‘Worst Nightmare': Girl Sings To Passengers Over Plane Intercom Amid 2-Hour Delay
The flight to Orlando was delayed by severe weather. To uplift the mood, a young girl decided to sing a song for the passengers.
A Delta Airlines flight from Florida unexpectedly turned into a concert when a young girl took over the plane's intercom to sing a song from Disney's hit movie Moana. The flight to Orlando was delayed by severe weather, spending two hours grounded and another two hours circling before landing.
Amid the passengers' frustration and discomfort, the girl's rendition of How Far I'll Go brought a moment of joy to some, but most remained frustrated. A video, first shared on TikTok, captures the child confidently singing on the flight crew's intercom system, with a few passengers joining in, while many others stayed silent, clearly unamused.

Of course, the video quickly went viral. The moment divided the internet, with passengers and viewers equally split in their responses.
'Flight got delayed, and this little girl won't stop singing Moana. Get me off this plane," a passenger posted.
Another added, 'This is actually my worst nightmare and personal hell."
A viewer wrote, 'She's on key and on tempo. It could be much, much worse."
'When your flight gets delayed by 2 hours and you circle Orlando for another 2… But then a little girl sings Moana on the crew mic, and suddenly everything feels okay," praised a social media user, applauding her talent.
An individual said, 'Oh, for crying out loud, they were on the ground for a two-hour delay. This child wanted to do something to cheer people up. It's cute and, more importantly, gave the other passengers a distraction from the boredom of sitting on the tarmac."
'I don't see anything wrong with this video. Cool kid showing her singing talent!" expressed a user.
A passenger who spoke with The Independent described the atmosphere onboard as 'hot" and 'packed." Reflecting on the girl's performance, she called the moment both sweet and awkward. 'All of a sudden a flight attendant shares with us that they have a sweet little girl that would love to share, or sing, a song with us. We were confused. And then she started singing. And I thought she was going to sing maybe like up until the chorus part, or end at the chorus, and then we were all going to go along our merry way. But no, she sang the whole song. There was some scattered applause. But it was also very uncomfortable," she said.
In a conversation with Newsweek, Delta Airlines responded to the incident. Noting the girl's efforts, they said, 'We appreciate the customer sharing her talents." The Airlines also apologised to the customers for the delay in their travels.

What's Jet2 holiday trend? White House sparks backlash for using viral TikTok and Instagram sound in deportation video
The world of social media memes is living its best British summer holiday parody moment, and the White House has inadvertently become part of the punchline. What started as a Jet2 holiday jingle featuring Jess Glynne's Hold My Hand has blossomed into a TikTok and Instagram trend for users' soundtracks to holiday mishaps. However, not even in our wildest dreams could we have predicted that the White House would use the sound over footage of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deportations. What is the Jet2 holiday trend? In early 2024, Jet2 launched an advert promoting value package holidays with cheerful visuals and the tagline 'Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday,' paired with Jess Glynne's upbeat hit Hold My Hand. By mid‑2025, the advert audio had gone viral on TikTok and Instagram Reels as users layered it over vacation fails, from rain‑soaked umbrellas to poolside slip‑ups. Millions of clips now carry this ironic contrast. Jet2 leaned into the chaos, launching a lip‑sync challenge on TikTok and promising a £1,000 holiday voucher for the funniest submission. Voice actor Zoë Lister, the cheerful voice in the advert, became a familiar face and unexpected viral sensation. Why did the White House use it? In a surprising social media move, the White House's official X account (formerly Twitter) posted a 20‑second video of ICE agents escorting detainees onto deportation flights, captioned 'When ICE books you a one‑way Jet2 holiday to deportation. Nothing beats it!' The soundtrack was the viral Jet2 audio. Many quickly labeled the move tone deaf and grotesque, pointing out the strange juxtaposition of festive holiday marketing with footage of human suffering. The Trump administration defended the post, claiming the video was meant to highlight efforts to deport criminal illegal aliens as a matter of public safety. Singer Jess Glynne slamming the move Jess Glynne didn't mince his words in criticism of the White House. Taking to Instagram, she wrote, 'This post honestly makes me sick. My music is about love, unity and spreading positivity, never about division or hate.' Her response echoed previous protests by artists such as Queen and Semisonic, who also voiced opposition when their music was used in political contexts without approval. Glynne made it clear that she viewed this as a misuse of her work and values, turning a song rooted in emotional support into the soundtrack for something cold and bureaucratic. Jet2 refuses to comment Jet2, the airline at the centre of the meme storm, opted to stay silent. Despite repeated media requests, the company declined to issue a public statement. Internally, the brand appears focused on its booming summer season and expanding routes, including new flights to Greece announced for 2026. Jet2 had previously embraced the meme with enthusiasm, even encouraging fans to get involved, but this latest turn seems to have hit a boundary. For now, the airline is sticking to sunshine and package deals, not political discourse. To stay updated on the stories that are going viral, follow Indiatimes Trending.

Saw the viral video of a bear jumping on a trampoline? Turns out it is AI
Artifical intelligence (AI) and creativity have once again fooled the internet. A recent video showing a huge bear happily bouncing on a trampoline went viral on Instagram and other social media platforms. Many people believed it was real and were amazed by how happily the bear jumped, flipped and enjoyed. A debate sparked after a trampoline bear video was found to be AI-generated.(@ecosapiens/Instagram) The short video seemed like it was filmed in someone's yard with a ring camera It showed a bear climbing onto a trampoline, then bouncing and rolling around just like a person would. People shared the video widely, calling it 'cute' and 'unbelievable". Instagram user spots AI in viral clip: One Instagram creator, @showtoolsai, known for spotting AI-generated videos online, claimed that the bear on the trampoline video was not real. In a video breakdown, he explained why he believed the clip was AI-generated. He pointed out that the clip appeared to be from a ring camera, which is often used in AI videos. He also noted that the bear's paw movements looked unnatural, and the ball on the trampoline didn't move as it should when the bear bounced. The internet was stunned after learning that the bear video was AI-generated, sparking a wave of strong reactions online. Check out the viral video here: Viral trend behind AI and animal videos: Another user, Justine Moore, who creates and shares AI-generated videos on X (formerly Twitter), also shared the viral bear video. In her post, she pointed out that two types of AI animal videos are currently going viral on platforms like Reels and TikTok. The first type shows cats bringing home or interacting with an unexpected friend, and the second type features animal visitors jumping on trampolines, often with surprising or funny endings. Moore added that the bear video fits into this trend and even shared tips on how to create similar AI clips using simple tools and prompts.

Mohit Reveals Ahaan Was a 'Cringe TikToker' Who Deleted His Old Videos Before 'Saiyaara' Debut
'Saiyaara' director Mohit Suri has opened up about the untold prelude to Ahaan Panday's film debut—revealing that the star once posted cringeworthy TikTok and Instagram videos, which he promptly removed before the release of 'Saiyaara'.
