‘I'm quitting': The Office's Craig Robinson walks away from comedy
The Office actor and comedian sent shockwaves across social media by announcing his surprise exit.
The 53-year-old former host of The Masked Dancer teased fans of his TV and stage departure, saying he's hanging up his comedy boots and moving on.
Robinson – otherwise known as Darryl Philbin on The Office – posted a video on social media, looping his followers in on his 'life update'.
'I'm officially quitting comedy to focus on my true calling. Stay tuned. I'm working on something huge,' the Chicago native said.
In the video, he said: 'Hey everybody. Just want you to hear it from me. I am quitting comedy, but not for nothing.
'It's been an amazing run, and y'all been amazing and wonderful.
'But I'm following something bigger. So, you know, thank you so much. I love you, and stay tuned.'
He added in a follow-up video: 'Turns out having a dream and building a business with your friends are two VERY different things.
'I can't go into detail just yet, but for real though any help would be huge.'
Fans commented: 'I hope you're doing something in music, bro! Whatever you end up doing I'm sure it's gonna turn into gold.'
A second vouched: 'This BETTER not be true!!! But you're looking great in the meantime!'
A third penned: 'Whatever you do it will be sensational.'
'Now I feel honoured to have seen one of your last performances as a stand up comic!!!' exclaimed a fan.
'Thanks for some of the best laughs I've ever had. Your charisma is always unmatched,' praised another.
The multi-talented star landed his first major role on the show and has gone on to appear across film and television in various comedic and presenting roles.
The Office ran for 188 episodes, from 2005 to 2013 in the US.
Even years later, the show is a fan favourite – and the show's followers were heartbroken when the series left Netflix.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Craig began his career as a music teacher but broadened his horizons after taking stand-up classes at The Second City while still in school and his talent soon got recognised.

Jessica Simpson flaunts massive weight loss in bikini
Jessica Simpson appears to be showing estranged husband Eric Johnson what he's missing. The newly-single singer rocked a fiery red bikini for a mirror selfie shared via her Instagram Stories on Friday. Simpson, who lost nearly 45 kilograms just a few years ago, styled her look with a green button down and white sunglasses as a navy 'USA' hat sat on a nearby bathroom sink. The 44-year-old added Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' song An American Girl as a soundtrack for the image, which was posted on the Fourth of July, Page Six reported. At the time, the 160cm star weighed 53kg and turned to diet pills to get to a staggeringly low 46kg. Her weight then fluctuated over the next 20 years. A source exclusively told Page Six in January that the singer's new body, which came as a result of changing her diet, has 'unleashed a whole new side of her personality.' 'She suddenly [feels] 21 again,' the insider added. Simpson is said to have ended her marriage to Johnson, 45, after her weight loss made her feel younger and more confident. Simpson confirmed she and the former NFL player, who tied the knot in 2014, had ended things in January after 10 years of marriage. 'Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,' Simpson told People in a statement at the time. 'Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them,' she continued. 'We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.' Simpson and Johnson share three children together: daughter Maxwell, 13, son Ace, 12, and daughter Birdie, 6.

Football reporter's ensemble causes stir at Club World Cup
Eleonora Incardona — and her fashion choices — can't stop going viral. The TV reporter has dazzled football fans around the globe at the Club World Cup in recent weeks — and her choice of attire for Saturday's quarter-final has caused the biggest stir yet. The popular DAZN personality made headlines in February when she sported a see-through dress while presenting a Serie A blockbuster in Italy. The 34-year-old took it to another level during Fluminense's 2-1 win over Al Hilal in Orlando where she rocked a two-piece pant suit that has left plenty of viewers doing double takes. The sideline reporter captured plenty of attention as she stood in front of the camera at Camping World Stadium. After removing her jacket in the Florida heat, Incardona barely batted an eyelid as she finished out the game wearing a tank top that was little more than a bra. The Italian presenter's striped, cream ensemble has raised eyebrows around the globe with some suggestions on social media the smouldering TV talent had crossed the line with her minimalist fashion sense. The fuss made about her threads doesn't appear to have bothered the woman herself, who shared images from the big day on her social media accounts on Saturday night (AEST). The DAZN Italy reporter captioned one photo drop by writing: 'Bye bye Orlando. Heading to NYC'. She has clearly enjoyed being on the ground in the Big Apple ahead of her role in covering Fluminense's semi-final showdown with Chelsea at the iconic MetLife Stadium, the home of the New York Giants and New York Jets. She wrote on an Instagram story she will be calling the venue home for the next 10 days before the Club World Cup final on July 14 (AEST). Incandora has been on a photo posting spree since landing in the United States three weeks ago. One photo of her posing with DAZN Spanish reporter Ainhoa Perez De Lima this weekend just about broke the internet. Eleonora was once engaged to Diletta's stepbrother Mirko Manolo. However, she now dates Italian international midfielder, Samuele Ricci. She revealed in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport: 'I am very happy with him. I met him in one of the most complicated periods of my life. 'I was only thinking about work to distract myself from everything else. And instead I met a wonderful person, with sound principles and strong values.' Ricci this week completed a $40 million move to AC Milan. Ricci's move to a fellow Serie A side also means he gets to remain close by to his partner Incardona. The Sun reports.
