Zara Tindall dons rugby merch as she joins husband Mike to watch game in 'home away from home' Australia
Former rugby union player Mike, 46, shared a glimpse of the fun at Sydney 's Accor Stadium on Instagram today, marvelling over the rugby game's 'incredible atmosphere' that saw Queensland 's victory over New South Wales.
Princess Anne 's daughter, 44, looked radiant in the sweet selfie shared by her husband, and she ditched her usual formal clothes for casual attire, including a rugby merchandise scarf.
While Zara's family members have been enjoying a spot of tennis in London 's balmy temperatures at Wimbledon, she wrapped up warm in a jumper and scarf to protect herself against Sydney's winter chill.
After being spotted cheering on from the sidelines by Australian TV channel Nine, Mike, dressed in jeans and a black jacket, and Zara posed on the pitch after the game on Wednesday.
Mike and Zara, who are parents to their three children, Mia, Lena, and Lucas, attended the event as guests of Maroons coach Billy Slater's wife, Nicole Slater.
The pair are understood to be good friends with Maroons boss Slater, after they crossed paths at a polo event in Queensland back in January 2024.
Slater teamed up with Mike and Australian polo star, Ruki Ballieau, for the celebrity polo match at the Magic Millions Showjumping and Polo Day last year.
The State of Origin is an annual rugby league series between the New South Wales Blues and Queensland Maroons, with the latter winning the series 2-1 on Wednesday.
Father-of-three Mike wrote in the caption, 'So so so good to be at the 'Decider' of #stateoforigin2025.
'Incredible atmosphere and fair play to the Maroons after an emotional week, being able to put that emotion on the field in a great team performance. Thanks to @b1slater and @nicoleroseart for looking after us so well.
'Was amazing to be in the changing rooms and see everything that makes rugby (both codes) an incredible sport.'
Zara and Mike are no strangers in Australia, and typically travel there each year to attend the Magic Millions.
The duo, who have been married for 13 years, are brand ambassadors for the racehorse auction house Magic Millions, a deal that reportedly earns them £125,000 every year.
Talking to Hello, Zara, previously explained: 'We have always loved Australia, and it is like a home from home for us... although the Magic Millions carnival is busy...we couldn't ask for a better way to start the year'.
It comes after Zara joined her topless husband Mike as they were filmed singing while sporting hard hats and swigging beers.
The granddaughter of the late Queen and her rugby player husband attended an exclusive UK festival - believed to be a private party thrown by the Tindalls - over the weekend.
After dressing formally for Royal Ascot the week prior, the royals were seen letting their hair down, instead donning hard hats, glittery facepaint and overalls.
Mike added a hard hat and was clutching a Peroni, while an excited Zara kept it casual in denim dungarees and a white vest top.
The duo, who have been married since 2011, were lip-syncing to TikToker Chilli Chilton's song 9,000 miles, written when she moved to Australia and was 'replaced in six days' by a boy back home.
And they were in good company, as Chilli had also enlisted 50 Shades Of Grey star Jamie Dornan to sing along too for her video, which has now racked up nearly 600,000 views.
Pointing to the camera while holding his beer, Mike mouthed: 'Problem one, 9,000 f***ing miles', while Zara added: 'Two! It's clearly more one-sided.'
Mike and Zara were clearly getting into the party spirit with the builder theme, wearing lanyards reading: 'Authorised site access, permit for work.'
Writing in the caption, Chilli joked: 'Just my mates helping me out with promo!'
Royal fans were left delighted by seeing such a down-to-earth side to Mike and Zara. They wrote: 'Still can't believe he's a member of the royal family. Absolute love what he does. Keep up the funny work Mike';
'I wish they would take up some public duties even just the odd thing here and there, they are so relatable';
'Zara is my fave royal of all time…!';
'The fact she's The Queens granddaughter Makes this X1000 better';
'The Tindalls being amazing as always';
'Zara Tindall appearing on my for you page was not on my bingo card but here we are.'
And when one commenter said: 'I love the Tindalls they couldn't care less and just bring the vibes,' Chilli, who posted the song, replied: 'They are honestly the best.'
Since their 2011 wedding, Zara and Mike have welcomed three children: Mia in 2014, Lena in 2018 and Lucas in 2021.
They have long been known as some of the 'most relaxed' royals, and aren't afraid to show their love for public displays of affection.
They're also known for their friendly relationships with everyone in the Royal Family, marking themselves as key players binding members of The Firm together.
At Royal Ascot last month, Zara once again showed herself as one of the most affectionate royals, as she greeted her relatives with hugs and kisses.
She was even seen affectionately pecking the cheek of her uncle King Charles, 76, as well as her mother, The Princess Royal and close friend, Lady Gabriella Windsor.
There were hugs for her cousin Prince William - and they were seen with their arms around one another and chatting merrily.
Zara was back in the equestrian world last month, as she attended the Royal Windsor Cup Final.
The royal has taken on the role that her late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, had previously held at the event.
Wearing an on-trend belted navy blue striped white dress, the mother-of-three looked cool in the warm weather.
Weather her blonde bob-cut hair under a summer straw boater, the royal cut an elegant figure at the event.
She finished the look with a pair of beige heeled sandals, a tan leather clutch bag and some delicate gold drop earrings.
The prestigious polo show, held annually, attracts guests from society's highest echelons.
The event is one of the top five polo tournaments in the world - wooing the biggest names in the game and their impressive pony power, as well as plenty of famous faces.
Zara remains a serious international equestrian competitor, having garnered a gold medal at the European Eventing Championships in 2005 in addition to attaining a silver medal at the World Equestrian Games in 2006.

Australia sweep T20 series against West Indies
July 28 (Reuters) - Australia completed a 5-0 sweep of the West Indies in their Twenty20 international series with Ben Dwarshuis's bowling paving the way for a three-wicket victory in Basseterre, Saint Kitts on Monday. Mitchell Owen top-scored for Australia with 37 off 17 balls, while Cameron Green (32), Tim David (30) and Aaron Hardie (28 nout out) all made valuable contributions as the visitors reached their target of 171 with 18 balls to spare. The win sealed the first T20 series sweep by an Australian men's team in the West Indies. "I didn't expect 5-0 at the start of the series," Australia captain Mitchell Marsh said. "But we played some great cricket. It was something we spoke about after the fourth game. "We knew no Australian team had completed a clean sweep. We've had guys come in and played different roles for us. "We spoke pre-tour about having flexibility and fluidity as a group. The way T20 is going teams just keep going now and it's exciting and hopefully we can continue our power hitting." West Indies fans must have feared the worst when Australia won a fifth straight toss and bowled the hosts out for 170, a total they reached thanks in large part to Shimron Hetmyer's knock of 52 off 31 balls. Dwarshuis picked up Hetmyer's wicket as well as those of openers Brandon King (11) and Shai Hope (9). "It was a little bit of a slower wicket so we tried to hit the wicket hard and use the slower balls as well," said Dwarshuis, who was named player of the match. "It was a definitely a challenge here with two batting line-ups that were ultra aggressive and some high scores. It was amazing to be part of this squad and this series victory." Australia return home for a limited-overs series against South Africa, while the West Indies play Pakistan in three T20Is and three one-day internationals.

Andre Pallante fires 7 scoreless innings as Cards rout Marlins
July 29 - Andre Pallante allowed one hit in seven scoreless innings as the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the visiting Miami Marlins 7-1 Monday night. Pallante (6-7) struck out four batters and walked one while enjoying quite a turnaround from his previous three starts, when he allowed 18 runs, 17 earned, on 25 hits in 15 2/3 innings. Masyn Winn went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a run and three RBIs for the Cardinals, who won for just the fourth time in 11 games since the All-Star break. Alec Burleson had a homer, two runs and two RBIs. Marlins starter Edward Cabrera (4-5) allowed two runs, one earned, on four hits and three walks in six innings. He fanned four. Burleson's homer put the Cardinals up 1-0 in the third inning. The 411-foot shot to center was his 14th long ball of the year. The Marlins threatened in the fourth inning when Jesus Sanchez walked with one out and advanced to second on a groundout. However, Pallante struck out Heriberto Hernandez to strand the runner. The Cardinals increased their lead to 2-0 in the bottom of the inning. Yohel Pozo hit a double, then took third on a wild pitch and scored on catcher Agustin Ramirez's wild throw. Pallante held the Marlins without a hit until the sixth inning, when Graham Pauley led off with a single to right. Pauley advanced to third on two groundouts before Sanchez hit an inning-ending grounder back to Pallante. St. Louis' Victor Scott II hit a one-out double in the seventh inning. After Scott stole third base, Brendan Donovan and Ivan Herrera walked to load the bases. A catcher's interference call with Burleson batting forced in a run. Lake Bachar relieved Josh Simpson on the mound and fanned Willson Contreras before allowing Winn's double that cleared the bases thanks in part to an error by left fielder Hernandez. Jordan Walker's RBI double then increased the Cardinals' lead to 7-0. The Marlins finally got on the board in the ninth inning when Hernandez hit an RBI single against Matt Svanson. --Field Level Media

Footy legend can't contain his anger after being branded a sexist by his co-host on live TV
Footy legend Nick Riewoldt demanded an apology on live TV after he was labelled a sexist by veteran AFL journalist Caroline Wilson on Monday night. The fiery exchange unfolded on Channel Seven 's The Agenda Setters as both panel members were discussing the dire state of North Melbourne. Alastair Clarkson's men were trounced by 101 points at Marvel Stadium on July 26 by Geelong, with Jeremy Cameron booting 11 goals. Bailey Smith was a standout in the midfield for the Cats, chalking up 43 disposals. Tellingly, the thrashing was the third time this season the Kangaroos have conceded a score of 150 or more - and the third time in five games they have allowed at least 130 points. Riewoldt was discussing where it's gone wrong for North when he labelled club president Sonja Hood 'sycophantic' over her praise when the team signed Clarkson as head coach in 2023. The fiery exchange unfolded on Channel Seven's The Agenda Setters when both panel hosts were discussing the dire state of North Melbourne That offended Wilson, who loudly questioned whether Riewoldt would have formed a similar view if Hood was a man. 'That is bordering on sexism, if a male president had lauded getting a premiership coach... you wouldn't call it sycophantic. I bet you wouldn't,' she said. The St Kilda great was seething at the accusation from Wilson. 'What are you talking about? I resent the fact you think that's a sexist comment, that is a ridiculous thing to say,' he said. 'How is someone being sycophantic got anything to do with their gender? That's ridiculous and you should apologise.' It is unknown if the footy identities resolved the tension - or if Wilson apologised - as an ad break broke up the clash. Meanwhile, two-time Kangaroos premiership player David King is concerned for the club's future with Clarkson at the helm. 'You have to be worried, don't you?' King said on SEN. 'Nothing has changed defensively, and when nothing (has) changed what are you building? 'Clarko for five years was perfect, but I thought there would be a more significant improvement in the third year (2025). 'In my own heart of hearts, this club desperately needs stability. It's been through turmoil. It's spat out coach after coach for six or seven years.
