adidasis re-releasing the beloved Terry FoxOrionrunning shoes — a classic silhouette from the 1970s, famously worn byTerry Foxduring his 1980 Marathon of Hope. Last released in 2020 for the40th anniversary, the drop sold out within minutes. Now, in honor of the 45th anniversary, the iconic shoe will make its return.
The limited-edition Orion is dressed in navy blue with tonal accents across the upper and toe box. Contrasted by crisp white midsoles and Adidas' signature three stripes, the shoe features 'Terry Fox' embroidered in gold along the stripes and comes with commemorative shoelaces.
Fox, who began his cross-country Marathon of Hope with a prosthetic leg, ran an average of 25 miles per day for 143 days, covering an incredible 3,339 miles. Ahead of his journey to raise cancer awareness across Canada, Fox wrote to adidas requesting a footwear sponsorship. In response, the brand sent him 26 pairs of the Orion running shoe. Though his run was tragically cut short when cancer returned and spread to his lungs, his determination and courage continue to inspire millions to this day.
More than just a running shoe, this release is a tribute to Fox's legacy of courage, determination and hope. All proceeds will go directly toward supporting cancer research in Canada.

The Jackass legend has signed on to host Fear Factor: The Next Chapter, a modern reboot of the early 2000s reality classic that once pushed network TV boundaries with its blend of high-stakes stunts and gross-out dares.
