Huge Nothing Prime Day sale — save big on all the sleekest Nothing and CMF earbuds

Tom's Guide08-07-2025
With Prime Day finally underway, we're keeping watch on all the best deals you can snag on speakers, headphones, and earbuds. Amazon is home to a slew of steep discounts, and Nothing's gadgets are seeing some of their lowest prices to date.
This includes even its cheaper sub-brand, called CMF. I've scoured Amazon to find all the best Prime Day audio deals you can find across these two brands, wrangling the Nothing Ear (open) at just $99 and the CMF Buds 2a for $28, among others.
Unfortunately, the brand new Nothing Headphone (1) isn't yet slashed, so you'll have to check back here later in the year when those finally go on sale. For now, we've just included all the best Prime Day Nothing earbuds deals below.
These brand-new buds bring hybrid ANC built on a 12.4mm dynamic driver, offering incredible bass and impeccable noise canceling for those who need to escape the world. You can also scoop these up in a variety of different colors, including silver, orange, and black.
The CMF Buds Pro 2 brings a sleek smart dial to the charging case, letting you switch different audio profiles to suit your listening needs. It also offers 43 hours of charge and has spatial audio built into the design, making movies and shows feel even more immersive.
The cheaper model of Nothing's new earbuds lineup brings several exciting enhancements to the fray, the main among them ChatGPT built into them. Unlike the Nothing Ear, these models also come with a special yellow colorway, and offer a deep equalizer to fine-tune the audio to your liking.
Nothing's premium Ear bring some of its best features to its smallest design. With LDAC and LHDC support, the Nothing Ear offers a wide array of codecs for improved audio quality across devices, plus a powerful custom driver, ensuring you get incredible audio from the outset. ChatGPT integrated into the buds also means you're just one button press away from any answer to all the questions you might have in mind.
These are my favorite earbuds for running, offering tons of control on an open design. These are built with two mics, so calls will come in perfectly. Additionally, they don't stick deeply into your ears, allowing you to remain alert to your surroundings while working out. As with most Nothing earbuds, you can also expect a ChatGPT integration, so if you ever get lost on a run, you'll be able to find your way home.

Here's why Target is ending its long-running ‘price matching' policy this month

Target stores won't match the prices of competitors including Amazon and Walmart after July 28 the retail chain has announced. "We've found our guests overwhelmingly price match Target and not other retailers, which reflects the great value and trust in pricing consumers see across our assortment and deals," a Target spokesperson told ABC News. The policy, introduced in 2013, allowed customers to buy items in Target stores at reduced prices if they were being sold for less on or at Amazon or Walmart. Under the new policy, the price match will only apply to lower-priced items on according to the company. Target's policy was an industry first as brick-and-mortar chains faced increasing low-price competition from online retailers. Target, which is ending its price match policy this month, has faced rising inflation, consumer boycotts, disappointing earnings, and uncertainty around Trump's tariffs (Copyright 2025 The Associated Press. All rights reserved) Neil Saunders, a retail analyst at the research and analytics firm GlobalData, said the change was a sign of Target's continued financial challenges. "Target's profitability and margins have weakened over recent years, and if it wants to invest more in stores, then it needs to be more financially disciplined," he told USA TODAY. "Ending price matching helps to achieve this, especially at a time when costs are rising because of tariffs. That said, this is only one part of the puzzle and there is a lot more Target needs to do to bolster its bottom line." In May, the company missed Wall Street expectations and announced sales were down 2.8 percent in the first quarter, and had declined compared with the same period in 2024. Target, along with some of its competitors, have faced financial headwinds including uncertainty over the Trump administration's on-again, off-again tariff regime, rising inflation, as well as multiple consumer boycotts in the wake of the company's decision to align with the priorities of the new administration and end some of its diversity initiatives. Target competitors such as Best Buy retain a price match offer while Amazon and Walmart do not.

The firm believes ChatGPT's strong brand and early lead could help OpenAI tap into a $700 billion market by 2030. The firm noted that while OpenAI remains the best-capitalized private AI startup, profitability is not expected until 2029, leaving investors to weigh growth against long-term sustainability.
