Gulf Air says experiences passenger disturbance on Kuwait flight
The airline said the situation was handled in full co-ordination with the relevant authorities at Kuwait International Airport, where the passenger was detained by airport police upon arrival.
All passengers were safely disembarked.
Expressing regret over the incident, Gulf Air said all required security measures were activated as the safety and well-being of passengers and crew members remained its top priority.
The airline also extended its appreciation to the Kuwaiti authorities for their utmost professionalism and prompt response in handling the situation and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.-

Using DNA testing, investigators proved there were no biological ties to the Kuwaiti citizens under whose lineage they claimed to belong. The probe, which officials describe as the most sophisticated of its kind, is still widening. Kuwait's Supreme Nationality Investigation Committee is reviewing hundreds of additional cases, and more than 200 Syrians are expected to lose their citizenship in the coming weeks. Kuwait recently revoked the citizenship of more than 1,060 individuals in what is being described as the largest nationality fraud operation in the country's history, following an intensive investigation that uncovered decades-long networks of forged identities and falsified records. The investigation was led by the Supreme Committee for the Investigation of Kuwaiti Nationality, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior's Nationality Investigation Department. The campaign uncovered decades-old fraud networks involving forged identities, false family claims, and dual nationalities.

Pilot, Doctor Arrested In Kuwait Airport After Ammunition Found In Luggage
Kuwaiti authorities have arrested a pilot and a doctor employed by a local airline after customs officers at Kuwait International Airport discovered 64 rounds of ammunition in the doctor's luggage, the Ministry of Interior said. Security officials said the doctor, a Pakistani national, admitted during questioning that the ammunition had been supplied by a Kuwaiti pilot. Acting on the tip, security forces arrested the pilot at the airport. During interrogation, he corroborated the doctor's account. A search warrant was subsequently executed on the pilot's home and vehicle, where investigators uncovered a cache of 500 unlicenced rounds of ammunition, 87 bottles of alcohol, and equipment allegedly used to produce liquor, according to the ministry.
