New Google Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro leaked renders show all angles
Another day, another batch of leaked Pixel renders. This time we have the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro in one color each, but shown from a multitude of angles. The Pixel 10 is being portrayed in the colorway that will be known as Frost. It's still white-ish like the hue that Google likes to call Porcelain, but ever so slightly different. Google Pixel 10 leaked renders The Pixel 10 has a very similar design to the Pixel 9, but the part of the camera island that actually houses the cameras is now elongated thanks to the presence of a third sensor this time around, a telephoto. More Google Pixel 10 leaked renders While that's great news, rumor has it the other two cameras might be getting a downgrade as a consequence - presumably to keep the price in check. The Pixel 10 Pro is much more similar to the Pixel 9 Pro, and is shown here in the Obsidian color, which is basically black / dark gray as usual. The Pixel 10 Pro in Obsidian will have a matte glass back and a glossy metal frame. In contrast, the Pixel 10 will get a matte frame too. Google Pixel 10 Pro leaked renders The Pixel 10 Pro will also be offered in Porcelain, Jade, and Moonstone. The Pixel 10 will also come in Obsidian, Indigo, and Limoncello. More Google Pixel 10 Pro leaked renders All Pixel 10 devices will be powered by the Tensor G5 SoC, Google's first to be made by TSMC and not Samsung. Dimensity 9500 GPU rumored to improve efficiency by over 40%, deliver 100fps ray tracing
Back in April, we heard that the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500 will have an Immortalis-Drage GPU with reduced power consumption and improved ray tracing. As we get closer to the launch, leakster Ice Universe has some details to share. The GPU will reportedly improve energy efficiency by 'over 40% compared to the previous generation'. In addition to the GPU – which may be marketed as a Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 and may be clocked at 1.0GHz – there will be an all-big core CPU with 1x Cortex-X930 (Travis) core at 3.23GHz, 3x Alto cores at 3.03GHz and 4x Gelas cores at 2.23GHz. Peak performance of the GPU has also gone up, especially in ray tracing tasks – there the increase is a whopping 40%. According to Ice, this will allow the GPU to run ray tracing games at 100fps or above. The MediaTek flagship chip is expected to be unveiled before the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, meaning before late September. After that, we will see a surge in new flagship phone announcements. By the way, PC game emulation on ARM Mali GPUs recently got a major improvement, which will be interesting to see running on the more powerful Dimensity 9500. This GPU will be used in other chipsets, of course, but it will be interesting to see which ones – Samsung may or may not ditch AMD, while Google may be switching to an Imagination GPU for the Tensor G5. Google makes fun of Apple's delayed AI features
Vlad, 04 August 2025 Google is unveiling the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold on August 20 alongside the Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a. Ahead of that, we've seen all of these devices leaking multiple times, sometimes even multiple times per day, and Google itself has been teasing its next-gen products here and there. Today, the company has uploaded a new teaser video to its YouTube channel, and this one pokes Apple very hard. See for yourself: In case you couldn't watch the video for whatever reason, note that it's all about Apple's constantly delayed AI features. The voiceover in the video tells you that if you buy a new phone because of a feature that's coming soon, but it's been coming soon for a full year (ouch), then you either need to change your definition of the word "soon", or change your phone. Obviously, Google would prefer that you switch to a Pixel, if you're a disgruntled Apple customer. Google assumes those exist, but in reality there aren't really that many of them. Definitely not enough to make any sort of significant impact on Google's smartphone sales, that's for sure. Anyway, the fact that Google's teaser video is using an instrumental version of the track The Next Episode by Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg is noteworthy too, since Dr. Dre sold Beats to Apple in 2014. We assume it wasn't a coincidence that Google chose one of Dre's best known songs of all time.
