Actor Sudhanshu Pandey has weighed in on the controversy surrounding Ram Kapoor, who recently came under fire for making inappropriate remarks during the promotional tour of his new series 'Mistry'. In light of the backlash, streaming platform JioHotstar decided to drop Ram from all future publicity engagements related to the show.In a conversation with FilmiBeat, Sudhanshu did not hold back in criticising Ram's conduct, calling his behaviour a reflection of "mansik asthirta" (mental instability). Among the statements he made were an offhand joke about kissing a male colleague, a disturbing analogy likening media interviews to 'gang rape,' a remark involving his mother, inappropriate comments about sexual positions, and objectifying female crew members by saying, 'If they are in my line of sight, how can I not look?'Following the backlash, Kapoor spoke to ETimes, admitting to making the offensive comments.
