A club icon wants major change at Carlton.
Hall of Fame forward Brendan Fevola has called for 'new people' at Princes Park after another horror loss on Thursday night.
The Blues' faithful showed their angst after the 50-point loss to Port Adelaide, vandalising club headquarters in protest of another failed campaign.
Fevola, much like the vandals, took aim at the board more so than under-siege coach Michael Voss.
'Something is wrong, something is going on, the board needs to go, I've been saying that for ages, the board is just there for themselves,' he said on his morning radio program, Fifi, Fev & Nick.
'Get new people in; get old Carlton people in. Blokes like Fraser Brown who would be amazing on the board.
'Everyone is saying, 'Sack Vossy, Vossy needs to go', and I'm like, 'No, I don't think that's the go'.
'It gets to a point where you go, 'I don't think the players are playing for you, mate'. If you're playing for a coach, you don't put up what you put up in that first half.
'They're putting up nothing, they didn't kick a goal for the whole first half.
'They don't look like they've got a system; but they do have a system, they train and they train hard. They're just not performing.'

Carlton was second on the ladder by half a game at round 19 last year but have mustered just seven wins since.
Fevola said the Blues' win return had not matched the strength of their list.
'They have the players; if Vossy and the assistants were coaching West Coast, you'd go … 'Well, they just don't have the cattle, they're rebuilding',' Fevola said.
'Carlton were premiership favourites at the start of the year (and) they're not even going to play finals, their season is over.
'I don't know what's wrong with Patrick Cripps, he looked sore last night. I would just put them all on ice and say you're done, get your body right for next year.'
Fevola also took aim at out-of-contract big man Tom De Koning, who has been heavily linked to St Kilda on the AFL's most lucrative deal.
Fevola said the Blues must demand an answer from De Koning and sideline him if he is not committed to staying.

'The problem is they have Tom De Koning, who is in our top three players. He's been offered $12m to go to St Kilda and Carlton can't match that,' he said.
'If he's going, don't play him; say to him that he needs to make a decision now and if he can't answer that, say you're in the twos – get some young kid to play in the ruck.
'This has been going on all year and it's what everyone talks about; if he doesn't want to stay, just be honest.'

Unfortunately, the race was marred by separate incidents in the straight. Rolls, trained by Maddie Raymond and Patrick Bell, failed to finish due to a severe leg fracture. Racing Victoria confirmed the gelding was humanely euthanized by on-course veterinarians. Jockey Harry Grace was taken to hospital with a sore hand and some general pain. Dakotah Keane was also dislodged from her mount, King Frankel, in the straight. Thankfully, Keane and King Frankel avoided injury. ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ Zahra sets sail for big spring Flemington trainer Simon Zahra has spring ambitions exciting Xarpo after the 'beast' responded to challengers at Caulfield on Saturday. Xarpo, expertly handled by apprentice jockey Ryan Houston, found the front early in the straight as favourite Mercurial Lady mounted a case. Xarpo lifted again to hold a margin, while Illyivy bloused Mercurial Lady for second and third. 'They were entitled to beat her,' Zahra said. 'She was a bit underdone, first-up 1200m, most of them had a run under their belt, so it's exciting.' Zahra said Xarpo would get to a mile in the spring. 'She's won over 1400m but I reckon she's a miler, last preparation she just missed the starts, did everything wrong, we got away with that win at Flemington,' Zahra said. 'To see her now compared to what she was six months ago just a different horse.' Xarpo, a rising four-year-old daughter of The Autumn Sun, has won three of six starts to date. 'We gave her a nice prep last time, she wasn't quite furnished and by the end she was starting to switch on,' Zahra said. 'She returned to the stable an absolute beast (after her spell) … we were pretty confident she would come here today and run pretty well. 'There's a bit of spring fortune we want to target … a complete different horse (now), like a big strong mare and she's starting to do everything right.' Zahra deferred spring plans until after Xarpo's next run, potentially at Caulfield in a fortnight or Flemington in three weeks. 'If she can perform well there we'll freshen her up,' Zahra said. West Coast debutant Jobe Shanahan has kicked his first AFL goal and shown fantastic signs of what he could become as the Eagles are putting enormous pressure on ladder leaders Collingwood at Marvel Stadium. Shanahan played as both a forward and defender during his junior career and has also played at both ends in the WAFL. But he's playing as a forward in his AFL debut and has showcased plenty of skill. He flew for several early marks without being able to haul in the ball, but once he got a taste of the game, Shanahan looked comfortable at the highest level. The Victorian took a brilliant leading mark during the second term and nailed his set shot from about 50m out to put West Coast in front.
