British pop star's Glastonbury gig cancelled with last minute replacement
Just For Me singer PinkPantheress, whose real name is Victoria Beverley Walker, was due to take to the Levels stage in Silver Hayes at on Thursday night for a 30 minute slot.
However, the 11pm gig has now been scrapped with a couple of days to go, and festival-goers spotted the lineup change on the official festival app.
Instead, Roza Terenzi will be playing from 10:30pm until midnight, sandwiched between a Confidence Man DJ set and Marie Davidson.
Thankfully for PinkPantheress fans, she will still be performing as planned the Woodies Stage on Friday evening at 7:30pm.
The last minute changed her sparked speculation from fans that the reshuffle was down to the 24-year-old star's popularity.
'Was going to be dangerously rammed,' a fan wrote on Reddit, while another said: 'Could have seen that coming, why even book it then.'
A different fan commented: 'Probably for the best, having anything remotely popular on the stage (especially on Thursday) is always a recipe for disaster.'
And someone else added: 'Yeah everyone knew it would be carnage from the moment it was announced.'
However, Glastonbury has rubbished fears of 'overcrowding' and insisted PinkPantheress was not able to perform.

A spokesman told The Sun: 'This change was absolutely not as a result of overcrowding fears, the artist was simply no longer able to make this performance. But she is still playing her Woodsies set.'
Already, PinkPantheress has 2.6million Instagram followers, having grown her fanbase on TikTok by sampling 90s and 00s tracks.
She's already found herself in the top 10 singles and album charts in the UK, and has three Brit Award nominations to her name.
Last summer, she cancelled all her remaining 2024 dates due to ill health after struggling with her 'overall well-being'.
'It is with the heaviest heart that I sadly have to announce that I will not be able to continue with the rest of my live shows this year,' the Boy's A Liar star wrote on Instagram at the time.
She added: 'It appears I have reached a wall which I am struggling to penetrate through.'
Organisers have slowly revealed the artists for each stage ahead of the festival — which runs from Wednesday, June 25 to Sunday, June 29 — but punters know there's always plenty hidden in the fields.
Olivia Rodrigo, The 1975 and Neil Young will headline with the likes of Scissor Sisters and Busta Rhymes performing elsewhere at Worthy Farm, while fans are trying to figure out some secret performances over the weekend. More Trending
This year, a lot of the attention is largely focused on the mysterious Patchwork, who are taking to the Pyramid Stage on Saturday.
Emily Eavis — head organiser and daughter of Sir Michael Eavis — has teased that the secret set has been 'in the works for a while'.
Metro has contacted representatives for Glastonbury and PinkPantheress for comment.

Ryan Seacrest, 50, sparks health concerns as fans fear over his 'frail' appearance
Ryan Seacrest sparked concern from fans after sharing his latest Instagram post. The 50-year-old host and producer — whose 'golden boy' image took a hit in May — took to Instagram Monday to upload a photo dump depicting what his life looks like 'lately.' Many of his 6.5 million followers immediately noticed Seacrest looking leaner than ever as he shared a full-body snapshot in a monochrome khaki outfit. He also posted close-up images of his face, with his grizzled beard thinly veiling his bony jawline. 'He looks frail to me. I hope he's doing ok!' one worried fan observed, collecting over 500 likes. 'He looks frail to me. I hope he's doing ok!' one worried fan observed, collecting over 500 likes The star also shared a glimpse at his weight-incorporated gym routine and one of his meals. It prompted one person to comment, 'Ryan, I respect you love for fitness and eating well... But you're looking pretty gaunt.' On a brighter note, it was added, 'But you look happy, which is fantastic!' 'Ryan, you're getting too skinny!' another said, adding a smiley face and red heart emoji. One social media user warned, 'Ryan, I adore you, but... the BIG but.... you are looking too thin. Sometimes being thin can age a person.' Another person compared him to another celebrity known for his thin stature, adding to the thread: 'Damn I thought this was Marc Anthony for a sec.' 'Wow Ryan is looking very thin,' someone else pointed out plainly. 'What is going on here?' a fan demanded to know, adding, 'Something looks off.' 'I just think it's rude to tell someone they are too skinny. I get told this a lot and I cannot help it with medication I am on. Be positive and encouraging, y'all,' a fan encouraged. Another angrily clapped back, 'IT IS NOT OK TO COMMENT ON SOMEONES BODY. Period. Just because he is a man/celebrity. THIS IS HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT. 'He is a real human who has feelings and ages and CHANGES. Your concern for him is laced in judgment and is just plain rude. … Would you say these things to his face? Then don't say them here.' A source told Page Six of Ryan's slimmed down look, 'Ryan has recently been doing a new workout routine — working out with a new trainer, Dodd Romero, combined with Pilates and yoga for the first time. That's created a visible change.' The insider additionally noted, 'He's also been enjoying vacation time this summer and eating lots of pasta.'

Corrie fans demand ITV bosses bring back star after 13 years
You might even have a storyline in mind that you think would be perfect for them, if they were to come back to the cobbles. Just some of the most recent Corrie departures include Julie Carp (Katy Cavanagh-Jupe) and Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) – both Weatherfield residents sadly died within weeks of each other. But over on the popular soap's Reddit thread, fans are demanding Corrie bosses bring back one ITV star – Amber Kalirai. Most recognised as the daughter of Corrie icon Dev Alahan and his shop worker Ravinder Kalirai (following an affair), Amber (played by Nikki Patel) first appeared on our TV screens in 2005. Before leaving the street for good in 2012, she was later known for her rebellious attitude after being kicked out of university due to failing her exams. However, 13 years since her last appearance, viewers have called for the return of one of their 'favourite characters' as she could 'make things a bit interesting'. It comes as this profile posted on the subreddit r/coronationstreet: 'Bring back Amber, Dev's daughter, please Kate Brooks. 'I am currently watching classic coronation street episodes. Nikki Patel as Amber is so funny, especially with the back and forth banter with her dad. 'A naturally funny northern actress is what Corrie needs. She must be in her mid 30s now.' An account responded: 'Thought about her a few months ago too. 'She was a bit of a troublemaker, could make things a bit interesting especially with Adi [Aadi] leaving, it could add a bit more storyline options for Dev's family which is barely a thing anymore on the show.' Someone even said she could be brought back to take over the corner shop now that Aadi Alahan was exiting the programme. Next week: An unknown woman visits Gary in the hospital, Kevin lies about his cancer, and Dee-Dee goes behind James' back. Read more here: Back in April, Adam Hussain, who has played the role of Aadi for five years, confirmed he would be departing Corrie. One fan responded: 'Thought Amber was great when she was first introduced and had an odd friendship with Norris. "But then when she came back she was quite annoying. So it depends which Amber we'd be getting!' Another said they also 'loved the banter' she had with Norris. This person commented: 'YES! One of my favourite characters. Others said they would like to see Amber return as a 'young woman' following her teenage years on the ITV soap, but would like the character to have 'the same sense of humour'. This fan also shared: 'Brilliant character I agree.'

‘Jack The Flipper' killer dolphin on loose off UK coast after slaying a baby dolphin and then a SHARK
Both of his killings were caught on camera by Dolphin watcher Sarah Michelle Wyer, who had previously named him Anakin after the Star Wars character SOMEFIN IN THE WATER? 'Jack The Flipper' killer dolphin on loose off UK coast after slaying a baby dolphin and then a SHARK A KILLER dolphin is on the loose after being caught on video slaying one of its own kind — and then a shark. The bottlenose dolphin, dubbed Jack the Flipper, targeted a smooth-hound shark last week having previously attacked a juvenile common dolphin three months ago. 3 The killer bottlenose dolphin was caught slaying one if its own kind Credit: Jam Press/Sarah Michelle Wyer 3 'Jack The Flipper' also killed a smooth-hound shark last week Credit: Jam Press/Sarah Michelle Wyer He is part of a pod in Cardigan Bay, off the coast of Mid Wales, and had actually been named Anakin, after the Star Wars character, by dolphin watcher Sarah Michelle Wyer. She told The Sun: 'I've not seen a dolphin throw a shark out in the eight years I've been watching them. 'One of the skippers has seen them throw topes, which is another small member of the shark family, but not smooth-hounds. 'But when Anakin killed the young common dolphin, it was the first recorded instance of this behaviour happening in Cardigan Bay. It is unknown why this dolphin chose to do it — as it would have been of no threat. Bottlenose dolphins are highly intelligent creatures and are capable of many unusual behaviours. 'They are not 'friendly flipper'. This particular dolphin seems to have a very unusual personality. 'Despite the name, common dolphins aren't common around here. And we now think this could be because of the bottlenose dolphins.' Smooth-hounds can grow up to 4ft in length — while bottlenose dolphins can reach up to 12ft. Dolphin Spotting Boat Trips, who Sarah works with, added: 'We were very surprised when one of our local dolphins, Anakin, brought what we originally thought was a large salmon past the boat and then threw the fish out the water. 'To our surprise, it was not a salmon but a member of the shark family called a smooth-hound. 'We aren't sure if there are many records of smooth-hounds being part of a bottlenose dolphin's diet. Inside the dark world of randy sex pest dolphins who terrorise swimmers & try to ROMP with humans 'Bottlenose dolphins are opportunistic feeders and have a varied diet of fish, squid and crustaceans. 'Anakin's dolphinality is a very unusual one to say the least.'
