Days of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ defends Johnny, Roman regrets tampering with evidence
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Johnny's in a soup
The latest episode of Days of Our Lives will feature several unpredictable twists that are set to keep the audience hooked. EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) emphatically states that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) didn't shoot him. However, the problem is that he has no real memory of what happened. As such, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) is curious to know more about the incident. This essentially means that EJ will have either to resort to lying through his teeth or rely on some underhanded tactics to save the day.
Jada, meanwhile, pushes Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) too far and he loses his cool. They engage in a heated argument about Johnny's arrest.
Roman is worried about the consequences of his actions
Meanwhile, Roman and Marlena express their growing concerns—unsurprisingly, much of it revolves around Johnny's recent arrest. They're worried about his future, particularly since they believe in his innocence. However, it's worth questioning whether Roman is also reflecting on certain decisions and how they could affect Johnny's situation. After all, he entered the crime scene and removed crucial evidence. If this became public , it could further damage Johnny's image and make his case even weaker.
Ari and Gabi spend quality time together
The show also features a light-hearted subplot. Gabi DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) and her daughter Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes) share a tender moment together and reflect on their bond. However, as always, there is a chance of this leading to an argument with the younger woman asking for the freedom to live her life her own way

Does 'Love Island USA' release tonight? Here's the Season 7 episode schedule, where and how to watch
Love Island USA fans won't find a new episode tonight (Wednesday, July 2). The show takes its weekly break every Wednesday, pausing the drama until Thursday, July 3. New episodes typically stream nightly at 6 PM PT/9 PM ET on Peacock, except Wednesdays, with Season 7 unfolding in Fiji's villa since June 3. Host Ariana Madix of Vanderpump Rules will guide singles competing for love and $100,000. While tonight is quiet, tensions linger after Episode 25's heart-rate challenge rattled islanders like Chelley, Huda, and Ace. Fans can catch up on Peacock ahead of tomorrow's twist. The official synopsis for the season, as per Peacock, is as follows: "Love Island USA features a group of sexy singles on a search for love in a beautiful Fijian villa. Throughout their stay in a tropical oasis, Islanders will couple up to face brand new heart-racing challenges and bigger twists and turns than ever before. Temptations rise and drama ensues as new "bombshells" arrive, forcing Islanders to decide if they want to remain with their current partners or recouple with someone new." The show resumes Thursday, July 3, with Episode 27, expected to address unresolved clashes. Recent episodes saw Nic and Cierra become 'exclusive' during a bike date, though fans questioned their chemistry. Fallout also continues from the heart-rate challenge, which spiked pulses (and tempers) between Chelley and Huda. Season 7's episodes drop Sunday through Tuesday and Thursday through Friday, keeping viewers glued as islanders face recouplings, sudden shockers, and challenges like 'Stand on Business.' Peacock remains the exclusive streaming home for new episodes. Subscriptions start at $7.99/month (with ads), letting fans watch the drama unfold almost daily. Missed Episode 26? It featured Nic and Cierra's exclusivity talk and escalating villa friction. As the season's end nears, expect more shakeups: Casa Amor tested loyalties earlier, and host Ariana Madix teased 'bigger twists' ahead. International viewers can stream via regional platforms like ITVX (UK). Next episode drops July 3 at 9 PM ET, running for approximately 55–70 minutes, as per reports.

Love Island USA Season 7 Episode 27: Release Date, Where to Watch, What to Expect From Voting Day, More
Love Island USA Season 7 was shaken up all thanks to the Heart Rate Challenge, which changed up relationships for many Islanders. Couples were formed left, right, and center, while some ended ruthlessly. Episode 28 will be released on July 3 at 9 pm ET. The latest part, episode 26, saw their loyalties being put to the test once again. A new 'mailbox challenge' was introduced to them, which allowed them to be completely honest with each other, without facing much trouble. What secrets unfolded in Love Island Season 7 Episode 26? Pepe Garcia did not hold back, boldly asking Chelley Bissainthe, Cierra Ortega, and Olandria Carthen about their unexpected plan to kick out Hannah Fields. Amaya Espinal's overly romantic actions towards many Islanders put her on the back burner with them, as they questioned her real intentions in the game. A lot of fingers are being pointed at each other. Arguably, this season's controversial contestant, Huda Mustafa, was put back on the hot seat, this time alongside Chris Seeley, who had his own set of troubles brewing. While Love Island Season 7 will not be on today, it is expected to resume airing on Thursday, where a crucial vote awaits the participants. More Bombshells are likely to be introduced soon and send shockwaves running through the program. As the show nears its end, the girls looking to find love get more desperate, while the boys remain passive and unresponsive to their forthcoming passes. On the other hand, Nic Vansteenberghe and Cierra Ortega's relationship hit a milestone as they decided to stop exploring; however, the consequences of their actions are yet to hit them, as doubt follows them. Curious viewers can tune into Love Island USA Season 7 Episode 27 on Thursday, July 3, on Peacock and Bravo at 9 PM ET and 6 PM PT. Indian fans do not have direct access to the new episodes even as the show continues to ride the popularity ladder. It remains to be seen which Islander is voted out of the villa after so much drama.

Gillian Anderson recieves CineMerit Award at Munich International Film Festival, says 'I feel unbelievably honoured'
Washington DC [US], July 2 (ANI): Actress Gillian Anderson was honoured with the CineMerit Award at the Munich International Film Festival, reported Deadline. Expressing her gratitude, she said, "I feel unbelievably honoured and I feel like I have been a little bit of a hole. I'm a bit of a hermit, so when these things happen, it feels like they are even more shocking because I feel like I have been going on, putting one foot in front of the other and doing my thing, and sometimes I forget that people pay attention." Anderson, who played the character of Dana Scully, shared whether the passage of time has changed how she felt about any of the characters she has played. "It does, I think, particularly for Scully, because it was such a whirlwind for me. It felt like too big of a responsibility to take ownership of at the time. Hearing firsthand from people the impact that she had on their lives, and also the impact on the STEM community and also on the gay and lesbian community... it's easier to celebrate something in retrospect. The demographic range that she has impacted, and continues to impact still, is real," said Gillian, reported Deadline. Anderson added, "There are a few things that I'm working on that feel like they have aspects of Scully. Not in terms of character necessarily, but in terms of her lineage, [which] is built within them. One's a film and one's a book and they make sense because of her. And so, she continues. She continues to impact my life." Anderson also spoke about 'The Salt Path', which is directed by Marianne Elliott from Rebecca Lenkiewicz's screenplay. It revolves around the story of a married couple who lose their home, find out the husband has a terminal illness, and decide to embark upon an epic coastal walk. The movie talks about homelessness, relationships, and how society cares for people in tough circumstances. Anderson said that nowadays she's focused on making projects that really count, reported Deadline. "When you do a project like this, that has so much to say that really moves an audience, and even potentially moves an audience to think differently, behave differently, be more compassionate, be more questioning about the state of the world, the state of our politics, the state of our governments, the state of our relationships... it makes me think differently about the things that I spend my time doing." In TV, she is known for her role as Hannibal Lecter's psychiatrist in the NBC series Hannibal from 2012 to 2015. In 2020, she portrayed Margaret Thatcher in The Crown, earning her an Emmy and a Golden Globe. Anderson is also an author and producer. She compiled the book 'Want: Sexual Fantasies by Anonymous', produced and starred in the television series The Fall, and narrated documentaries such as The Widowmaker, reported Deadline. The International Munich Film Festival runs until July 6. (ANI)
