Cardi B reveals staggering six-figure amount she spends on 3 kids' lifestyles while blasting Offset as a deadbeat dad

Yahoo3 days ago

All she really wanna see is the money.
Cardi B revealed the staggering six-figure amount she pays annually for their three kids' lifestyles as she blasted Offset for allegedly being a deadbeat father.
'A whole year straight, you have left me with the kids' bills. Y'all want to know what's the kids' bills? Start adding,' the 'Bodak Yellow' rapper, who shares children Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and Blossom, 8 months, with the former Migos rapper, began on X Spaces Friday.
'My kids got their own driver. They pick them up from school, they drop them off and they take them to gymnastics and … boxing classes. The kids' driver is on a retainer for $10,000 a month,' Cardi, born Belcalis Almánzar, shared.
'Kulture's school this year — you didn't pay for it — that's $45,000. Wave's school a year is $35,000, which you didn't help me pay for it this year at all.'
The Grammy winner, 32, then said that her cousin babysits her kids for $3,000 a week and Blossom's nanny runs her $500 per day.
'Kulture and Wave get tutoring four times a week … each hour is $250 … count that up,' she added.
'Kulture's piano class — that's $300 an hour and she gets piano classes three times a week. I'm not sure how much is gymnastics and Wave's boxing classes, but I pay that, too,' Cardi explained, adding that Offset, whose real name is Kiari Cephus, has allegedly left her with that bill 'for a whole year' amid their contentious divorce.
'Kiari, have I asked you for anything? You want spousal support so bad. And mind you, this is not even including food — my kids have a personal chef that comes from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. that I pay for because people in my house don't have time to cook,' she said.
Additionally, Cardi said she covers the costs for a full-time security staff to protect her children.
'Our daughter [Kulture] constantly used to get threats, rape threats, death threats, so I have a security 24 hours in front of my house, which I pay as well. And you don't help with none of it,' she claimed.
Page Six has reached out to Offset's rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Elsewhere in Cardi's lengthy rant, she accused Offset, 33, of being an absentee father for their kids.
'[Offset] has seen Blossom only like five times,' she claimed of their infant daughter, who was born in September 2024.
'I been trying to save your face … I said you can see my kids in my house. I want my daughter to feel the love of her dad. He hasn't seen his kids since March.'
Last summer, Page Six exclusively revealed that Cardi filed for divorce from the dad of six for a second time after nearly seven years of marriage.
Last week, TMZ reported that the 'Bad and Boujee' emcee requested spousal support from his estranged wife, who is now dating NFL star Stefon Diggs, and joint custody of their kids.

Sauce Gardner opens up on how LeBron James played role in him meeting Ice Spice

LeBron James, even if unintentionally, helped play the role of matchmaker for Sauce Gardner's rumored relationship with rapper Ice Spice, the Jets cornerback told TMZ. Gardner appeared on an April 2024 episode of 'The Shop' — a podcast featuring James — alongside rapper Travis Scott, former NFL wideout Chad Ochocinco and star Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez, and Gardner told the outlet he believes that's when the couple met in person for the first time. They seemingly became Instagram official just over one year later in a post shared by Ice Spice with her and Gardner posing in front of a bathroom mirror. AP While Gardner told TMZ that he wasn't 'trying to speak too much on it' when approached in Los Angeles, he did acknowledge that he and the rapper are 'cool' — and proceeded to reveal a bit about their relationship. 'We just be having a good time,' Gardner told the outlet. 'Two young individuals, you know. She from New York. I play in New York. She talented, real talented, when it come to what she do. Same thing for me. Two people that get hated on that's really good at what we do, so we got a lot in common. We cool.' Advertisement 3 LeBron James is pictured at Fanatics Fest on June 21. Getty Images Before Ice Spice's post, the duo had been spotted out in public on different occasions, and Gardner appeared to tease the relationship earlier in April by sharing a photo on Instagram that showed them standing next to a car in New York City. When they attended a Knicks playoff game at the Garden in May, they received a loud ovation from fans in attendance as they watched the Knicks close out their second-round series against the Celtics. Gardner, 24, will enter the 2025 campaign off a rough season and is entering the last year of his rookie deal, but he still attended the Jets' mandatory minicamp instead of holding out, getting fined and attempting to make a contract statement. Bill Kostroun/New York Post 'I just wanted to show my teammates and the coaches how much I'm bought into this,' Gardner told reporters on June 12. 'I want to win. I want to be a part of changing the organization.' He earned consecutive First-Team All-Pro appearances in his first two NFL seasons — as well as winning Defensive Rookie of the Year and securing a pair of Pro Bowl spots — but failed to even make the Pro Bowl last year.

Lalo Schifrin, 93, Dies; Composer of ‘Mission: Impossible' and Much More

Lalo Schifrin, the Grammy-winning Argentine-born composer who evoked the ticking, ominous suspense of espionage with his indelible theme to the television series 'Mission: Impossible' as well as scored movies like 'Cool Hand Luke,' 'Bullitt' and 'Dirty Harry,' died on Thursday in Los Angeles. He was 93. His wife, Donna, said the cause of his death, in a hospital, was complications of pneumonia. Mr. Schifrin had a startlingly diverse career as a composer, arranger and conductor in a wide range of genres — from classical to jazz to Latin to folk to rock to hip-hop to electronic to the ancient music of the Aztecs. He conducted symphony orchestras in London and Vienna, and philharmonic orchestras in Tel Aviv, Paris and Los Angeles. He arranged music for the Three Tenors. He provided what The Washington Post called the music of 'rebellious cool' for Paul Newman, Steve McQueen and Clint Eastwood. But the prolific Mr. Schifrin, who wrote more than 100 film and television scores, was best known for 'Mission: Impossible.' Interpretations of his propulsive theme have also been featured in the eight movies in the 'Mission: Impossible' series, starring Tom Cruise, which began in 1996. Like John Williams, whose many compositions for film include the theme from 'Jaws,' Mr. Schifrin was a master of creating jittery unease and peril. Both composers worked with a recognizable style and a distinct purpose. Want all of The Times? Subscribe.

Why is Rihanna in Belgium this weekend? Hint: Smurfs

BRUSSELS (AP) — Belgium rolled out the blue carpet Saturday for Rihanna and other stars who turned out for the world premiere of the new Smurf movie. Rihanna produced ″Smurfs″ and voices Smurfette in the summer family film, a live-action animated reboot that takes the little creatures on a Smurfette-led rescue mission to save Papa Smurf. At Saturday's showing in Brussels, the visibly pregnant Grammy winner chatted with children, linked arms with someone dressed as her cartoon alter-ego, and joined the audience arm in arm with A$AP Rocky. Film director Chris Miller held Smurf toys and other cast members at the premiere included James Corden and Dan Levy. Many of the guests wore a shade of Smurf-ish blue. The movie premieres in the U.S. on July 18. Belgian comics artist Peyo created the Smurfs — known here as ″Schtroumpfs″ — and the Belgian capital embraced the premiere with a weekend of events. It took place in central Brussels, not far from a Smurf museum. The city's famed Mannekin Pis statue was dressed for the occasion as No Name Smurf. The city's Grand-Place held Smurf-themed events all weekend, and tourist buses and train cars were decorated in blue.
