The Aussie sports commentator and former tennis player took to Instagram to share a candid photo of herself along with a moving caption
'Me, free and unapologetically myself,' she began.
'Be you. Be unapologetically you. You've got one life to live so live it free and be your unapologetic self,' she went on.
Jelena told her fans to stop worrying about what people think about their body, hair, clothes and what they have, and instead embrace who they are wholly.
'You can't let the judgment of others stop you from being yourself. Their judgment says everything about them.
'But if you allow their judgment to affect you, change you or stop you from being you then you are not yourself anymore.'
She added: 'You are then just some version of someone everyone else wants you to be. And you will never satisfy everyone anyway.'
The inspiring post comes after Jelena went public with her new boyfriend earlier this month.
The tennis champ has found love again after she was left 'shattered' in the aftermath of her split from her long-time boyfriend, Tin Bikic, in 2021.
She revealed last year she was 'closed off' after the heartbreaking experience, which was another blow to her heart after the years-long abuse she suffered at the hands of her father, Damir Dokic.
But things are looking up for Jelena after Yane Veselinov captured her heart, with the pair confirming their relationship in a sweet Instagram post.
Jelena gushed over her man in the post, writing: 'You are my calm, safe, peaceful and happy place. So glad I found you.'
The pair were first spotted cuddling up together at Melbourne Airport in May, with Jelena unable to wipe the grin off her face as she accepted an embrace from Yane.

Lindsay Lohan shows off her line-free visage and trim pins in daring sheer frock alongside Jamie Lee Curtis at Freakier Friday premiere in Sydney
Lindsay Lohan arrived Down Under on Monday for the Sydney premiere of her new movie, Freakier Friday. And on Tuesday night, the American actress, 39, was looking fresh-faced and line-free as she stepped onto the red carpet alongside her co-star, Jamie Lee Curtis. Opting for a racy black evening gown with sheer skirting, Lindsay flashed her trim pins through the see-through fabric. She carried a $2,235 AUD gold Fortune Minaudiere bag in an unusual fortune cookie shape. For makeup, Lindsay chose a porcelain base with rosy blush and a soft pink lipstick, while wearing her blonde locks down in soft waves. The star finished her ensemble with a delicate diamond necklace and matching, dangling earrings. Jamie, 66, was also looking much younger than her 66 years as she posed beside Lindsay against the media wall. The veteran actress stunned in a semi-sheer maxi dress that skimmed her impressive figure. She added a pair of nude, suede heels and kept her accessories light, wearing a pair of glistening baguette earrings. For makeup, Jamie went for a clean look with lots of highlighter and a pink lip gloss, while wearing her trademark pixie haircut softly spiked. In 2003, Jamie Lee and Lindsay starred in the smash hit comedy, Freaky Friday. which sees the two characters switch bodies, with hilarity ensuing. Fans had long hoped for a sequel to the iconic comedy but had an agonising wait, as Freakier Friday is only now hitting cinemas - over two decades on from the original. Jamie Lee has revealed why there was such a long gap between the two releases as she admitted she has long had her eye on a follow-up movie. Appearing on The One Show, Jamie revealed they had to wait until Lindsay was old enough to have a teenage child for the sequel premise to work. For makeup, Lindsay chose a porcelain base with rosy blush and a soft pink lipstick 'The truth is that Lindsay had to be old enough to have a 15-year-old daughter, people would ask me about the movie over and over again,' she shared. 'And finally someone in Australia said, "well she is" and I was like "what do you mean?" because I know her as this young girl, so I don't know how old she is. 'Someone told me and I was, like, "Oh! Well maybe we can make the movie. Let's go!"' Lindsay was just 15 years old when she first portrayed Anna Coleman in Freaky Friday alongside Jamie Lee, who played her on-screen mother Tess Coleman. It follows the bickering mother and daughter after a Chinese restaurant fortune cookie mishap causes them to switch bodies, forcing them to live the other's life. Despite barely having been able to see eye-to-eye, the magical switch eventually allows them to see things from the other's point of view. The sequel will see the iconic pairing switch places once again, though this time there is quadruple chaos in store. Also turning heads at the premiere on Tuesday night was fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow who showed off her surgically-enhanced figure in a flowing white gown. Former reality star Bella Varelis chose a fun and flirty retro ensemble including a sheer, feathered top and boot-cut trousers. American actress Ione Skye stunned in a red mini dress as she made it a date night with her Aussie musician husband Ben Lee. Love Island Australia star Rachael Evren opted for all black, pairing her coat and mini skirt with black tights, over which she wore white socks and matching heels. Actor Ash Hodgkinson stood out from the pack in a blue ensemble consisting of a frayed, double denim. Freakier Friday hits Australian cinemas on August 7.

Strictly 'drug probe' star also 'suspected of boozing' while working on BBC show after crew smelt alcohol on their breath
One of the Strictly Come Dancing stars involved in the drugs probe was also suspected of drinking while working on the show after crew smelt alcohol on their breath. It comes after it was revealed the broadcaster has hired a law firm to probe allegations of drug taking by two individuals, whose drug use is said to be 'well-known' on the show. The Sun alleged that it was widely known that the pair, who have not been named, took the Class A substance, and that one of these Strictly performers were known for being a drinker. The publication have now reported that junior members of the team were asked to keep an eye on them during last year's show and to look for signs that they may have been boozing during work hours. A TV insider said: 'The person in question is renowned for loving to party, and that is a major problem when it impacts on their ability to do the job they need to do on Strictly in a safe and professional manner. 'It's not just about something being illegal or legal, it's about the BBC 's workplace policies and how the behaviour of certain individuals can impact on their work colleagues. 'On a very physical show like Strictly, with lots of sets and moving parts, the idea of someone being intoxicated in any way is wholly unacceptable.' A BBC spokesperson told Daily Mail: We do not recognise these claims and any suggestion that anyone has been asked to monitor an individual is completely untrue. BBC bosses are reportedly set to offer professional support to two stars of hit dancing show Strictly, amid allegations they took cocaine on the programme. It was revealed the broadcaster has hired a law firm to probe allegations of drug taking by two individuals, whose drug use is said to be 'well-known' on the show. The claims were reportedly made in a legal submission to the BBC by law firm Russells back in March, on behalf of former contestant Wynne Evans. A source told the newspaper: 'The BBC is taking the allegations really seriously. 'Bosses are aware of the two stars in question and have a duty of care to make sure they're okay. 'As per BBC policy, the option of specialised professional support is on the table and will be offered.' He used a vile sexual innuendo and was also caught up in a 'wandering hand' incident with dance partner Katya Jones [pictured with Wynne], who seemed to remove his arm from her lower waist on the show They added: 'While drug testing won't happen on the main show, bosses are considering bringing in random checks for the tour next year. 'The BBC needs to be sure nothing illegal is going on. It all depends on what the investigation finds.' The shock allegations come just amid a long period of controversy for the BBC and Strictly over the past year or so. In July last year, more than six months after quitting the show citing 'personal reasons', actress Amanda Abbington accused pro dancer Giovanni Pernice of 'unnecessary, cruel and mean behaviour' during their time dancing together on Strictly . Giovanni rejected the claims immediately, and a BBC investigation ruled in September that her claims of physical aggression and threatening behaviour were not upheld. When BBC bosses published their report into Giovanni's behaviour, it cleared him of the most serious allegations of physical aggression, but upheld verbal bullying and harassment. Complaints of verbal bullying and harassment meant the BBC issued an apology to Amanda, but Giovanni said he was 'pleased the report has not found any evidence of threatening or abusive behaviour'. Elsewhere, the show was plunged into crisis after Welsh opera singer Wynne Evans made a controversial joke during his time preparing for the Strictly tour in January. He used a vile sexual innuendo and was also caught up in a 'wandering hand' incident with dance partner Katya Jones , who seemed to remove his arm from her lower waist on the show. While his co-star John Torode [left] was also sacked after two decades over allegations that he used the N-word, which he claims to have 'absolutely no recollection' of After the BBC launched an investigation into his conduct, bosses decided not to renew his radio contract for his show. The TV star confirmed in May that they will not be renewing his one-year rolling contract following a four-month investigation after the inappropriate comments made during his time on Strictly. Elsewhere, in further scandals for the BBC, Gregg Wallace was recently dismissed from MasterChef after more than 40 complaints against him were upheld following a BBC investigation. While his co-star John Torode was also sacked after two decades over allegations that he used the N-word, which he claims to have 'absolutely no recollection' of. In separate further controversy, it's recently been reported that Naga Munchetty could face an investigation from BBC bosses after she was accused of bullying a junior colleague. The BBC Breakfast host, 50, has been placed 'under review' while bosses consider escalating complaints to a formal investigation, The Sun reports. A source said higher-ups had heard from several colleagues and logged concerns over her 'hard' and 'bullying' behaviour on the breakfast show, as well as her Radio 5 Live show.

IT'S important to do your research if you're thinking about having cosmetic surgery abroad. It can cost less than in the UK, but you need to weigh up potential savings against the potential risks. Safety standards in different countries may not be as high. No surgery is risk-free. Complications can happen after surgery in the UK or abroad. If you have complications after an operation in the UK, the surgeon is responsible for providing follow-up treatment. Overseas clinics may not provide follow-up treatment, or they may not provide it to the same standard as in the UK.
