All seasons of ‘South Park' have a new streaming home. Where can you watch?
All 26 seasons of Comedy Central's sitcom, as well as the new 27th season, will move to Paramount+ in the U.S. following an exclusive 5 year licensing deal announced Wednesday, July 23. The deal includes 50 new episodes that will join streaming service the day after each one airs on Comedy Central.
The "South Park" library in the U.S. was previously on HBO Max for the past five years.
Since premiering in 1997, the dark comedy co-created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone has achieved long lasting success through its raunchy humor often making satirical digs about pop culture and politics. The show is more popular than ever and the creators have no plans to stop soon, according to a Paramount+ news release.
Stone said in the news release that the entire creative team is grateful for the deal and look forward to making new content for the next five years.
"This is about more than a contract — it's about our commitment to this organization, our teammates, and our fans. We're focused on building something special and doing whatever it takes to bring championships to this city," Parker said in the news release.
The license deal between Paramount and Parker and Stone's company Park County is reportedly worth $1.5 billion, according to Deadline. The two companies' joint venture is known as South Park Digital Studios.
When is 'South Park' coming to Paramount+?
The first 26 seasons of "South Park" are available to stream on Paramount+.
New episodes of Season 27 will stream on Paramount+ the day after airing on Comedy Central.
Viewers can also stream the animated sitcom through FuboTV, Philo, Sling TV, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV or DirecTV.
What time does 'South Park' Season 27 premiere?
"South Park" South Park premieres on Wednesday, July 23, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. The episode will be rebroadcasted at 11:35 p.m. ET.

HBO Max is back with another wave of new releases to keep you entertained throughout August. This month's batch includes new movies (including one with "The Fantastic Four: First Steps" star Pedro Pascal), plus plenty of library additions, documentaries, live sports and, of course, the very welcome return of a DC star: John Cena. Yes, after being away from our screens for far too long, "Peacemaker" season 2 is finally returning to the streaming service (after briefly popping up in James Gunn's "Superman"), for what looks to be another blast of fun. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck's "Freaky Tales" is an anthology movie all based on real events and real locations from Oakland, California, in 1987. Across one night, it sketches four scrappy stories about a variety of colorful characters — including an NBA star, a female rap duo, punk teens, and a career crook who wants to leave his criminal life behind, among others — with a genre movie feel and the odd shock of ultra-violence. "Freaky Tales" is fun, '80s-inflected stuff that some HBO Max subscribers are going to really get a kick out of. Stream on HBO Max from August 8 If you're looking for some family entertainment this month, Isaiah Saxon's fantasy adventure "The Legend of Ochi" seems a solid choice. This wondrous watch from A24 whisks us off to a small village on the island of Carpathia, where we meet Yuri (Helena Zengel), a young girl who is raised to fear creatures known as "the Ochi." When she encounters a lost baby, Ochi, she embarks on a journey to take him back home. It wasn't universally loved (it's 75% on Rotten Tomatoes) and drew criticism for having a slightness in the character/story departments, but for its impressive visuals and brilliant puppetry values, I think "The Legend of Ochi" warrants a watch. Stream on HBO Max from August 15 "Peacemaker" exploded onto the scene in 2022 as a raucous action comedy spinoff from James Gunn's pre-DCU 2021 hit, "The Suicide Squad" that gave John Cena's jingoistic antihero the limelight. The result? An utterly hilarious, hugely entertaining blood-soaked romp. Season 2 sees him discovering an alternate world where life is everything that Chris Smith/Peacemaker could want. The problem is, that discovery also forces him to face his own traumatic past. Judging by the teaser we've seen, that same winning vibe's been preserved, and then some, and I can't wait to see Peacemaker and his pals back in action. The summer heat isn't letting up — and neither is your watchlist. With new shows premiering on Netflix, Peacock and other streaming services, now's the perfect time to cool off inside with something worth bingeing. This week's TV lineup delivers a little bit of everything. Jason Momoa goes full warrior mode in the sweeping historical saga "Chief of War," while "Twisted Metal" season 2 brings back post-apocalyptic mayhem. Stand-up comedian Leanne Morgan turns real-life heartbreak into sitcom gold in a new comedy based on her hit Netflix special, 'I'm Every Woman,' and co-created by Chuck Lorre. It's about picking up the pieces — while experiencing a hot flash or two — after your husband of 33 years leaves you. Morgan plays a grandmother suddenly thrust back into the dating pool. She leans on her loud, loving family, including sister Carol (Kristen Johnston), as she discovers it's never too late for a fresh start. All 16 episodes premiere Thursday, July 31 at 3 a.m. ET on Netflix 'The Sandman' season 2 aired its series finale last week, but this bonus 12th episode is a treat for fans that turns the spotlight on Death (Kirby Howell-Baptiste). It's adapted from Neil Gaiman's 1993 comic about the one day every hundred years when Death walks the world as a mortal. Her companion this time around is Sexton (Colin Morgan), a suicidal teen who's not exactly thrilled to be alive. Cars will burn, clowns will kill and Anthony Carrigan will be smirking as the world goes up in flames. Dollface and Mr. Grimm crash back in for more mayhem, plus there's a scrappy kid in the mix. Episodes 1-3 premiere Thursday, July 31 at 3 a.m. ET on Peacock Jason Momoa goes full warrior-poet in this gritty, sweeping historical epic set during Hawai'i's fight for unification in the late 1700s. He plays Ka'iana, a high-ranking chief who returns home and gets swept into the brutal campaign to unite the islands. But soon, he begins to question what he's actually fighting for. Momoa co-created the series with Thomas Pa'a Sibbett and directed the finale episode. The Polynesian cast includes Cliff Curtis, Temuera Morrison, and newcomer Kaina Makua. Episodes 1-2 premiere Friday, Aug. 1 at 12 a.m. ET on Apple TV Plus Netflix's messiest dating show is back, and in season 3, it's drawing the cast not just from other Netflix reality shows but from outside the streamer, too. Stars from 'The Bachelor,' 'Love Island' and 'Siesta Key' are crashing the villa alongside familiar faces from 'Love Is Blind' and 'Too Hot to Handle.' Among the newcomers are 'Bachelor' exes Clayton Echard and Rachel Recchia, so expect plenty of drama. Hosted by Nick Lachey, the season will feature wild challenges and power plays as couples vie to earn the power to break up others and bring in fresh singles.
