The investment firm is working with Bank of America Corp. and Barclays Plc on a strategic review of the business, which could be valued at about €3.5 billion ($4.1 billion), the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. Cinven could start gauging interest from potential suitors as soon as the coming months before launching a formal process, the people said.
