The album cover for
Sabrina Carpenter 's Man's Best Friend – featuring the pop star in a stunning archive Dolce & Gabbana minidress – quickly sparked widespread debate. The look was styled by none other than Jared Ellner, who was also the visionary behind her wardrobe in the new 'Manchild' music video.

The cover image, featuring Carpenter on all fours next to a man gripping her hair, received criticism from the public for hyper-sexualising women. In response, the artist released an alternative version she cheekily said was 'approved by God'.

Sean ‘Diddy' Combs acquitted of most serious charges

Sean 'Diddy' Combs was convicted of a prostitution-related offence but acquitted on Wednesday of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have put one of hip-hop's most celebrated figures behind bars for life. Advertisement The mixed result came on the third day of deliberations. It could still send Combs, 55, to prison for as long as a decade, and is likely to end his career as a hitmaking music executive, fashion entrepreneur, brand ambassador and reality TV star. The foreperson confirmed the verdict reached was unanimous. After they read the verdict, Combs held his hands up in a prayer motion, looking at jury and hugged his defence lawyer Teny Geragos. Combs was convicted of flying people around the country, including his girlfriends and paid male sex workers, to engage in sexual encounters, a felony violation of the federal Mann Act. The Diddy trial: how AI ‘slop' from Pakistan is distorting reality

Around two dozen YouTube channels are pumping out videos generated using artificial intelligence with false claims about music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs ' sex trafficking trial, racking up millions of views and profiting from misinformation, researchers say. The flood of false content threatens to distort public perception of the musician's seven-week New York trial, where jurors were deliberating on Tuesday to ascertain whether he acted as the ringleader of a criminal organisation that facilitated coercive sex marathons with escorts. The sensational AI-driven channels have amassed nearly 70 million views from roughly 900 videos about Combs over the past year, according to data compiled by Indicator, a US publication investigating digital deception. The videos typically feature AI-generated thumbnails showing celebrities on the witness stand alongside images of Combs, often paired with fabricated quotes. An AI-generated thumbnail from the 'PakGovUpdate' YouTube channel shows rapper Jay-Z supposedly on the witness stand at Combs' sex trafficking trial. WNBA half-time star Red Panda injured after fall from unicycle during show

The popular half-time show performer, who goes by Red Panda, fell off her unicycle and crashed to the court during a court intermission on Tuesday. The incident occurred during the WNBA Commissioner's Cup final between the Indiana Fever and the Minnesota Lynx, and she was unable to finish her show. Her condition was not immediately known. She appeared to be grabbing at her left wrist after the fall – she fell forward off the unicycle onto the court – and was helped off the floor in a wheelchair. Red Panda, whose name is Rong Niu, is a Chinese-American woman who comes from a family of performing acrobats. Her act is composed of her riding on her custom-built unicycle, which stretches about eight feet (2.4 metres) above the court, and balancing custom-made bowls on her lower leg before flipping them atop her head. She has performed at countless basketball games, including Game 5 of the NBA Finals last month in Oklahoma City.
