Konnie explained the 2016 BAFTAs were a night to remember - for all the wrong reasons.
Chatting to Louise Boyce and Hannah East on our brand new podcast, Konnie revealed how breastfeeding triggered not one - but two mortifying events.

Konnie, who's mum to Covie and Huxley, now 13 and 11, says: ''There's two stories that stick out in my mind. Number one is boobs exploding with milk.''
The unfortunate but natural incident took place at the time when Konnie - who's married to Black Mirror creator Charlie Brooker - was presenting King of the Nerds for Sky.
The show was filmed in Chelmsford, which is more than an hour's drive away from London, where she lives.
As at the time one of her kids was just five months, the mum couldn't stay there overnight - and decided to wake up at 5am instead.
''I would leave the house before the baby had woken up.
''I'd wake up at five, had to express milk, leave the house before I'd even seen the baby.''
Willing to get back home as soon as possible, Konnie would try to wrap the show whenever she could - but that wasn't always an option.
''I needed us to finish early. And if we didn't, I'd sit there with my boobs so in pain.''
Konnie - who also presented The Xtra Factor - then went on to share the mortifying blunder whilst at the grand BAFTA TV Awards ceremony.
Ferne McCann cruelly mum-shamed for breastfeeding her two-year-old daughter & others also spot 'massive choking hazard'
''I was once at the BAFTAs in a sheer dress,'' said Konnie who at the time was ''still breastfeeding''.
''I remember having to go to the toilets and then stuff loads of, like, tissue in my bra - and actually squeeze my boobs.
''Thank God, the red carpet bit is first because I could see two stains on me - not a good look,'' she chuckled on the podcast.
What are the recommendations around breastfeeding?
The NHS recommends breastfeeding your baby exclusively (feeding them breast milk only) for the first six months, but it's completely up to you to decide when you want to bring it to an end - and there's really no right or wrong way to do it.
The NHS says weaning often happens gradually as your baby begins to eat more solid foods.
They note that solid food shouldn't replace breast milk, as there is evidence to suggest breast milk helps a baby's digestive system when processing solid food for the first time.
"Once they are eating solids, your baby will still need to have breast milk or formula as their main drink up to at least their first birthday," recommends the NHS.
"Cows' milk isn't suitable as a main drink for babies under one, although it can be added to foods, such as mashed potatoes."
You can also combine breastfeeding with formula, too and the NHS says "phasing out" of breastfeeding is often the easiest way.
For example, dropping one feed in the day or at night time.
After around a week, you can begin to think about dropping another.
"If your baby is younger than one year, you'll need to replace the dropped breastfeed with a formula feed from a bottle or (if they are over six months) a cup or beaker, instead," they say.
You can breastfeed for as long as you want, and while the NHS recommends breastfeeding your baby exclusively for the first six months, you shouldn't feel like you cannot continue for longer.
The World Health Organization says: "Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended up to 6 months of age, with continued breastfeeding along with appropriate complementary foods up to two years of age or beyond."
The bubbly trio also shared their thoughts on motherhood whilst being in employment.
Mum-of-three Hannah said: ''Isn't it difficult? I used to present a lot of sporting events and I was breastfeeding.
''I used to take a mini fridge with me [...]. I used a USB cable, I'd plug it in under the deck - the sound engineer's decks - and I'd be announcing stuff whilst I had my breasts pumped.
''I was announcing the Olympics, all these footballers coming into the stadium, interviewing them, with the breast pump inside my bra.''
She went on: ''When you're working and you're at events, it's like you said, you can't just go 'Sorry guys, can we just wrap up? Cause my t**s are gonna explode here?'
''You can't do that, can you?''
Konnie replied: ''Absolutely. Still it feels so taboo. You just feel like you're gonna be really judged.''

I quit my job to claim benefits & spend the summer holidays with my kids – I'll be better off not working
The mum said not working would be 'more beneficial' for her family NO KIDDING I quit my job to claim benefits & spend the summer holidays with my kids – I'll be better off not working A BUSY mum has revealed she ditched her job to look after her kids over the summer holidays. Loren Jade decided it would be more beneficial to stay at home rather than work, since she had no one else to help with her little ones. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Loren made the difficult decision to quit her job to look after her kids over the summer holidays Credit: tiktok/@lorennjadee 2 Loren said she would be better off not working while her kids are off school Credit: tiktok/@lorennjadee Taking to TikTok, the mum explained that she's always worked hard and still struggled as a single mum. In the viral clip, she revealed she has no one else in the picture to lend a hand, which always left her in a sticky situation over the school holidays. So, the mum planned and paid for her kids to spend most of their time off school at various holiday clubs. "I had it all planned out, I knew exactly where the kids would be," she explained. But as the time got closer, the realisation that she wouldn't see her little ones over the summer holidays and that she'd be spending all of her hard-earned money on childcare hit her "like a ton of bricks." "I cannot force my son who has got SEN needs and a four year old to go to holiday clubs the whole of the six weeks holidays," she said. So, Loren decided to leave her job to look after her kids, which she said worked out better for her. In the comment section of the video, the mum noted that she doesn't currently receive DLA [Disability Living Allowance for children] which is partly why it works out cheaper for her to stay at home and help her son. At the end of the clip, the mum said she would still need to work though, but wasn't sure what her next career move would be. Keen for something out of her comfort zone, the mum said she would try to be a social media influencer on TikTok and asked viewers to follow her so she could give it a good shot. After sharing her decision to quit her job other parents were quick to share their experiences in the comment section of the clip. Kathryn Thomas reveals 'mistake' she made during school run One said: "Sometimes not working actually has more benefits than working. In my case, I have a child with a disability. "I worked for 11 years, and it was exhausting – I was losing myself and my child in the process. Staying home with him turned out to be the best decision." And another mum shared her solution for working during the summer holidays, she said: "I started up as self employed part time cleaner. "I'm on my own basically with no help around me, my six year old SEN is not in school so she comes to work with me. She cant be with others so she cant even do holiday clubs." And someone else said: "I'm having to send my son to holiday club every day as a single mum and I feel so bad as he does not want to go and every morning is a battle." "It's so hard, you work to provide for your family, yet are worse off for working! Its crazy! I'm in the same situation," someone else commented on the clip.

Zawe Ashton finally sets the record straight about her relationship with Tom Hiddleston after pregnant star sparked marriage speculation by calling him her 'husband'
Zawe Ashton has finally set the record straight about her relationship with Tom Hiddleston after sparking speculation they'd secretly tied the knot by calling him her 'husband' last month. The 41-year-old actress, who is pregnant with her second child with Hollywood star Tom, 44, admitted her slip-up sent their loved ones into a furious tailspin. 'We've been engaged for a long time, and there have been publications that have named us husband and wife already,' Zawe said. 'Those text messages [from friends and family] were very... there were some toxic paragraphs that were thrown my way. Like, okay... no, it didn't happen. We didn't do it in secret. We haven't eloped.' Speaking on the latest episode of Lily Allen and Miquita Oliver's Miss Me? podcast, The Marvels star added: 'It's just a semantics thing. We call each other husband and wife. 'At some point, you're like, girlfriend, boyfriend... We just had a kid with another one on the way.' Zawe, who welcomed her first child with Tom three years ago and is due to give birth to their second any day now, added that their unusual approach to labels had ruffled some feathers. 'It's p***ing off people who are actually married,' she said. 'They're like, "You realise that's not real yet?" 'We've talked about [marriage]. I think the spiritual bond and the anchoring for what it does for you as a couple and as a family is really appealing to both of us.' The pair first met in 2019 while starring together in the Harold Pinter play Betrayal in London's West End before taking the production to Broadway. They were romantically linked soon after, making their red carpet debut as a couple at the Tony Awards in September 2021. In March 2022, it was reported that they were engaged after Zawe was spotted wearing a diamond ring at the BAFTAs. They quietly welcomed their first child later that year. The Hackney-born actress also admitted that while she's thought a lot about weddings, the idea of marriage comes with more complex emotions. She said: 'The wedding is a fantasy, right? And marriage is a reality. I've thought a lot about weddings. I've thought a lot less about the reality of what marriage is because I probably find that a little bit more scary.' 'We've been engaged for a long time, and there have been publications that have named us husband and wife already,' Zawe told Miquita Oliver on the Miss Me? podcast Zawe, who rose to fame starring in the hit comedy series Fresh Meat, also opened up about her feminist concerns with the institution of marriage and traditional elements of a wedding. 'There's so much problematic history to it... Are we saying no to the veil? Because that's got some weird kind of problematic symbolism about it. 'The fantasy is just so seductive. But then I'm worried I would suddenly wake up and someone would tell me that I didn't have any more rights. You just wake up to some priest at the end of your bed, like, it's all over.' She added she's not ruling out the idea entirely and is enjoying the engagement period. 'You can't cheat the process,' she said. 'People rush through engagement. I'm like, no, be engaged! Work things out. It's the training, it is the practicing calling each other husband and wife. 'It is looking down at the ring finger and being like, okay, this is the tradition that is potentially going to come with this first yes.' Zawe, who once played the bride in a music video for Paul Heaton of The Beautiful South, said that she struggles with the idea of saying vows herself. 'I actually really struggle to say very meaningful things in public as a person in a way that I don't struggle with as an actor,' she admitted. 'I find it quite hard to be looked at and observed doing intimate things. I find that very difficult.' She added she was engrossed by Meghan Markle's wedding to Prince Harry in 2018. 'I have never been more invested in a wedding in my life. I was so into it,' she said. 'I filmed me and my best friend watching it like a Gogglebox episode. 'I wore a Union Jack T-shirt - there is a little bit of black in this Union Jack today, and I'm going to embrace this.'
