Pictures from the script reading session have left fans excited about the K-drama star's upcoming show.
In a treat for K-drama fans, Lee Jong Suk is set to bring a new show, with the first look and BTS scenes from the script reading session now going viral on social media. Titled Law and the City, the show focuses on the story of five associate attorneys, with Ahn Ju Hyeong (Lee Jong Suk), Kang Hui Ji (Mun Ka Young), Cho Chang Won (Kang You Seok), Bae Mun Jeong (Ryu Hye Young), and Ha Sang Gi (Im Seong Jae) taking on the characters.
As the show unfolds, the five will be seen navigating the challenges and victories of their lives. Employed by law firms, they will commute to the bustling legal district of Seocho. According to Soompi, Law and the City will be partially based on the real-life experiences of writer Lee Seung-hyun, a practising attorney.

With that said, the makers have also dropped newly released stills from the show, with glimpses from the normal lives of Ahn Ju Hyeong, the most senior associate attorney, and Kang Hui Ji, the newest hire in Seocho's legal district. Their offices could be seen with bright lights, reflecting their non-stop pace of life with countless stories and several clients. One of the key posters features a script reading session, where the five actors exude a strong connection as associate attorneys. Lee Jong Suk as Ahn Ju Hyeong looks calm and objective as he gives Ahn Ju Hyeong some smart answers. On the other hand, Mun Ka Young, as a young and dynamic Kang Hui Ji, will be seen following her goals as she remains stable and committed.

The update comes as a first project for Lee Jong Suk amid the swirling buzz about his relationship with IU. The duo were spotted having lunch with friends for IU's birthday celebrations, only for their breakup rumours to grab unnecessary attention. An insider recently gave an insight about their relationship, stating that the speculations are mere rumours and Lee Jong Suk and IU are still together. 'IU and Lee Jong Suk are still doing well," the source said, as per Allkpop.
Earlier in December 2022, the couple publicly acknowledged their relationship and have since maintained a quiet and steady romance.
