According to court docs obtained by Us at the time, Hewitt claimed that the Cruel Intentions star assaulted her during a fight at his home in California. Phillippe denied the allegations.
'Domestic violence is an incredibly serious issue and fabricated and proven false claims should not be used to unjustly slander the falsely accused,' Phillippe's rep said in a statement to Us at the time. 'The claims are false.'
Phillippe and Hewitt settled their lawsuit out of court in October 2019.
Benny Blanco
Hewitt and the music producer connected in 2019 on the set of the music video for his and Juice WRLD's track "Graduation," which Hewitt starred in. The pair hit it off and confirmed their romance the following year.
