Russian army fully liberates Luhansk Republic territory
Moscow – Saba:
The governor of the Russian Republic of Luhansk, Leonid Pasechnik, announced on Monday that the Russian army has completely liberated the republic's territory.
The "Novosti" channel quoted Pasechnik as saying, "Just two days ago, reports confirmed that the entire territory of the Luhansk People's Republic had been 100% liberated."
Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that its forces continue to advance on several strategic fronts, delivering targeted strikes against Ukrainian army formations and inflicting significant losses in personnel and equipment.
Meanwhile, the Financial Times reported that Ukrainian forces may exhaust their resources within six months, noting that the situation on the front has raised concerns among several NATO leaders, who fear a major deterioration by autumn.

Moldovan ex-PM accuses authorities of manipulating tariff
Chisinau - Saba: Former Moldovan Prime Minister Vladimir Filat accused authorities of deliberately raising energy prices to manipulate public opinion ahead of parliamentary elections. "Gas and electricity tariffs should have been reduced long ago, but the government is keeping them artificially high so that later, on the eve of the elections, they can present the reduction as a 'heroic achievement,'" Filat said live on First in Moldova TV. After Ukraine halted the transit of Russian gas to Europe, and also because of Chisinau's unwillingness to repay its debts to Gazprom, Moldova and Transnistria were left without "blue fuel". Two Crimean residents arrested for passing military data to Ukraine
Moscow - (Saba): The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the arrest of two Crimean residents who had transferred data on the peninsula's military infrastructure and equipment to the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) via Telegram. According to the Russian RT channel, the citizens were recruited by the SBU via Telegram, and the two suspects sent the video footage to a Ukrainian Telegram channel on the instructions of their Ukrainian supervisors. The Investigative Department of the FSB's Crimean and Sevastopol Directorates has opened criminal investigations into charges of "high treason," which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.
