Mr Hollisey, who runs a bathroom and kitchen installation firm, is also alleged to have caused £1,363 worth of damage to Mr Ford's Jaguar F-PACE during the incident last December.
The company director faces two charges of assault and one of criminal damage.
Wife Jennifer Hollisey, 79, also faces two charges of assault relating to the couple next door, as well as causing £3.99 of damage to her neighbour's phone in the incident.
Both pleaded not guilty to the charges at Norwich Magistrates' Court last week.
The court was told there was a "very messy history" to the row over the driveway, which the couple share with at least three other properties in the village of Bressingham in Norfolk.
The court heard prosecutor Katherine Newson say that the alleged victims and the defendants had fallen out in a "dispute over access to their driveway".
Declan Gallagher, defending the couple, said it was a "confrontation" as a result of a "long-term dispute" and that "there is a very messy history to this".
When magistrates were seeking a date for the trial, Mr Hollisey interjected and told the court they "have several holidays booked this year and next".
The case has been set for a two-day trial at Ipswich Magistrates' Court between March 10 and 11 next year.
The couple, of High Road, Bressingham, were given conditional bail and told to have no contact with their neighbours.

Drinker found guilty of his grandfather's ‘senseless and brutal' manslaughter
Warwick Crown Court was told well-known Jaguar restoration expert John Brown, aged 81, died six days after suffering head injuries in his home at the hands of Jakob Walpole, who was cleared of murder. As well as returning a guilty verdict on an alternative charge of manslaughter on Wednesday, jurors found Walpole guilty of breaching a restraining order and two counts of assault. Walpole, of School Road, Bulkington, Warwickshire, will be sentenced next Monday. A custody image of Jakob Walpole released after he was found guilty of manslaughter (Warwickshire Police/PA) A three-week trial was told that security cameras in the victim's bungalow provided important evidence of the defendant's responsibility for the killing. Opening the Crown's case on July 9, prosecutor Michael Duck KC told jurors Walpole had been 'drinking throughout the day' and committed two assaults at Bulkington Working Men's Club around an hour after attacking his grandfather on the night of November 23 last year. Mr Duck told jurors: 'John Brown is Jakob Walpole's grandfather. 'He was a frail man and he had recently been diagnosed with the early stages of dementia. 'He was plainly a vulnerable individual and the evidence will demonstrate that this defendant was acutely aware of that.' Mr Brown was well known in the local community, having run a successful car panel and body repair business due to his expertise in respect of vintage cars, the court heard. Walpole had engaged in a 'very significant day of drinking', having bought a small bottle of vodka from a shop in Bulkington at about 9am, before attending a match at Coventry City's home stadium in the afternoon, the court heard. After attacking his relative, he went on to smash a glass over the back of a working men's club customer's head in an incident caught on the 'clearest possible' CCTV footage. Walpole then made 'physical and direct contact' with a bar worker as he was physically removed from the club. The court heard relatives had expressed concern about Walpole's 'deteriorating' behaviour since the Covid pandemic, leading to Mr Brown's daughter installing security cameras at her parents' home in St James Gardens, Bulkington. Jurors were asked to evaluate whether or not Walpole intended really serious harm in considering the murder charge, after watching CCTV images of Mr Brown making a 'haunting' video gesturing towards the camera for help before the attack. Mr Duck said the jury 'may think it was a gesture of desire for assistance'. The prosecutor said at the beginning of the trial: 'The reality is that on the 23rd of November, in drink, Jakob Walpole descended to a tirade of violence.' Commenting after the case, Natalie Kelly, from the Crown Prosecution Service, said: 'Jakob Walpole carried out a senseless and brutal attack on his own grandfather who had tried to help him. 'He showed no concern or remorse following the attack. Rather than call for help, he callously left his vulnerable and elderly grandfather severely injured and went to a local pub where he assaulted two further elderly victims. 'Everyone who knew Mr Brown saw how much he did for his grandson, often going out of his way to care and support him – but Walpole simply took advantage of his kindness. 'We were able to prove this case using comprehensive evidence including CCTV footage, mobile phone evidence and messages which clearly demonstrated Walpole's violent intentions and actions. 'While this conviction ensures Walpole is held accountable for his actions, the family have been left with a deep and lasting pain that no justice can erase.' Detective Inspector Gareth Unett, who led the investigation for Warwickshire Police, said: 'John Brown was a kind, gentle, hardworking man whose loss has left a huge void in the lives of his loved ones and friends. 'Not only was he loved greatly by all those around him, he was known internationally as one of the best restorers of classic Jaguars. 'The legacy he leaves is not only in the love and generosity he showed to those around him, but also in the countless classic cars that will survive for generations more thanks to his work. 'Walpole's attack on his grandfather, who had shown him nothing but kindness and generosity, was an act of cowardice and brutality that, in decades of policing, I struggle to find a comparison for. 'His later attack in the working men's club only serves as further confirmation that Walpole is a danger to decent, peaceful, law-abiding people. 'Our thoughts remain with Mr Brown's family, in what is a terribly sad case. They have shown dignity and respect in the most challenging of circumstances.'

Footage shows a seething driver of a grey Nissan denying he was involved in an accident. He can be heard shouting: "I didn't hit your f***ing car, prove it." The man repeatedly claims the damage is the "wrong side" before approaching the other driver screaming "call the f***ing police then." James, the owner of the black BMW, proceeds to claim that the damage on his motor matches with the mark left on the Nissan. He points toward the black paint on the Nissan arguing: "That's consistent with the damage on my car". Shocked locals watched as both drivers started shouting at each other in the middle of the road. The footage then switches to James alleging that "this gentleman here has just threatened to kill me". The driver of the Nissan then goads James, continuing to deny that any damage had been caused. His wife can be seen in the passenger saying she's on the phone to the police. Moment driver slashes truck's tires with huge knife in 'road rage' row before casually sauntering off The Nissan driver continues to argue that James cut him up before pointing and shouting "That's your f***ing problem". James argues he wasn't at fault replying: "It's not a problem mate, it happens." He claims the other driver left the scene of an accident which is why he followed him. "He came right up in my face and was punching his fist into his hand, then goading me trying to get me to hit him," James told the Mail. "I stood calmly and said I wasn't going to give him the satisfaction - from the word go his was lit, so aggressive." James added that when he asked the driver for his insurance details, he refused saying "I don't see why I should". More people started to appear on the street to see what happened before the "aggressor" left the scene. James claims he notified the police online but they said they weren't going to attend because nobody was injured. "I posted a link of the video on the Nextdoor app to see if anyone local knew of him and a woman called Caroline mentioned she had run in with him previously," James added. The Sun has contacted Sussex Police for comment.

As they swam, the siblings were reportedly swept by the current and separated by a hundred metres, Civil Protection sources told DiariTots21. Their dad reportedly made a desperate attempt to save them and had to be rescued himself after nearly drowning. Three local cops had heroically jumped into the sea to rescue the family, with Chief Inspector Jose Luis Gargallo telling reporters that the sea was rough and a yellow flag had been raised. One of the officers, identified only by his first name and the initial of his surname as Younes A, said: 'A hotel worker was trying to get one of the three out of the sea when we arrived. 'We were told when we helped get that person out that another two people were in the sea who could be minors. 'We tried to locate them, saw bits of clothes and seconds later were able to locate and get a young girl out of the water and began resuscitation and another police force was the one responsible for getting the other child out of the sea. 'When the emergency services arrived they took over the efforts to save them until they said they couldn't do anything more. 'We don't know the circumstances leading up to them getting into difficulties. 'I leapt into the water with two other colleagues to get the father to safety first before going back to rescue one of the children.' Tragedy in Majorca: British Tourist Drowns Near Love Island Villa He added: 'There were waves and wind. It was dangerous. There was a lot of swell.' Lifeguards were not at the beach as their duties finished at 8pm - just 48 minutes before the harrowing incident unfolded, Gargallo said. Cops managed to save the children's dad, who had swallowed a lot of water and was very exhausted, Gargallo said. The children were also brought to the shore but tragically could not be resuscitated. Gargallo said: "When the officers arrived, there were three people with significant difficulties getting out of the sea; all resuscitation maneuvers were performed on the children, but without success. "We did everything possible, we put the father in a safe area, we also took the minor and performed resuscitation on him, but without success." He added that CPR continued to be performed until emergency services arrived. Gargallo explained how the couple had five children, and while the dad and two of the children were out swimming, the mum stayed at the hotel with the other three. Salou Town Hall carried out a minute's silence just before midday local time today following the tragedy. Authorities said the deaths marked the 15th and 16th fatalities on Catalan beaches since June 15. The number "already exceeds by five those registered in the same period last summer". Around five hours before the British children died, a 54-year-old German tourist drowned at a nearby beach in the resort of Cambrils. He was rescued alive but died soon after he reached the shoreline. The tragic incident occurred around 4.30pm yesterday at Cap Sant Pere beach in Cambrils. Cambrils' mayor Oliver Klein said afterwards: 'We profoundly regret the loss of a human life on our coast. 'It's a tragic incident which has left us deeply moved. I want to express my most sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person affected.'
