer At Disneyland Abu Dhabi's Debut

The internet went into a frenzy when fashion sensation and supermodel Naomi Campbell was noticeably absent from the 2025 Met Gala.
But it seems the 55-year-old had other plans, jetsetting a little closer to the Middle East for an iconic moment in the UAE.
Just recently, Campbell was spotted attending one of Abu Dhabi's most exclusive (and exciting ) events. The emirate played host to a star-studded lineup to celebrate the UAE's latest plans for yet another iconic landmark in the making: Disneyland Abu Dhabi.
Truly a magical night that unveiled the historic announcement, the event, which took place on Yas Island Abu Dhabi, welcomed a mix of Hollywood's biggest names and the region's stellar stars, including Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick, singer Tyrese Gibson, Lebanese icon Nancy Ajram, and Dubai Bling cast member and Kayali founder Mona Kattan.
Naturally showing her impeccable taste, the British model marked the occasion with her unapologetic energy and style, wearing a couture dress by Dubai-based Tunisian designer Ali Karoui.
The look featured a vibrant orange colourway, a sleek silhouette which defined her edge, and a sweeping shoulder veil. She completed her ensemble with accessories by another UAE-based jewellery brand, Karlito, featuring a dazzling diamond set of dainty bracelets and rings.
Of course, Middle Eastern fans of the model were pleasantly surprised but nonetheless ecstatic with her warm interaction with the region's legendary singer, Nancy Ajram. The two icons were seen sharing pleasantries and casually holding a conversation–a moment that quickly went viral across social media.

Anna Wintour Steps Down as Vogue's Editor-in-Chief — What This Means for Fashion's Future
MILAN, ITALY – MARCH 01: Anna Wintour attends the Salvatore Ferragamo show during the Milan Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2015 on March 1, 2015 in Milan, Italy. (Photo by) It's the end of an era — and the start of something new. Anna Wintour, the fashion industry's most enduring editorial power player, is officially stepping down as Editor-in-Chief of Vogue US after 37 years at the helm. The announcement was made today, June 26, during an internal Condé Nast staff meeting, sparking headlines — and speculation — across the fashion world. (Photo by John Nacion/Variety via Getty Images) Though she's stepping back from her iconic role overseeing the American edition of Vogue , Wintour isn't going far. She'll continue serving as Global Chief Content Officer for Condé Nast and Global Editorial Director of Vogue , roles that allow her to guide the magazine's international vision and strategy. (Photo by John Shearer/WireImage) Still, the move marks a monumental shift — not just for Vogue , but for the entire fashion media landscape. Wintour's tenure is unmatched. Since taking over in 1988, she's helped launch careers, defined beauty standards, and famously curated everything from September issues to Met Gala guest lists. Her influence has shaped culture far beyond fashion, establishing her as a gatekeeper for designers, celebrities, and trends. As Vogue US searches for a new editorial lead, questions arise: Who will inherit the crown? And more importantly, what does modern fashion media look like without Wintour's signature bob and sunglasses guiding it? Article title: 'Eye: Widow's Pique (Photo by Fairchild Archive/Penske Media via Getty Images) The timing is telling. In an age where TikTok trends outpace runway recaps, and new generations crave authenticity over elitism, Wintour's move may signal a passing of the torch — not just to a new editor, but to a new era of fashion storytelling. As audiences look for more diverse, global, and digital-first voices, legacy brands are evolving. At GRAZIA USA , we've seen this shift firsthand: a hunger for fresh perspectives, bold storytelling, and fashion that feels personal, not prescribed. Wintour's next chapter may be global — but for the industry as a whole, it's a moment to ask who's next, and what kind of leadership the future of fashion media truly needs. topics: Anna Wintour, Vogue, Fashion news

Dua Lipa Confirms Engagement To Callum Turner & The Story Behind Her Ring
Dua Lipa and Callum Turner attend the 2025 Met Gala Celebrating 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style' at Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 05, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by John Shearer/WireImage) Dua Lipa has confirmed her engagement to Callum Turner following months of rumours. The signs began back in December 2024, when sleuthing fans noticed a diamond ring on the singer's left hand in a photo posted to her Instagram page. Since then, the 'Levitating' singer has been coyly flashing the band on her socials, including just three days ago in a fond Instagram post captioned 'That's amoreeee… ♡,' featuring her fiancé. In a British Vogue interview published this Thursday, June 12, the British singer finally satiated everyone's curiosity, telling the publication, 'Yes, we're engaged.' Dua Lipa / Image: Lipa, 29, told the outlet that Turner, 35, consulted her sister, Rina, as well as her best friends before having her ring made. The stunning piece features a wide cigar band with what appears to be a round cut stone set low into the gold base. We're obsessed with the departure from the long-trending delicate band to a chunkier and more substantial style—and the singer squarely agrees. 'I'm obsessed with it. It's so me,' she said. 'It's nice to know the person that you're going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well.' Dua Lipa and Rina Lipa / Image: Regarding future wedding plans, Lipa and Turner are taking things slow. She shared with British Vogue that she is focusing on her Radical Optimism tour, while Turner works on his film projects. 'We're just enjoying this period,' she told the publication. 'I've never been someone who's really thought about a wedding or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be. All of a sudden, I'm like: 'Oh, what would I wear?' While the couple identified a few sliding doors moments where they had just missed meeting each other, the singer first officially met Turner while she was out for dinner with her dad at The River Café in London, where the restaurant's co-founder introduced them. The following year, they crossed paths again, only this time, things were different. 'Oh, it's that really hot guy from The River Café,' she recalled thinking. In conversing, the two discovered they happened to be reading the same book at the time. Lipa cited it as a sign that the two were 'One thousand percent,' destined to be together.
