My bowels and I have been on a journey.
There are few things more humbling than standing in line at Duane Reade with a Fleet enema in your hand, (at the location with the 'out-of-order' self-checkout of course) because you just want to poop like a human.
So when I say I've been there, trust me, I've been there.
5 Kourtney Kardashian has the secret to making you poop if you've been feeling constipated.

I started taking a moderate weight management medication called metformin that, while helpful, has the unfortunate side effect of slowing things down in the gut department if I'm not adequately hydrated. So, given I live a perpetually dehydrated life, I was feeling a little… stuck.
Even with a decent diet and my trusty fiber bars, I was still feeling thick.
It was serendipity that Lemme No. 2, Kourtney Kardashian Barker's gut-friendly go-poo-poo gummies, landed on my desk. Literally, our Wellness Editor stopped by as if she could see the discomfort in my face and asked me if I was open to trying these Kardashian poop gummies (or rather, Kardashian brand gummies that help you poop) as long as I was willing to write about them.
'Trying and writing about products is what I do, girl,' I said as the New York Post Commerce Director. 'Bring 'em on.'
This wouldn't be the first time I've gotten down and dirty about gut and butt health online before, but that's a story for a another day (and for another job).

What is Lemme No. 2?
Part of Kardashian Barker's Lemme line, Lemme No. 2 is a vegan gummy supplement designed to support digestion and regularity.
At a glance, it's a delicious gummy that helps you go. But under the hood, Lemme No. 2 isn't your mom's Costco fiber chewable. It packs a pretty impressive combo of ingredients designed to support digestion, regularity, and overall gut health.
Amazon
Support regular digestion with these vegan, strawberry-flavored gummies packed with fiber, magnesium citrate, and science-backed probiotics (Bacillus subtilis and coagulans). Made with plant-based agar agar instead of gelatin, they're formulated to help things move naturally without the harsh crash of typical laxatives. Your gut (and your toilet) will thank you.
Pros: Tastes like a treat, works like a charm
Gentle and effective (no scary surprises)
Nice packaging you can leave out
Vegan, non-GMO, clean ingredients
Cons: Pricey
Not a miracle fix
Each serving includes:
4 grams of prebiotic fiber (from chicory root) to help feed the good bacteria in your gut and keep things moving smoothly. Fun fact: about 95% of Americans aren't getting enough fiber, so this one's pulling serious weight.

Probiotics like Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans , which are two science-backed strains that actually survive your stomach acid long enough to make a difference in your digestive tract.

And if you're vegan or just grossed out by animal byproducts in your vitamins (same), here's the good news: these gummies use agar agar, a seaweed-derived thickener instead of gelatin. That's the magic that gives them their chew without borrowing anything from bones.
It's a pretty clean formula designed to get things moving without wrecking your routine.

5 Bonus: The purple bottle looked beautiful on his desk at work.

Performance: Did Lemme get me going?
Shockingly, yes.
I started with the recommended two gummies per day and noticed relief after about three days. Nothing dramatic, no mad dash to the bathroom or sudden urges mid-meeting, but my body just… started cooperating.
My bloating eased up, my mood lifted, and my pants fit like they forgave me.
From there, I kept the bottle at my desk and took them every other day or so, mainly when I knew I hadn't had enough water or veggies to do the job naturally. My gut and my butt stayed grateful.
5 Kourtney's gummies have 4 grams of prebiotic fiber, plus probiotics and vitamin D.

Final verdict
I'm not one to buy something just because a Kardashian made it (quite the opposite, actually), but if they make a product that keeps me regular, I'll absolutely keep it in my drawer.
Lemme No. 2 isn't a cure-all, but it is an effective, non-intimidating way to keep things moving, especially when your lifestyle (or medication) is putting the brakes on your bowels.
I'll be honest: I rolled my eyes when I first saw it. But three days later, I unclenched, literally and emotionally.
Would I try other products from the line? I'm already reading ingredient lists…
How I Tested
Timeframe: 2+ months
2+ months Dosage: two gummies daily at first, then two every other day
two gummies daily at first, then two every other day Environment: mostly at work
mostly at work Comparison: previously used fiber supplements and flirted with the idea of a fleet enema (did not follow through — thankfully)

PGA Tour Vet Goes Unrecognized In 'Undercover' Club Fitting At Golf Store

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. The 3M Open was heating up at TPC Twin Cities entering Day 3. Thorbjørn Olesen led the pack with a score of 14-under-par, while Jake Knapp started the day just one stroke behind him. However, amid all the score discussions, arguably the week's most viral moment came outside the ropes, away from the course even, at Golf Galaxy store in Blaine, Minnesota. PGA Tour pro Zac Blair shares hilarious incident Zac Blair, who got into the 3M Open field as a late alternate on Wednesday, posted a hilarious video to Instagram that's quickly become a fan favorite. With the course closed due to storms on Wednesday, Blair headed to Golf Galaxy for a casual club fitting, but as an "undercover". He got dressed in sweats, a blue T-shirt and let the staff treat him like any weekend golfer. OAKMONT, PENNSYLVANIA - JUNE 12: Zac Blair of the United States hits a tee shot on the 10th hole during the first round of the 125th U.S. OPEN at Oakmont Country Club on June 12,... OAKMONT, PENNSYLVANIA - JUNE 12: Zac Blair of the United States hits a tee shot on the 10th hole during the first round of the 125th U.S. OPEN at Oakmont Country Club on June 12, 2025 in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. (Photo by) More Getty Images Nic, the fitter, helped Blair but had no idea he was working with a Tour pro who's earned nearly $8 million in career prize money. When Blair requested a Titleist driver, Nic told him to "get his shoulders loose" and hit a few shots so they could measure his clubhead speed. The 34-year-old, enjoying the moment, agreed, swung a few pro shots and acted along. At one point, Blair's friend, who was recording the whole incident, asked Nic to guess the Tour pro's handicap. "I'll say probably one ... a regular one," Nic replied as shown in the video posted on Blair's Instagram handle. "I'm a 2.5 so," he added. "So you think he's better than you?" the friend questioned further. "Umm no," Nic replied with confidence. The moment was pure comedy. Blair is known as one of the shortest hitters on Tour. After a few swings, Nic fitted him with a driver that Blair later used to shoot a bogey-free 64 in Round 1 and 72 on Day 2 at the 3M Open. That was a good enough score to make the cut and head into the weekend at 6-under. Blair's Instagram caption made it clear the video wasn't meant to mock anyone. In fact, he praised Nic's knowledge and fitting skills. "Pt. 2 had to head back to golf galaxy and scoop that driver @nicholasurban1988 got me fitted in! Thanks again for putting up with us and pumped to have him out watching at the 3m this week!" he captioned his next post by sharing a video of meeting the fitter again and thanking him. This isn't Blair's first brush with a club-fitting incident The Salt Lake City, Utah, native faced a similar situation in Canada two years ago when his driver broke down mid-round. At that time, all the equipment trucks had left the tournament, and he had to scramble to find a replacement, again, without being recognized. The 34-year-old turned pro in 2014 and played college golf at BYU. Though he's still chasing his first PGA Tour win, he's had notable finishes, including a T4 at Zurich Classic last year, T2 at the 2023 Travelers Championship. He also made headlines during U.S. Open week last month with a 120-yard putt at Oakmont that went viral. As of this week, Blair entered the weekend round at TPC Twin 8 shots behind the leader. Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Are Instagram Official

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are finally Instagram official, people! On Friday, the Kansas City Chiefs' tight end posted photos of him and Taylor together for the very first time on his social media. On July 25, on Instagram, he wrote, "Had some adventures this offseason, kept it 💯." In the photos, Taylor and Travis are full-on matching for an adorable date night. If you look super close, you can notice that Travis has Taylor as his cellphone lock screen. Eek! In the other photos, Tayvis are cozied up in winter gear as they hang out on an ice rink. The "Shake It Off" singer and Travis have apparently been spending lots of time together this year, and based on the pictures, Travis' family — his parents Donna and Ed, and his brother Jason have been part of the adventure as well. In other photos, they're pictured with their friends. And I'm living for these new pictures. We finally got an upgrade from all those random paparazzi and football game photos. The pair first sparked dating rumors in September 2023 after Taylor was spotted at several Chiefs' games. They seemingly confirmed their relationship the next month when they stepped out holding hands at a Saturday Night Live afterparty. And since they've always been randomly spotted together somewhere, but the official photos were scarce. And now, we have Instagram photos! The photos are going viral, and the people are losing their minds. With this news, it's time for me to play the 27-hour, 404 song "Taylor Swift Complete Collection" Spotify playlist on shuffle while I clean my house.
