Tampa Bay Bucs revamp 1976 jersey for 50th season
State of play: Players will wear the white, orange and red vintage-inspired jerseys during the home opener against the New York Jets on Sept. 21, the team announced Tuesday.
They're also available for a limited time to buy online and at the team store at Raymond James Stadium.
Zoom in: Stitched on the inside collar is "Hey! Hey! Tampa Bay," a nod to the team's first fight song that debuted in 1979.
Flashback: The inaugural roster included Steve Spurrier as quarterback and Lee Roy Selmon on the defensive line.

Baldwin hits 3-run HR, Vargas adds 2-run shot as White Sox beat Rays for fourth straight win
Brooks Baldwin hit a three-run homer, Miguel Vargas added a two-run shot and the Chicago White Sox beat the Tampa Bay Rays 8-3 on Monday night for their season-high fourth straight win. Coming off a sweep at Pittsburgh, Chicago has won four consecutive games for the first time since May 8-11, 2024. The White Sox are 15-36 on the road. Baldwin gave the White Sox a 3-0 lead in the second and Vargas made it 8-2 with a two-run homer in the fifth. It was Vargas' second homer in two games after a 96 at-bat drought. Luis Robert Jr. had a two-run single and Chase Meidroth had three hits. White Sox starter Sean Burke left after 89 pitches and giving up a leadoff walk in the fifth. Tyler Gilbert (4-1), the second of six White Sox pitchers, got the win. Shane Baz (8-6) allowed eight runs and eight hits with two walks in four innings for the Rays. Taylor Walls' two-run double and Yandi Díaz's solo homer accounted for the Rays' runs. Tampa Bay All-Star second baseman Brandon Lowe, who left Saturday's game after a flare-up of plantar fasciitis, missed his second straight start. He returned from the injured list on July 18 (oblique tightness). Shortstop Ha-Seong Kim left the game in the fourth with lower back tightness. Kyle Teel and Colson Montgomery singled before Baldwin hit his fifth homer of the season to right-center field with two outs to start the Chicago offense. Chicago has scored 35 runs through four games to begin the second half of the season. Chicago hasn't named a starter for Tuesday's game. RHP Drew Rasmussen (7-5, 2.86) will pitch for the Rays.

Titans QB Will Levis will have season-ending shoulder surgery
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee quarterback Will Levis will have season-ending shoulder surgery, keeping him from competing for playing time in his third season with the Titans. The Titans announced Monday that Levis made his decision after consulting with doctors and his representatives. The Titans report Tuesday for training camp. 'We support his decision to focus on his long-term health,' the Titans said in a statement. 'He approached the offseason with professionalism and showed clear growth as a leader. We remain confident in his full recovery.' Tennessee, which wrapped up its minicamp June 12, doesn't open the preseason until Aug. 9 at Tampa Bay with the regular-season opener Sept. 7 at Denver. Levis' surgery is scheduled for July 29. The Titans used the No. 1 overall pick on quarterback Cam Ward in April after Levis struggled mightily starting 12 games in 2024. He threw for 2,091 yards, but he had 13 TD passes with 12 interceptions. He was sacked 41 times as Tennessee went 3-14 to land the top draft pick. Tennessee also added veteran quarterbacks Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle this offseason. Levis was the 33rd overall pick in 2023 when Tennessee's previous general manager Ran Carthon traded up to select the quarterback out of Kentucky. Carthon lasted just two seasons before being fired in January. The quarterback started 12 games in 2024 after spraining the AC joint in his right, throwing shoulder Sept. 30 against Miami while diving for a first down. Tennessee had a bye. Then Levis played against Indianapolis in a home loss by three points after a late-game interception. Levis admitted after the game his shoulder played a part in that late pick. He was sidelined the next three games before returning. After the Titans took Ward in the draft, coach Brian Callahan rotated quarterbacks during the offseason program with no starter announced, which he said he planned to continue into training camp. Still, Ward is expected to be the starter when the Titans open the regular season. That seemed to leave the competition for the No. 2 position wide open for Levis, who took part throughout the team's offseason program. He told reporters in June he felt more comfortable in his second season in Callahan's offense and was looking forward to training camp. "I feel like I'm starting to get to that point as a quarterback, and it's just cool to feel that and see it and show everyone else here,' Levis said during minicamp. Rookie draft class all signed The Titans announced late Monday afternoon the last of their nine draft picks signed his rookie contract. Linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo was the 52nd selection overall in the second round. That being said, he is twice the athlete that Campbell was, in my opinion, and because of that, I see him as a tackle. At worst, he will be a Pro Bowl-level guard from day one for a team that lands him. I love his athletic ability, but he also plays with a physical edge that not many tackles play with anymore. He has strong hands, a good punch, and a good base, and that trio of qualities spells trouble for most anyone who lines up across from him. He will be a must-watch again this Fall in a fast and tough ACC.
