Video: Dogs Can Hardly Contain Excitement When It's Time for Swimming

Yahoo2 days ago
It's officially summer, and you know what that means? Countless splashes and tail wags in the swimming pool for your fur babies. As the temperatures rise, our pets look forward to watery adventures and soaked smiles all day long. This viral Instagram video of two Golden Retriever dogs hardly being able to contain their excitement when it's time for swimming precisely reflects that story. No words could ever express how energetic and joyful these two pooches felt when they realised it was THAT time of the day.
There were no words — only a burst of happy woofs and can't-contain-it barks. An Instagram video showed how two dogs, a father-son duo named Tucker and Todd, got overly excited to hit the pool for a swimming session because 'tis the season for hours of canine bliss in the water. 'I don't even say anything,' the subtext explained their owner's thoughts as it continued, 'I just grab the towels and they know' what time of the day it is.
The clip showed the Golden Retrievers waiting in the corridor while their mom grabbed some towels out of the cabinet. Interestingly, she didn't say anything, but the duo immediately understood what was about to go down. They looked at her, and she chuckled, knowing fully well that they knew. The pooches waited by the doorway, evidently growing impatient by the second, and rushed downstairs in utter excitement as soon as they realized it was time.
As the video progressed, it showed a burst of barking joy, and the dogs looked undeniably delighted for their swimming time. Down the stairs, toward the backyard, and to the pool, they eagerly waited for their parents to remove the cover, and once it was halfway done, they jumped into the clear blue water without a second thought. They both quivered with joy but were mindful to politely listen to their mom's instructions and be the best boys.
The concluding moments of the video captured the dogs' swimming high as they jumped into the pool, fetched their toys, and had a watery blast. Splashes in the water, countless jumps into the pool, and wet fur turned out to be the highlight of their day.

Diogo Jota was an inspiration and special tribute by Liverpool academy starlets prove it

Diogo Jota was an inspiration and special tribute by Liverpool academy starlets prove it It's still difficult to comprehend Diogo Jota is no longer with us. That he'll not be coming to pre-season and we'll never see him at Anfield ever again. The gravity of death is so final. It is that which hurts the most. Advertisement A tragedy has taken away Jota and his brother, Andre Silva, not just from us but from their colleagues, their friends, their teammates and most importantly their family. For them, this pain will be unbearable. We simply cannot imagine what they must be feeling at this time. The most important thing we can do is to give them the privacy to mourn their loss in their own space and environment without any intrusion. As a club, Liverpool will come together. We will remember and honour Jota's legacy. He was a special player but even more so he was a special man. Someone who helped out the community and who was an inspiration to us all. Advertisement A boy from Gondomar, who was never supposed to make it in professional football, let alone reach the heights of the Premier League and become a champion at Liverpool. Jota's journey from the bottom to the very pinnacle of the game is something that will and has inspired many young and aspiring footballers. He was the ultimate testament to what a professional footballer should be. To show you the kind of many that he was, you only have to see the video Jota recorded at an event called BOSS KIDS to celebrate Liverpool's 20th Premier League title triumph. The event thrown for young Liverpool supporters was made even special by an appearance of a pre-recorded video from Jota himself. Advertisement 'Hello everyone at BOSS KIDS!' his message, introduced by singer Jamie Webster at the family event at the Exhibition Centre started. 'I heard my song was the most voted for the best song of all of the players. I personally agree with that! 'So perhaps Jamie can sing it for you guys and you can sing it extra loud. We are champions!' The fact that he took time out of his day just to make young Liverpool supporters feel special goes to show the kind of man that he was. Now in his death, Liverpool's young players have paid a fitting and touching tribute to the Liverpool forward. Some of the club's academy players visited Anfield to leave flowers for the Portuguese international in a video shared by 433 from the Instagram account: @romandimine_ as shown above. Advertisement The message left on the flowers read: "May your souls continue to rest in perfect peace, Jota and Andre. Sending our condolences to your family, Liverpool U12s."

New Love Island Casa Amor bombshell Rheo says "heads aren't going to roll, they're going to snap"

Casa Amor is arguably the most exciting section of Love Island. The ultimate loyalty test, contestants are separated into men and women, with one gender leaving the main villa to head to the 'Love House.' The point is to find out if the current connections will last, or if sparks will fly elsewhere. One of the newest bombshells to enter the Casa Amor villa is Rheo, who has said that she is "locked and loaded" on one particular Islander. With her "target secured," it sounds like drama and chaos are just around the corner. So, ahead of her big entrance, let's find out more about Rheo... Rheo is 26 years old and lives in Nuneaton in Warwickshire. Rheo is a Ring Girl. "The way the villa is at the minute, I can imagine heads are going to roll," Rheo stated, adding: "They're not going to turn, they're going to snap." She also stated the obvious fact that none of the Islanders are married, so there's "space for people to take what they want." OK, definite drama unlocked. As for whether she has a game plan, Rheo admitted that she's "never really had to play games" to get someone she's liked before. She also revealed that if she finds a spark with someone, she can fall quite fast. But, the "energy has to be reciprocated." In terms of what kind of Islander she'll be, Rheo described herself as "very strong-minded." "I feel like the girls are letting the boys run all over them, but that will not be me." "I've got my eye on Harrison. He's cheeky and has a bit about him. I've noticed that he likes a bit of role play, which is interesting. He keeps getting people to get up and act stuff out which is so jokes. I like his imagination." Rheo added: "I'm locked and loaded on him, target secured." "I like someone who can give me the same vibes back," Rheo said, adding she always goes for a pretty boy. "Just a tall drink of handsomeness, please." The Islander also revealed that while she's pretty boujie, she does like "intimate and cute" dates. During her time in the villa, she'll be looking for a "space where it's just two [people] getting to know each other." Rheo has two Instagram accounts. Ahead of her Love Island stint, she's created a new personal page to separate from her work one. You can find her under @rheoparnell. Her professional page is @rheouno, where she has 17.7K followers. The Islander's grid is littered with Ring Girl snaps, 'life lately' posts, photoshoots, and bikini holiday snaps. Love Island continues on Sunday night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
