Maya, 30, put on a sensational display in the revealing dress as she made her way to the villa.
The teaser for tonight's show saw the islanders shocked as the host prepares to reveal the latest twist.
But viewers are sure to be distracted by the star's cut-out blue gown with pink tree branch details.
She flaunted her tiny waist in the cinched look as her assets were on display with accentuating cut out panels.
Her face had only minimal makeup as with subtle shadow, cheek blusher and a light gloss on the lips.
This comes after we revealed that four islanders have been dumped from the show in a mass cull.
After the shock sleepover twist, two boys and two girls were sent packing, but viewers are waiting to see just who will leave the show.
Four new bombshells in the form of Will, Giorgio, Caprice and Poppy made their debut on the show.
Fans were left absolutely fuming as Remell wasted absolutely no time in getting to know Poppy.
Maya Jama reveals secret connection to Love Island boy that's never been mentioned in the villa
The main villa was then rocked when a cheeky video arrived by text, teasing some of the cosy chats that had gone on behind their backs.
Now as Maya returns to the show, some viewers speculated that the OG contestants may be invited to bring a bombshell back to the villa.
A source told The Sun: "Four islanders have gone in one sweep but it won't necessarily be who fans think.
"The sleepover Islanders' return really shakes up the villa dynamic."
