Are any Chargers players at 'Tight End University' in 2025?
TEU is an immersive three-day program designed for NFL tight ends to come together, share knowledge, collaborate, and learn from one another, ultimately elevating their game.
It was founded in 2021 by George Kittle, Travis Kelce, and Greg Olsen.
The Chargers have a few noteworthy tight ends on their roster in 2025, including Will Dissly, Tyler Conklin, and rookie Oronde Gadsden II. However, none of them will be in attendance.
The last time a Chargers tight end attended the event was back in 2023, with that being Tre' McKitty.
The full group of tight ends that will be at "Tight End U" can be found below:

Ranking Chargers' best offseason additions ahead of 2025 season
The Chargers appear poised to take that next step in their second season under Jim Harbaugh. The moves made this offseason reflect this, as the team aims to elevate itself into legitimate contender status. Let's rank the Chargers' 10 biggest acquisitions from this offseason: Advertisement 1. Omarion Hampton The front office could've gone for a different position with the 22nd overall pick but opted to go with the 'best player available' approach. Hampton has all of the traits to be a star at the next level after a phenomenal collegiate career. It seems the Chargers have found their long-term guy in the backfield. 2. Mekhi Becton This move flew a bit under the radar because it happened in the latter half of the free agent frenzy. Nonetheless, it was a huge acquisition to shore up the interior part of the line. Formerly an offensive tackle, Becton thrived in his first season as a full-time right guard in 2024 with the Eagles. He will bring an old-school style to this offense that Jim Harbaugh will love, and it should help open up massive lanes in the run game. Advertisement 3. Tre Harris The team didn't address the wide receiver position much in free agency and then avoided it with their first pick in the NFL Draft. Thankfully, a talent like Harris fell to the second round. One could argue he's the biggest X-factor in the determination of the ceiling of the 2025 Chargers. If he can adjust to the pros quickly, this will be a scary offense. 4. Da'Shawn Hand Hand's talent may not be deserving of No. 4 on this list, but it was a huge signing given the need at the position. The veteran played a career-high 563 defensive snaps in 2024, and the Chargers may need him to reach that number again. Hand will play a big role in what is an otherwise inexperienced defensive line room. Advertisement 5. Donte Jackson Jackson replaced some key losses in the cornerback room and will provide leadership to youngsters like Cam Hart and Tarheeb Still. He's started 92 games in his career and comes off a year in which he had a career-high five interceptions with the Steelers. 6. Najee Harris A former Steeler occupies back-to-back spots. Harris got moved down a few spots here after the pick of Hampton in the NFL Draft for obvious reasons. Nonetheless, the former Alabama product will still be a good complementary piece while the rookie gets used to the NFL. 7. Jamaree Caldwell Caldwell may have to step up and play more than a typical third-round rookie. That has mostly to do with the team's aforementioned lack of depth and talent along the defensive line. Advertisement 8. Kyle Kennard Another rookie cracks the list, and this was a key acquisition for the depth of the edge rusher group. Kennard will see time as a rotational piece behind the starters Khalil Mack and Tuli Tuipulotu. 9. Andre James At this point, the center job is between Bradley Bozeman and Zion Johnson. James still provides some starting experience, as he made 61 starts in six seasons with the Raiders. 10. Mike Williams It's easy to say Williams' best days are behind him, but he returns to the place that drafted him eight years ago. The veteran hasn't topped 300 receiving yards in a season since 2022, but he will provide key leadership for the young wideouts. Kelce Speaks Out With Six-Word Review of Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl Failure
Kelce Speaks Out With Six-Word Review of Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl Failure originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Perhaps no Super Bowl in recent memory produced a more shockingly lopsided result than Super Bowl LIX. Advertisement The regal Kansas City Chiefs were poised to become the first team since the Vince Lombardi Packers of the 1960's to win three straight NFL titles. But ... They were somehow beaten to a pulp by the Philadelphia Eagles, 40-22. And in some ways, the final score isn't fully indicative of how dominant a beatdown it was. Philadelphia led 34-0 late in the third quarter and 40-6 midway through the fourth. Two late touchdowns in garbage time created an illusion ... But this was one of the biggest blowouts in Super Bowl history. Fast-forward to today ... and the shock of losing a Super Bowl in embarrassing fashion has yet to leave the Chiefs' hearts and minds. Advertisement Speaking on the Bussin' With The Boys podcast earlier this week, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce broke down precisely what happened to the once-invincible offense in February. "I don't know if they had a tick on what was going on or if they just kind of had the rules set in place, but it felt like in the run game and pass game … They just had stuff figured out," Kelce explained. "Even when we got the right call, it was like we were just a step off or timing off. "Pat was under duress, and we just had to try and figure things out on the run. It was just an uphill battle all (expletive) day." "They just had stuff figured out'' says a mouthful ... about both teams on that day. Advertisement Kansas City mustered just over 30 yards in the first half alone. Patrick Mahomes was sacked six times, threw two picks, and even lost a fumble. It was in many ways, given the circumstances, maybe the worst game of the all-time great's career. Due to how good the Chiefs have been with their MVP quarterback, it's not outlandish to call Philadelphia's defensive performance one of the greatest in Super Bowl history. And the Chiefs are understandably still licking their wounds. Clay Matthews Reacts to Travis Kelce's Alleged Comments on Wednesday
Clay Matthews Reacts to Travis Kelce's Alleged Comments on Wednesday originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Travis Kelce entered the NFL in 2013, and while his rookie season was derailed by injury, his mentality and larger-than-life personality haven't changed — from a young player fighting for recognition to now, a future Hall of Famer regarded as one of the greatest tight ends of all time. Advertisement But early on, Kelce experienced his fair share of humbling moments — including one that he recently shared on the "Bussin' With The Boys" podcast, involving a heated exchange with Green Bay Packers legend and star linebacker Clay Matthews. 'It was 2014 — one of my first games — and I had maybe 10 catches total in my career up to that point,' Kelce recalled. 'I'm thinking, 'This is Lambeau. This is my moment. People are gonna know me after this.' I see Clay Matthews and I'm like, 'Oh [expletive], that's Clay Matthews.'' Kelce went on to describe a play where he blocked Matthews on the backside of an outside zone run and delivered a hit. Feeling fired up, Kelce talked a little trash — but quickly regretted it. 'He stops, squares up to me, and says, 'Don't [expletive] ever [expletive] talk to me. I'll [expletive] kill you,' or something along the lines... I just stood there — couldn't even say anything after that,' Kelce said with a laugh. Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis KelceStephen Lew-Imagn Images On Wednesday, Clay Matthews responded to the video on social media with a hilarious take on how the moment played out more than a decade ago. Advertisement 'Allegedly @tkelce,' Matthews wrote. 'We were BFFs by the end of the game.' Clay Matthews officially retired from the NFL in 2022, though he hadn't played since the 2019 season. Still, he was in the league long enough to witness Travis Kelce's rise firsthand. Matthews' NFL career spanned 11 seasons with the Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams. He finished with 383 solo tackles, 136 assisted tackles, 91.5 sacks, five fumble recoveries, and six interceptions. Most notably, he played a key role in helping the Packers win Super Bowl XLV in 2011 against the Pittsburgh Steelers — two seasons before Kelce entered the league.
