Lee Ryan's colourful love life: From celebrity engagements to explosive love triangles, a secret love child and even a threesome with bandmate Duncan James - as he prepares to welcome sixth baby
And while the couple are living an idyllic life with their three children over in Spain after moving overseas three years ago, Lee Ryan's love life hasn't always been so conventional.
From celebrity romances to rumoured flings, love triangles and even a secret love child, the singer's love life has been colourful to say the least.
Back in his Blue heyday, the star was linked to a number of women - including Atomic Kitten star Liz McClarnon and even American star Caprice.
He looked to have found love with hairdresser Samantha Miller with whom he welcomed his first child, however the news of a secret love child and assault charge led to a rollercoaster relationship and bitter split.
On screen too Lee hasn't held back after he became entangled in a messy love triangle during his time in Celebrity Big Brother after a series of passionate smooches.
While he has even admitted to threesomes with his bandmate Duncan James, it seems now the star has mellowed and settled down for good.
Liz McClarnon
Enjoying a number of high profile romances, Lee was previously engaged to Atomic Kitten star Liz McClarnon in the early 2000s.
The pair had dated on and off for two years and Lee popped the question in 2003 as they got swept up in the relationship bubble.
However they split shortly after amid allegations that Lee had slept with a lap dancer and Liz saying she didn't like dating a fellow celebrity.
Yet Lee insisted he was the one to call things off, saying later: 'It just wasn't right any more.'
Opening up about their split, Liz told Closer: 'I'd never date another celebrity again. I was engaged to Lee and I didn't like having our relationship in the spotlight.
'For me, it leads to paranoia. You read things about each other and wonder who said what.'
Caprice
In 2004 Lee sparked romance rumours with model Caprice Bourret after it was reported they were secretly dating.
The Sun revealed that the pair met at a London club and the model reportedly told friends she and the Blue singer were in love.
A close friend allegedly told the paper: 'She's really happy at the moment. She's been gossiping with friends about how she's going out with Lee but that it's meant to be secret.
'She said she thinks they are in love and she's very excited about the relationship, although it is in the very early stages.'
As well the American singer, Lee has also been linked to former models Alicia Douvall and Stephanie Saunders.
Samantha Miller
In 2007 Lee met Samantha Miller on MySpace after she posted a number of sexy snaps on his page.
Samantha was reportedly a devoted fan of Blue for a number of years and recently told the singer's friends that she had a poster of him on her wall when she was a teenager.
After reportedly describing her as 'well hot,' his friends and family were then stunned when he revealed at his 25th birthday party that Samantha was pregnant.
However the pregnancy was by no means smooth sailing after Lee broke up with the future mother of his son five months into her pregnancy leaving her 'devastated'.
The couple later reunited but then suffered a tumultuous engagement punctuated by public arguments - one of which saw Lee throwing money at Samantha outside a Mayfair hotel.
Their relationship suffered another blow when it emerged that Ryan had fathered a secret love child in 2007.
Lee and Samantha welcomed their son Rayn in 2008. However the couple suffered a bitter break-up in 2010, after Lee was charged with physically assaulting Samantha.
The singer was charged with assaulting Samantha after allegedly hitting her as they drove through London's West End.
The charge was withdrawn that month at the request of his partner.
A spokesman for Ryan told MailOnline at the time: 'Lee 100 per cent denies common assault. He categorically did not hit Sammi and will be fighting these charges in court'.
Later in 2019 Lee reflected on his failed relationships and low points of his life as he told the Daily Mail: 'I shouldn't have lost the family life I had with my ex-fiance, Sammi, and our little boy, Rayn. He's ten now and we're really close again.
'But I neglected the relationship so it's only relatively recently that he's been able to see functioning co-parenting, something my mum and dad never achieve.
'I also have a daughter, Bluebell, who's 11. These are key ages for my kids so I'm working as hard as I know how to make memories with each of them that will last. They're my priority for the next few years.'
Jessica Keevil
Lee fathered daughter Bluebell with Jessica in 2007, prior to his relationship with Samantha, after the pair met in a night club.
After a number of dates Jessica revealed she was pregnant and Lee broke off the relationship and began dating Samantha.
While Bluebell was born in 2008, just a few months before Rayn, Lee didn't undergo a paternity test until a year later which confirmed he was the father.
Lee's relationship with Jessica's family has been troubled, and he has defended himself against accusations of failing to pay child support in the past.
In 2011 Bluebell's grandmother Jane Stowell called Lee a 'terrible dad' and told The Sunday Mirror: 'Lee's been a nightmare. Jess has had to battle to bring their daughter up all by herself.
'It's as if his own child is an inconvenience to him. Every time we ask for help he ignores us.'
However the Blue songwriter slammed the claims and insisted he had been paying for his daughter and disputes between his family and Jessica's have meant that seeing his daughter had been difficult.
A spokesperson for the singer told MailOnline at the time: 'Lee has being paying constant regular maintenance to Jessica Keevil for the last year and a half, ever since he found out Bluebell was his child.
'In fact Lee transferred money into Jessica's account only last week. Any suggestion that he has not is complete fabrication.'
He added: 'In addition Lee held a birthday party for Bluebell's at his sister's house in June last year.
'With regards to access to Bluebell, there has been an ongoing dispute in 2011 between Lee's family and Jessica's family, which has made visitation rights awkward.
'Lee takes his role as father of Bluebell very seriously and is saddened and upset that her family feel the need to make such statements in a public arena.'
Casey Batchelor and Jasmine Waltz
Ever the lothario, Lee was also embroiled in not one, but two romances during his time in the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2014.
The star found himself caught in a love triangle with both Casey Batchelor and Jasmine Waltz after kissing both girls.
While Lee was chained to glamour model Casey before he entered the house, he appeared to lead Casey to believe he wanted to give their relationship a go before secretly spending the night with Jasmine.
Lee and Jasmine spent the night in the UFO out of sight of Casey who was kept in the house, and the devious duo were seen kissing under Lee's bedsheets and then disappearing to the bathroom together for quite some time.
He later explained to Casey about their 'bedtime cuddles' and said he wanted to cool things off because he didn't want a relationship in the house, and didn't want to be perceived as a player.
He said: 'You know they're all talking about us. I was worried about the way people would perceive us. I came in single.'
When Casey questioned if it was just a house relationship for the singer, he said: 'No, well, I didn't want anything. I love cuddling and being with you. Everyone else is making an issue about it. I'm not trying to say anything, but I don't want us to be any different with each other.'
Later after Jasmine was evicted, she came back into the house to confront Casey about her behaviour with Lee.
During the scene, Jasmine snapped: 'Hi Casey, I have a few things to say to you. When Lee and I got together he said he really liked me and saw you as a friend.
'As soon as you left you threw yourself at him. It's quite embarrassing really.
'You deliberately went out to hurt me. I've had to sit at home and watch this. Putting your t**s in his face and saying how horny you are and that you can't wait to have sex with him.'
Duncan James
Lee has also sensationally revealed that he had threesomes with his bandmate Duncan James, who is openly gay.
He told New: 'Me and Duncan had threesomes! We did some crazy s**t with each other. In the past we've done some s**t like that.
'It's not weird...you just high five each other. I think they call it a spit roast.'
Although Duncan rubbished claims of a gay fling with Blue band-mate Lee, he did admit to having threesomes.
Lee made the admission during a candid chat with feisty American Jasmine Waltz and former Apprentice finalist Luisa Zissman in the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2014, telling them: 'Yeah I've been with a man. Everyone's done experimentational s***. I'll tell you later.'
He added: 'Of course, man. I'm a well-traveled person. I've never admitted it anywhere. No-one's bothered to ask.'
Duncan tweetes at the time: 'Still laughin at this mornings claims. Every1 knows about the 3somes but its never gone beyond that. I mean I love Lee but not THAT much.'
A source also told The Sun: 'Lee has an incredibly intense relationship with Duncan. He feels he is the only person in the world who truly understands him.
'They love each other and it's true they've been intimate over the years. They're completely comfortable with each other and still go on holidays together.'
Lee also revealed he was happy for Duncan after he came out as gay in 2014 after previously identifying as bisexual.
He explained: 'It's his business. And he told me eventually... He seems so much happier now. He feels like he's just cool, man.
'I saw him the other day and he was really happy. I love him to bits. He's like a soulmate, a brother. He looks like he has a weight off his shoulders.'
In 2022, Lee was accused of transphobia after becoming embroiled in a vicious spat with a drag queen on Instagram - and later revealed he was bisexual.
The singer sarcastically commented on gender identity, posting to his 172,000 followers: 'I might start identifying myself as an alien / star / seed / indigo child. Anything but human. Please respect my wishes.'
After the post, drag queen Layla Zee Susan - real name Sammy Shepherd - challenged him for his 'insensitive' comments with Ryan launching a foul-mouthed attack on Layla.
Discussing the fallout with The Sun, Ryan furiously denied claims that he was transphobic or homophobic, saying: 'I'm bisexual and my bandmate is gay - I would never disrespect anyone like that.
'I normally ignore things like that but it's like somebody calling me racist when I'm not. Duncan's constantly dressing in drag, he's gay, Blue has a big [gay] following - so this really upset me.
'Some of my best friends are gay. I didn't say one thing about him being in drag.'
Laura Anderson
In 2019 Lee was spotted out on a date with Love Island star Laura Anderson as they enjoyed an fancy evening at Sexy Fish in Mayfair.
However nothing came of the romance and Laura went on to welcome a baby with her now ex Gary Lucy in September 2023.
Verity Paris
Lee and Verity were first linked back in January 2020 before enjoying a loved-up holiday together in February 2022.
Verity - whose real name is Verity Morley - is an Ariana Grande impersonator who starred on the X Factor in 2009.
Recalling how they first met, he said: 'We first saw each other at a Christmas lights switch on when I was promoting and Verity was a performer, and we met backstage.
'A few weeks later, we went on our first date and we bonded over our love of food – sushi, on that occasion. The first time I knew she was the one was on our second date. We picked a Christmas tree and danced around my living room to John Legend.'
On Thursday Lee revealed the pair are expecting their fourth child together as he shared a photo of himself cradling his wife's bump with the playful caption: 'Oops we did it again.
'Baby number 4 on the way to add to our lovely little family! Another vibe to join the tribe we are truly grateful ps…. Check out little Elton John by the piano!"
The couple enjoyed a lavish wedding ceremony in Seville last October - two years after their secret legal ceremony in Gibraltar.
He moved to Spain three years ago to start a family with Verity, 34, and the couple said 'I do' at a registry office in 2022.
After missing out a big wedding day with their family and friends due to the pandemic restrictions, the couple celebrated their nuptials with a fairytale wedding in Seville on 7 October, with all his Blue bandmates in attendance.
Describing the special day to OK!, Lee admitted he cried at several points during the day, saying it 'felt like a dream'.
The couple's three children all played roles in the ceremony, with their daughters being flower girls, while Lee walked down the aisle carrying their newborn son to a string quartet playing Time by Hans Zimmer.
Gushing about his wife, he admitted he knew she was the one on their second date and that 'she saved my life', while describing the moment he saw her in her dress, 'it took my breath away'.
When the couple first tied the knot two years ago, Lee told The Sun: 'I met someone finally who loves and supports me in everything I do.
'Verity is a beautiful, strong and loving woman who I treasure, and I'm a lucky man to have such a wonderful mother for my child, and now wife in her.
'I've never been more calm and grounded and I have Verity to thank for that. I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life because of the wonderful family life I now have.'
The couple moved to a beachfront apartment in the Costa del Sol in 2020 with the duo admitting that they now have a 'better quality of life' and 'new lease of life'.

From cuffing season to orbiting and yassify, the A to (Generation) Z of modern dating terms – how many do you know?
SHAKESPEARE said that 'the course of true love never did run smooth' – and that was before online dating. Finding your perfect match has its challenges, and Gen Z boasts an ever-evolving glossary of terms to describe their romantic lives. To help you keep up, read our A-Z of modern dating lingo and know your DINKs from your kittenfishers. A – Affordating: Low-cost dates, like a picnic in the park or a romantic stroll, if you can't afford fancy flowers and expensive meals. B – Benching: Keeping a potential partner on the back burner while you pursue others. C – Cuffing season: Spanning from October to just after Valentine's Day, this is the time it's deemed best to commit to a relationship. D – DINK: Both working and you've got no kids? Lucky you — you're a DINK. The acronym stands for 'dual income, no kids'. E – Ethical non-monogamy: It's not cheating if you talk about it first — or so say believers in this dating style, where couples agree to have other partners. F – FLR: A 'female led relationship' sees traditional gender roles flipped. Women make the majority of the decisions or earn the most money. It should hardly be worthy of comment in 2025! G – Green flag: The opposite of red flag, this term is used by Gen Z for positive qualities in a romantic partner, such as being a good listener, sharing interests or getting on with your friends. H – Hard launch: Not just for celebs, this is where one or both partners confirm the relationship on social media with pics or a status change. I – Ick: Olivia Attwood made the term popular on the 2017 series of Love Island. Getting the ick involves developing a sharp revulsion towards a potential or current partner. The things i've learned as a gen-z traveller J – Jekylling: When someone shows you their 'best self' at first, but later reveals a much darker or toxic side. Named after alter-egos Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. K – Kittenfishing: If catfishing is creating a completely fake online ID, then kittenfishing is its less extreme cousin. It involves, for example, using old photos or exaggerating qualities. L – Love bombing: Showering a potential partner with excessive affection and gifts early in a relationship. M – Micro-cheating: Any blurred-line interactions which could be seen as cheating, such as private messaging someone of the opposite sex without your partner knowing or even liking their Insta snaps. N – Negging: Using insulting or negative comments about someone. O – Orbiting: Being ghosted means never hearing from someone again — but an 'orbiter' is an ex who lurks, watching your social media. P – Pocketing: When a date avoids introducing you to friends and family or posting about you on social media, keeping you 'in their pocket'. Q – Quiet quitting: The act of emotionally disengaging from a relationship without actually ending it. R – Rizz: Shorthand for the word charisma, rizz is the ability to charm and attract someone using confidence, style or good chat. S – Ship: To ship two people means you're rooting for them to be together. T – Talking stage: The period before a couple commit to a relationship, but do have some level of romantic or sexual involvement — which, confusingly, often goes beyond just talking. U – Undercover dating: Otherwise known as sneaking around, this is when you keep a relationship secret as you get to know each other. V – Vibe check: Basically a first date, and a chance to check if you click. W – Win: A successful move in dating or flirting, like scoring a kiss. X – Xennial dating: The outdated practices of Gen X and millennials. If you prefer face-to-face to WhatsApp and have never used Hinge, this term may well apply to you. Y – Yassify: To make yourself look good to impress. Z – Zombieing: When someone who ghosted you suddenly reaches out, it's like they are back from the dead — hence, zombieing. 1

Kendall Jenner shares rare childhood photo with sister Kylie showing off their unreal adult transformations
Kendall Jenner shared a rare childhood photo as she posed with younger sister Kylie in a post uploaded to her Instagram stories on Friday. The 29-year-old TV personality — who recently competed with the beauty mogul in Alo pinup snaps — could be seen flashing a cheerful smile with her sibling in the sweet throwback photo before their adult transformations. The supermodel wore a patterned ensemble which was layered with a black cardigan while the Kylie Cosmetics founder donned a pink dress and sparkling tiara on top of her head. The two stars often appear on each other's social media pages as they show off their close bond. Last month, both Kendall and Kylie whisked themselves away to the French Riviera while enjoying the summer season. The duo could be seen in an assortment of images together, from indulging in tasty drinks at a crowded restaurant to frolicking in the cool water. The pair have previously opened about their relationship and how they have gotten closer over the years. While talking to Interview Magazine back in 2023, Kylie discussed how Kendall has bonded with her daughter Stormi, seven. The beauty is mom to Stormi as well as son Aire, three, with ex and rapper Travis Scott. 'Her bonding with Stormi has brought us closer,' she said of Kendall. 'We both have this strong presence and personality, but that's not a bad thing.' Actress Jennifer Lawrence — who interviewed Kylie — added that the pair 'aren't really ever vying for the same thing.' The reality star agreed and expressed, 'We're so different between our style and our personality.' The siblings have also been big supporters of each other's business endeavors over the years. Kendall launched her own alcohol brand 818 Tequila in 2021 while her sister founded Kylie Cosmetics back in 2015. Kendall told Vogue last year, 'You would think it's the opposite. Even with my little sister — the biggest thing we would fight over was the TV remote. 'There was never that who's-better-dressed, who's-prettier thing. It was always: You're you, I'm me.' On her website back in 2015 — which has since been deactivated — Kendall also reflected on her relationship with Kylie and wrote, 'We've always remained close, but over the years the two of us have just matured. 'We've really kind of found our own identities, which I think was important to us both. For years we were really stuck as a duo and now we've truly become our own people.' The model has also grown close to her niece Stormi and previously told People that they have a 'special connection.' 'I don't know if it's that Kylie is my little sister, but I was hanging out with her the other day at lunch, and we were just sitting, and [Stormi] was just so comfortable with me, and it made me so happy.' The pair also recently both jumped to their Instagram pages this week to promote pieces for Alo Yoga. Both siblings are global ambassadors for the activewear brand and often model items on social media. Kylie put on a busty display wearing a pink sports bra with a plunging neckline on the front as well as a pair of fitted white micro shorts. Kendall stepped outside to pose next to a convertible Porsche while flaunting her sculpted midriff in a black sports bra with a white trim and matching shorts. The star has been keeping busy and recently took a relaxing getaway with a group of pals — such as visiting Jenny Lake in the state of Wyoming. In one image, The Kardashians star could be seen soaking up the warm sunshine as she sat near the body of water with the scenic mountains directly behind her. And earlier this week, she shared a separate post while having a blast during a road trip and took a snap while sitting in the passenger side to show off the grassy fields and mountains in the distance. She promoted her 818 Tequila brand as both she and her friends held mini bottles of the alcohol in their hands. One image was taken as the model showed off her cowboy-inspired outfit which comprised of denim shorts and a black tank top. She layered the look with a button up while also sporting a pair of brown boots and a printed cap on top of her head. She promoted her 818 Tequila brand as both she and her friends held mini bottles of the alcohol in their hands Kylie recently spent time with most of her family to celebrate her grandma Mary Jo 'MJ' Campbell's 91st birthday bash late last month. The beauty mogul joined sisters Khloe and Kourtney as well as mom Kris Jenner for the special festivities held at The Ivy restaurant in L.A. She shared a carousel of Instagram images, with one showing the reality star posing next to MJ as they sat next to each other at a table. Kylie and her older sibling Khloe also paused for a few memorable photos together during the lighthearted afternoon.

BBC launches probe into Strictly cocaine use after claims stars took drug and it was widely discussed on show
THE BBC has hired a law firm to probe damning allegations of cocaine abuse on Strictly Come Dancing by two stars. It is said their drug use was 'well known' on the show. 3 3 3 Former contestants, dancers and crew will be able to speak to law firm Pinsent Masons to share any concerns. The show is facing a fresh crisis after the shocking drugs allegations were made in a legal submission to the BBC in March by law firm Russells on behalf of celebrity contestant Wynne Evans. It is understood others have also reported to the BBC allegations of drug taking on Strictly Come Dancing. A BBC spokesman told The Sun on Sunday yesterday: 'We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us. 'We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns. 'Off their face' 'It would not be appropriate for us to comment further.' The latest stunning claims include one of Strictly Come Dancing's stars allegedly saying to a celebrity about another person on the show: 'Have you seen their pupils . . . they're off their face'. A celebrity is also said to have revealed it was 'well known on the show that two stars took cocaine . . . it was talked about widely among the cast'. A source said yesterday: 'These claims are extremely serious and should be taken as such. "Given only last year that the BBC's Director-General promised to clean up Strictly, it seems particularly shocking. Furious Wynne Evans reveals he's no longer speaking to Strictly's Katya Jones as he hits out at BBC 'The idea of the show's stars discussing drug-taking is deeply disturbing. 'The BBC have known about these allegations for some time, and acknowledged receiving them. 'Now they are taking firm action. They've been told that it's well-known that two stars took drugs, including cocaine, which was talked about widely among the cast. 'Also, the BBC has been told that one star described another as being 'off their face' on drugs. 'It was alleged the star said to another celebrity about a third person on the show: 'Have you seen their pupils . . . they're off their face'.' We are not naming the stars who are accused of drug-taking. News of the inquiry comes 14 months after a probe was launched into claims of misconduct by professional dancer Giovanni Pernice, who was later forced to step down amid bullying allegations. It means the BBC has now had to launch four separate inquiries over the past year into claims of misconduct. Others have been drawn into allegations of bullying on the BBC Breakfast show and dozens of claims of misconduct by Gregg Wallace, who has since been sacked as host of MasterChef. The source went on: 'The BBC pledged to clean up its act and bolster its duty-of-care measures. 'The Corporation is under enormous pressure to take these on-record allegations seriously in order to continually improve and monitor its welfare protocol ahead of the new series. 'No one wants to see the show's image damaged, but it's imperative that people are treated fairly and complaints of bad behaviour taken seriously. 'These allegations are extremely serious and the BBC will not brush them under the carpet. 'Lies and cover-ups' 'They need to protect the image of the show and make sure contestants feel safe and protected at all times. It is, after all, supposed to be a family show.' Worried Strictly chiefs are determined to deliver a trouble-free new show — as preparations have already started for the production of the upcoming 23rd series. In January opera singer Evans — famous for his role in the Go Compare TV ads — was axed from the Strictly live tour after he was recorded making an inappropriate sexual comment to co-star Jamie Borthwick using the term 'spit-roast'. In May, in an emotional Instagram message, Evans revealed he had been told by the BBC they were not renewing his one-year contract — which included him working with Gavin & Stacey actress Joanna Page on travel show All at Sea. It came despite both public and private support from Janette Manrara —who was said to be the subject of the spit-roast comment — as well as her husband Aljaz Skorjanec and Wynne's Strictly pro dance partner Katya Jones. Last week angry Evans blasted the BBC for 'lies and cover-ups' — claiming that the Corporation had been 'fundamentally flawed in its duty of care to him'. He also accused bosses of 'only caring about protecting themselves and their jobs and ratings'. In April The Sun on Sunday revealed EastEnders actor Borthwick had filmed a video of himself messing around with a sex toy in a Strictly Come Dancing live tour dressing room. He was later suspended by the Beeb over a slur against disabled people which was made on the Strictly set. Last year the BBC was beset with numerous crises on Strictly. Sherlock and Mr Selfridge actress Amanda Abbington revealed she had been diagnosed with PTSD after being paired with Pernice. Despite repeated claims against the Italian dancer from former partners including Laura Whitmore, the BBC did not take action until Amanda employed lawyers and issued a formal complaint. The Corporation found in her favour on a number of claims concerning verbal bullying and harassment by Pernice. As a result of the investigation — first revealed by The Sun — the Corporation's Director-General Tim Davie made an unprecedented apology to anyone who had suffered abusive behaviour during their time on the hit Saturday night programme.
