Workington Reds part company with manager Mark Fell
Workington Reds have parted company with manager Mark Fell.
The Borough Park club have announced that Fell and his assistant Graham Lancashire have both left the club.
The decision comes with three games left in the Northern Premier League Premier Division season, with Workington still battling to avoid relegation.
Coaches Brian Dawson and Billy Redden have been placed in caretaker charge for the final games of the 2024/25 campaign.
Fell's departure follows Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Leek Town, with the Reds 17th in the table, three points above the relegation zone.

Workington said in a statement on behalf of their board: "Workington AFC can confirm that they have mutually agreed to part company with manager Mark Fell and his assistant Graham Lancashire.
"It has been a difficult decision for all parties to make and certainly not one anybody envisaged taking at this stage of the season.
"We'd like to place on record our thanks to Mark and Graham and their team for all their hard work during their time with the club and we wish them well in the future.
"The club's absolute number one priority is maintaining our Step 3 status.
"Brian Dawson and Billy Redden will take training tonight and will oversee the final three games of the season as we bid to secure the points we need.
"The club will start the process of appointing a new manager immediately."
Fell, the former Lancaster City boss, had been appointed at Borough Park at the end of last season as he replaced Danny Grainger.
In the league he has overseen 13 wins, seven draws and 19 defeats, as Workington struggle to get over the safety line in the closing stages of the campaign, amid their second season back in the NPL Premier.
Dawson and Redden are set to be in the dugout for Saturday's home clash with Prescot Cables. Reds then go to Morpeth Town on Easter Monday before their last game of the season against Ashton United at Borough Park.
