They also seized 0.05 grams LSD blots, hashish oil, a scotch bottle and three cars — BMW, Jeep and Datsun Go — from their possession.
The arrested accused were identified as Abhijith Banerjee, Simpson, Parthu, Goyal, Yashwanth Reddy and Sevio Dennis.
Excise officials said the six friends, who at various points of time worked for a prominent MNC in the city, reached the farmhouse on Saturday . "We already had a tip-off that a few persons were planning to gather and abuse drugs at the farmhouse.
Around 2am on Sunday, the searches were done and the drugs were seized and the accused were put to test. All the five tested positive for drugs" the officials said.

After questioning the accused, the investigators came to know that Abhijith had bought the drugs from Himachal Pradesh. He gave hashish oil to two other accused in the past. "Recently, two accused got promotion. Apart from that, Abhijith recently celebrated his birthday.

CSP operator shot at in Samastipur, over Rs 1 lakh looted
Patna: Armed miscreants shot at an SBI customer service point (CSP) operator and looted Rs 1.25 lakh from an SBI customer service point (CSP) at Malinagar village under Chakmahesi police station area in Samastipur district on Monday. The CSP operator, Manish Kumar, was shot in the right thigh while he was attempting to catch hold of the fleeing robbers, police said. Chakmahesi SHO, Santosh Kumar Yadav, said: "The robbers fired shots while fleeing, injuring the CSP operator. The stolen amount is approximately Rs 1.25 lakh," he said. Yadav said the initial inquiry from the victim revealed that the incident occurred around 1pm when two masked men, posing as customers, entered the CSP on two separate motorcycles. As they approached the counter, they brandished pistols and demanded money. "After seizing the cash from the counter, the robbers attempted to escape. In a bid to stop them, Manish hurled a hammer at the robbers, but it missed the target. In retaliation, the robbers opened fire, hitting Kumar in the thigh," he said. One of the robbers' motorcycles could not start so they escaped on a bike. Mumbai court grants bail to high-end furniture businessman in Rs 30 crore customs duty evasion case
Mumbai: The Mumbai metropolitan magistrate court on Saturday granted bail to Falgun Shroff, a key accused in the Rs 30 crore customs duty evasion racket unearthed by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI). Shroff, the owner of Di Lusso Furniture LLP, was arrested on July 20 for allegedly importing high-end Italian luxury furniture by grossly undervaluing goods and evading customs duties. While granting bail, the court observed that Shroff had no prior criminal antecedents and cooperated with the investigation. The court noted that the DRI had already seized all documentary and electronic evidence, including emails, account books, and devices, during searches at Shroff's office and residence. The accused also deposited Rs 5 crore towards duty payment and expressed willingness to pay more, without admitting any liability, although his bank accounts are currently frozen, argued his advocate Sujay Kantawala. The court directed Shroff to be released on a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh with sureties and imposed strict conditions prohibiting him from tampering with evidence or influencing witnesses.
