Family Guy Pokes Fun At Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Once Again

Family Guy, an American sitcom known for its edgy humour, targeted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle once again in the July 17 episode, named Twain's World. In the episode, Brian and Stewie travel back in time, with the talking dog comparing the couple's marriage to infamous events like the Crusades and Hitler. Watch the video here: When Stewie said that some actions during travelling through the past could "change the course of history." "You always say that, but doesn't history pretty much suck?" Brian responded, using the Hitler and the Crusades example. Stewie quipped, "Prince Harry marrying Meghan Markle". The show depicted a butler handing Harry a check for "millions from Netflix for... no one knows what," with Harry responding, "Put it with the rest of them." The episode also made fun of their social media influence as Meghan's character showed receiving a notification, saying, "Babe, time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco." It also portrayed Harry's regret as the animated prince said, "I shouldn't have left the made-up nonsense." It implies that he misses his royal life. This is the second time Family Guy has targeted the couple, with the first being in 2023. South Park, an American animated television series, also mocked them in a 2023 episode, The Worldwide Privacy Tour. Source-based reports mentioned Meghan was "upset and overwhelmed" by the previous episode and "annoyed by South Park but refuses to watch it all." Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told GB News that the constant ridicule might be taking a toll on the couple's public image, saying they're "continuously a Hollywood punchline" that's "devastating to them". "I would say that this is a definite blow for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle," Kinsey noted. "When they stepped down as working royals, they said they were going to live a life of service. And now Meghan is shilling loose fruit spread, and Prince Harry is doing polo docs that didn't even hit the top 3,000 on Netflix last year."

Kalki Koechlin breaks silence on her divorce from Anurag Kashyap: ‘Hurtful to see the other person with somebody else'

Kalki Koechlin and Anurag Kashyap got married in 2011 but parted ways after 4 years of marriage. The former has been open about her divorce from the filmmaker. In a recent interview, she reflected on her decision to separate from Anurag and mentioned that it might have stemmed from her parents' troubled relationship. Recalling how her mom and dad got engaged in a nasty divorce, Kalki emphasized that she put her relationship in danger. Talking to Zoom, the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani actress said, 'My parents divorce when I was 13, and it was really bad. They were really nasty to each other and it was like cold and mean growing up between them. That was very tough. Maybe that's why I'm divorced.' Highlighting that she witnessed her parents hating each other and their connection turning sour, Kalki remarked, 'There is a certain part of you that jeopardise relationships once they start turning bad, but you are like 'oh this happens' because you have witnessed that as a child.' Further, the actress also expressed how her separation with Anurag Kashyap affected her. Kalki said, 'The first few years after the divorce were not easy for us. Then came a point when we were like 'we need to stay out of each other's lives' because it was hurtful to see the other person with somebody else, just the reminders are so strong.' The Sacred Games actress stated that it took her a few years to digest their divorce. However, their distance helped them to move on. 'It does take a few years. We didn't get to it immediately and distance helped. Now we are in a good place and we are able to catch up once in a while,' concluded Kalki. For the unversed, Kalki was present at the wedding ceremony of Anurag Kashyap 's daughter, Aaliyah Kashyap, with his first wife Aarti Bajaj. Kalki Koechlin made her Bollywood debut with Dev D. After a couple of years of dating, she tied knot with Kashyap, who was the director of her debut movie and then got separated in 2015. Stay tuned to Pinkvilla for more updates.

Resurfaced wedding clip reignites debate over royal family's true feelings about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

A resurfaced video from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding is making waves online - and this time, it is not the couple in the spotlight but the royal family's faces. Newsweek reports that the now-viral clip was originally filmed in 2018 during the couple's fairytale ceremony at St. George's Chapel in Windsor. The footage was repackaged by a fan of Princess Diana and posted to TikTok. The clip splices together moments of Harry and Meghan at the altar with close-ups of the royal guests: Prince William, Princess Anne, King Charles, and others. Each expression is brief - a blink, a glance - but that is all the internet needs. The video has already racked up over 12 million views and nearly a million likes, as TikTok users pore over the details of the family's body language on the occasion. Back in 2018, the Sussexes were celebrated. The mood was optimistic. Harry was still a working royal, and Meghan was seen as a modernising force. If there were cracks beneath the surface, they were not visible to most people watching. But in hindsight - after interviews, a Netflix docuseries, and the release of Harry's memoir Spare - everything feels different. Royal watchers now often revisit old footage, searching for overlooked clues. The TikTok video fuels that curiosity, inviting viewers to judge the reactions of royal family members during the vows, the choir, or simply while seated in the pews. Facial expressions that once seemed neutral now get recast as cold or judgmental. A raised eyebrow? Possible disapproval. A downturned mouth? Maybe resentment. Of course, the interpretations are pure speculation. A still frame can't capture context - or intention. This is not a new trend. TikTok users have been turning royal events into detective work for years now. They slow down footage, zoom in, add dramatic music. It is part of the app's culture - the hunt for meaning in moments already passed. While this clip is not the first to go viral, it is among the most viewed. It speaks to the enduring public fixation with the royal family - and especially with Harry and Meghan's story, reports Newsweek. Whether those expressions mean anything or not is anyone's guess. But one thing is clear: five years later, people are still watching. It shows royal family members' facial expressions during the 2018 ceremony. Over 12.7 million views and nearly 1 million likes. Some users speculate there were early signs of tension, though it is based on brief moments. It is mostly speculation - no conclusions can be drawn from fleeting glances.
