Nothing has already confirmed that its first true flagship model, the Phone 3, will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. This new chipset will bring a greater performance boost to the smartphone in comparison to the Phone 2 model. Now, according to a tipster who goes by Gadget Bits on X (formerly Twitter), shared a post, revealing the specs and features of Nothing Phone 3. Based on the post, the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO display. It may come with a triple camera setup, which may include a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom. On the front, it may feature a 50MP selfie camera.

The Nothing Phone 3 is expected to be backed by a 5150mAh battery that may support 100W wired charging. It may also come with support for wireless and reverse wireless charging. The smartphone will likely run on Nothing OS 3.5, based on Android 15, which may include several OS enhancements and AI-powered features. Lastly, the Phone 3 may offer NFC and eSIM support for connectivity.

Alongside the specs, the tipster also shared a blurry image of what looks like the expected Nothing Phone 3 design. However, with several prototype images surfacing on the internet, we can not be certain that the design is credible. In the image, we can see an unusual camera lens placement, but the Glyph Matrix seems to be positioned correctly based on the recent official teaser. However, we may have to wait until launch to confirm the Nothing Phone 3 design.

The issue first emerged when Suhail Doshi, former CEO of Mixpanel, posted on X alleging that Parekh was employed by '34 startups at the same time' and had deceived Y Combinator-backed firms. Doshi claimed he terminated Parekh within a week after discovering the overlap. Additional founders corroborated Doshi's warning, leading at least one to cancel Parekh's trial week, while another revealed they had just interviewed him before learning of his dual eventually responded to the allegations during an interview on the tech show TBPN, openly acknowledging the truth behind the accusations. 'It is true,' he said, adding, 'I'm not proud of what I've you know, financial circumstances, essentially. No one really likes to work 140 hours a week, right? But I had to do this out of necessity. I was in extremely dire financial circumstances.' He clarified that he personally handled all assigned work without the help of other engineers or AI to Parekh, he began juggling multiple full-time jobs around 2022 after postponing graduate school and enrolling in an online program from Georgia Tech. However, a spokesperson from Georgia Tech reportedly confirmed that there is no record of Parekh as an enrolled student—raising questions about the timeline or documentation. Further exposure came via an exchange on X with Andriy Mulyar, CEO of Nomic AI, who confirmed Parekh worked there. Parekh stated he once held up to four concurrent roles, earning between $30,000 and $40,000 monthly. Mulyar later verified Parekh's identity and affected employer, Marcus Lowe of Create, described hiring Parekh after a strong interview performance but soon faced attendance issues. Lowe reviewed Parekh's GitHub activity and found code contributions to another startup, during claimed personal downtime. He said the situation 'was a huge waste of time such direct immoral behavior felt worth speaking out about.'In addition to Lowe's account, several employees confirmed Parekh's involvement, supported by internal materials and online content showing his presence within their operations. The company declined further controversy has drawn attention to the growing trend of 'overemployment,' where workers take multiple remote jobs without disclosing full engagement. A Wall Street Journal report estimates about 5.5percent of Americans now hold two or more jobs—a trend accelerated by pandemic-era remote work freedoms. However, conflicts with employment agreements and fairness concerns have triggered scrutiny within startup communities, particularly among small teams reliant on full-time the public exposure, Parekh said he has accepted a single role with Darwin, a young startup. ‘Sent me a ChatGPT email': Laid-off TikTok worker slams company amid layoffs, exposes toxic work culture
Amid the controversial layoffs at TikTok's parent company ByteDance, employees are speaking out against the China-based firm's allegedly toxic work culture. In one such social media post, a laid off employee claimed that he was sent an AI-generated email to inform that he was let go by TikTok. Posting on professional social media platform Blind, the worker, who withheld his name, said he stayed up late to deliver his work all the time, but TikTok just sent a 'ChatGPT email' to let him know about his layoff. 'I'm impacted in the latest Bytedance/TikTok layoff. I worked my ass off, staying up late for late night meetings, delivering on always random critical shit projects that don't make sense. Then they sent me a ChatGPT email,' he said. The employee claimed that there was no clarity on what comes for the laid off employees next. 'What I want to know is, what's the next process? Will they literally reach out to everyone that's laid off to talk about the next step via personal email? Can we negotiate on severance?' The laid off staffer accused TikTok of honing 'toxic' work culture, and threatened to complain to the US Congress. 'I know so much toxic culture problems that the Congress and other public would love to hear about discriminations, disgusting bathroom usage, and how incompetently they still deal with personally identifiable information of American citizens,' the employee said. Beleagured video sharing platform TikTok has opted for a third round of layoffs since April in the US, this time hitting workers from its US e-commerce division TikTok Shop, Bloomberg reported on Thursday. 'As the TikTok Shop business evolves, we regularly review our operations to ensure long-term success,' a spokesperson for the video-sharing app was quoted as saying in a statement Wednesday. 'We've made the difficult decision to adjust parts of our team to better align with strategic priorities,' the spokesperson said. TikTok Shop's US operations have undergone a series of changes in the past few months following a year in which the division fell short of internal sales targets. TikTok Shop eliminated some jobs in April and enacted a second round of cuts in May, Bloomberg previously reported. TikTok has not issued an official comment on how many people will be affected due to its latest round of layoffs.
