Ruby Rose reveals shock body modification as she steps out in Los Angeles after a string of bizarre claims about her living conditions

Daily Mail5 days ago
Ruby Rose revealed she has removed a tattoo of her former partner's name as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Friday.
The Australian actor, 39, soaked up the sun as she went on a relaxing stroll with her two dogs.
As she carried the pooches out of their pram and into her home, Ruby revealed her new body modification.
The Batwoman star has removed a tattoo of her ex fiancée Phoebe Dahl's name from inside a red heart on her left shoulder.
The ink previously featured both 'Phoebe + Ruby' inside the heart but the designer's name has now been erased.
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
Ruby was dressed casually for the outing in a grey singlet, shorts and sunglasses as she pushed her two dogs in a pram.
She completed her look with long red socks and also wore black and white sneakers.
Ruby re-emerged at the horse sanctuary last month after telling fans she has had to 'move house every few weeks' because she is being 'followed'.
The Australian actor shared videos to Instagram, showing herself playing with goats at the sanctuary.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal the movie star stays at the ranch for a few days at a time to visit the animals when she is in the area.
Ruby tagged the sanctuary in her videos and even urged her 20.1 million followers to donate to the business, which is committed to 'equine rescue and rehabilitation'.
In the clips, Ruby featured two baby goats named Martha and Snoop, who she has previously revealed lost their mother.
The Aussie star appeared to be quite taken with the animals as she fed them, walked with them around the sanctuary, and cuddled up to them in her videos.
It came after Ruby shared a series of troubling posts to Threads earlier last month, claiming someone was trying to kill her.
One of the posts included an eyebrow-raising remark about one of Jeffrey Epstein's accusers, Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre recently took her own life after claiming she had been in a devastating car accident that was later revealed to be a minor prang.
Ruby's wild posts first came in response to a thread that asked: 'Who is a celebrity that gave it all up at the height of fame to go live a 'normal' life?'
'Hi. We just leave when people try to kill us. When we are illegally debanked and [redacted]. Hope that helps,' Rose answered.
'Debanking' refers to a bank terminating a customer's accounts or restricting access to banking services due to perceived risks.
This may happen for a number of reasons, including a perceived risk of money laundering, non-compliant customer activities, or a perceived reputational risk.
Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting Ruby was debanked for any of these reasons.
It is unclear if Ruby was actually debanked or if she was referring to someone else's plight.
Rose then went on to say: 'I don't want to be labelled 'crazy' and I don't want to pretend to know how Virginia Giuffre died - but DOZENS of people including a school bus, have tried to run me off the road in the last few years.'
Giuffre was one of the most outspoken accusers of convicted sex offenders Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. She died by suicide at age 41 at her farm outside Perth, Australia, on Thursday, April 24.
Ruby claimed: 'I have been followed almost every time I leave my home, since the day I broke my neck, back and ribs on Batwoman' - referring to her controversial exit from the TV series after she sustained injuries on-set.
'Since then I have doubled down on.... Epstein. This has resulted in some seriously wild attempts on my life. Believe it or don't. But I might as well update you.'
Ruby also wrote: 'This,' beneath someone else's comment on the thread which read: 'Y'all they 'left' bc it's a horrifying industry that is NOT safe.'
Fans flocked to comments beneath Ruby's Threads post, begging the star to 'stay safe and keep speaking out'.
Ruby responded to one concerned fan to let them know she'd had no suicidal thoughts of any kind 'thank you for asking'.
'In fact I am moving house every few weeks, countries every few months and trying desperately to stay alive until my book is finished and released,' Ruby, who is currently writing a tell-all memoir, responded.
'If you're truly being followed and targeted, staying put is dangerous. You need to move ideally to another country, where you can be safe and off the radar,' another person told Ruby.
'Trust no one unless you're absolutely sure of them. Change your routine completely. This isn't about fear, it's about survival. Your safety comes first act now!'
Ruby, who has recently been splitting her time between the US and Australia following the death of her father just before Christmas, responded: 'Already done.'

The Logies' biggest fashion felonies revealed as we look back at the WORST DRESSED stars on the red carpet ahead of TV's night-of-nights

With one night to go until celebrities descend on the 2025 TV Week Logie Awards, Aussie A-listers are no doubt putting the finishing touches on their red carpet ensembles. However, now seems as good a time as ever to reflect on some of the outfits that should've stayed as far away from the public eye as possible. Who could forget Margot Robbie 's mullet dress? Or Gamble Breaux 's BDSM-esque leg jewels? Daily Mail Australia reminisces on some of the event's biggest fashion faux pas over the years in preparation for what's to come on Sunday, August 3. From necklines that plunged too low and slits that soared too high, to frills, feathers and fishtails that never deserved an RSVP—we look back for a laugh, and a lesson in what NOT to wear. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Emily Weir: 2024 Emily Weir's 2024 outfit certainly raised eyebrows and mixed reviews as she attended TV's biggest night with a big fashion slip-up. Exposing her derriere and then some, the Home and Away star raised temperatures and eyebrows as she took to the red carpet in a baby pink dress with sheer panels, rhinestones, tulle - you name it. Her risqué frock turned out to be riskier than expected—a glittering example of what not to wear at the Logies. Melissa King: 2024 Melissa King's outfit at the 2024 Logies is proof that her stylist quite obviously hated her with a fiery passion. For whoever let Melissa descend onto the red carpet with her Spanx on full display clearly was a sadist or was harbouring some ill will. The Better Homes and Gardens host deserved better than to be dressed in an ill-fitting Amanda Tasevski gown—especially one with a sheer, corseted midriff that left her high-waisted underwear band fully exposed. Here's hoping Melissa gets her red carpet redemption this year – and keeps the undies under wraps. Leila McKinnon: 2018 Channel Nine journalist Leila McKinnon stole the spotlight for all the wrong reasons in 2018 when she arrived on the red carpet in a futuristic tinsel-inspired frock. The glitzy design showed off her cleavage and skimmed over her hourglass curves with what looked like Spotlight-sourced party tinsel. Leila's makeup matched the drama of her outfit, with a heavy smoky eye and a liberal sweep of blush. Olympia Valance: 2017 Olympia Valance wore a rose-stamped creation by Con Ilio when she attended the Logies in 2017. The billowing velvet skirt and oversized print did little to flatter Olympia's frame, while a bizarre head wrap failed to enhance her already overwhelming look. Olympia's no stranger to bold fashion choices, but this one left fans distinctly unimpressed. Tracy Grimshaw: 2009 A Current Affair's Tracy Grimshaw made a questionable sartorial choice in 2009 when she stepped on the red carpet in a royal purple number with rhinestone detailing. The frock's voluminous skirt and garish hue earned her a spot on many fans' worst dressed lists. And while it may have been on-trend back then, Tracy's throwback haircut and fast fashion-style purse didn't help her case. Natalie Bassingthwaighte: 2022 The former Neighbours star failed to flatter her spectacular figure in a pink smock-like dress with gold features. Natalie finished the look with Egyptian-style block bracelets—an accessory choice that left many scratching their heads. Libby Babet: 2017 The Biggest Loser's Libby Babet graced the Logies red carpet in an outfit that would polarise audiences in 2017. Sauntering her way down the media wall, Libby turned heads in a glittering silver pencil dress covered in flamenco-inspired fringe detailing. The trainer topped off her eyebrow-raising ensemble with chunky white heels and a high-drama ponytail. Margot Robbie: 2009 In 2009, well before her Hollywood career took off, former Neighbours star Margot Robbie stepped out in a dramatic, flamenco- inspired, black and red mullet dress. Despite being panned by fashion critics, Margot had attended as a nominee for the Most Popular New Female Talent award. While it wasn't her finest fashion moment, we'll forgive Margot— her five-star Barbie looks in 2023 more than made up for it. Christian Wilkins: 2018 He's the son of veteran entertainment reporter Richard Wilkins and is known to push the boundaries with fashion. However, Christian suffered a fashion faux pas when he descended on the 2018 red carpet in a very casual look. He chose a red plaid frock layered over ill-fitting black trousers and finished the look with biker-style boots—an ensemble that felt more streetwear than Logies-ready. Gamble Breaux: 2016 The Real Housewives of Melbourne star stepped out in an OTT get-up that left little to the imagination at the 2016 Logies. Gamble turned heads as she chose to accessorise with unusual leg jewels that overpowered her otherwise simple beige dress. The frock's thigh-high split showed off her toned legs, while glitter-soaked heels added even more drama to the already eccentric ensemble. Bonnie Sveen: 2017 Best known for playing Ricky Sharpe on Home and Away, Bonnie looked worlds away from her bikini babe character when she attended the Logies in 2017. Clad in an unusual two-piece ensemble with grey brocade, the soap star looked decidedly uncomfortable as she posed on the red carpet. Bonnie paired the look with black strappy heels, though they did little to complement her petite frame. Georgie Parker: 2016 Home and Away star Georgie Parker missed the fashion mark in 2016 when she wore a bronze silk gown that swamped her slender frame. The actress opted for a floor-length, plunging Constantina & Louise dress with ruched detailing around her stomach. The look was further amplified by House of Emmanuele body jewellery and cuffs that trailed fabric from the gown—adding drama to an already extravagant ensemble. Courtney Act: 2004 The red carpet at the 2004 Logies saw some colourful characters. Drag queen Courtney Act turned heads in a one-of-a-kind dress made entirely from photos of veteran entertainer Bert Newton—an unforgettable tribute that had everyone talking. Rebecca Judd: 2017 Footy WAG Rebecca Judd's J'Aton Couture frock was a fashion risk and featured an elaborate ruffled front and clashing pink and red lace. Her soft curls and flawless makeup couldn't be faulted, but the sheer, long-sleeved design sparked plenty of debate online. Cheryl Maitland: 2018 The former Married At First Sight star made her presence felt for all the wrong reasons. Cheryl wore a burgundy strapless frock with bizarre see-through mesh under the bust. The excessive draping from the waist also overwhelmed Cheryl's petite frame. Lee Lin Chin: 2015 She's the SBS newsreader who is known for her unique fashion sense. And Lee Lin Chin never shies away from making a style statement: case in point, the 2015 Logie Awards. That year, she wore a white T-shirt-style frock paired with lace leggings and sleeves, topped off with a dramatic black hat wrapped in tulle around her face and neck. Newsreader Lee Lin Chin attended the 2015 red carpet in a white T-shirt frock with lace leggings and sleeves, and a statement black hat Ash Williams: 2011 Ash Williams took men's fashion to wild new heights at the 2011 Logies. He arrived in tight metallic trousers, a silver jacket, and gold body paint smeared across his bare chest. Caitlin Stasey: 2015 She's the controversial actress known for her strong opinions on sexuality and feminism, among other topics. Caitlin Stasey made a bold statement at the 2015 Logies, wearing a silver bull nose ring in her septum and an ill-fitting jumpsuit that divided opinion. Susie Elelman: 2014 Susie Elelman is known for being a fashion risk-taker who regularly flaunts her ample assets on the red carpet. In 2014, she put on an extremely eye-popping display as she showcased her impressive cleavage in a plunging dress. Interestingly, it was the very same dress she wore to the Logies nearly two decades earlier, in 1995.

Top of the weekend to you all. If you need a side order of silly in your life, here's something to add to your calendar before tucking into this week's main course. Elon Musk last week opened a Tesla-themed diner in Hollywood. What could possibly go wrong? As many things as you'd expect from a master of 'move fast and break things'. Lois Beckett braved the lengthy queues, encountering tech glitches, unavailable menu items and a small flotilla of tricked-up Cybertrucks. Sales pitch: The Tesla boss said on an earnings call his diner was 'a shiny beacon of hope in an otherwise sort-of bleak urban landscape'. It is located on Santa Monica Boulevard, in a neighbourhood full of high-end art galleries. How long will it take to read: Four minutes. Sarah Jessica Parker drives And Just Like That fans to tears with Carrie Bradshaw tribute as woke series ends

Sarah Jessica Parker broke her silence on the end of Sex and the City reboot And Just Like That with an emotional and extremely lengthy tribute to Carrie Bradshaw. Parker, 60, who has played the witty writer since 1998, left fans in tears as she posted a video of memorable scenes from the two series and two films - hours after showrunner Michael Patrick King confirmed AJLT's third season would be the last. The show - which saw also saw Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis reprise their SATC roles as Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York - will wrap up with a two part finale. Sex and The City enthusiasts had long expressed their disappointment in the HBO Max spin-off series, slamming it as ' woke ', 'awful' and 'cringeworthy' and lamenting the absence of Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones. Fans had bashed the show and its writers, with some even alleging And Just Like That... had 'ruined' the once-beloved characters from the original Sex and the City and critics calling it 'the worst show on television'. In the wake of the announcement Parker bade an emotional 350-word farewell to her 'professional heartbeat' Carrie on Instagram, writing: 'Crossed streets, avenues, rubicons, so it seemed. 'She broke hearts, heels, habits. She loved, lost, won, tripped, leaped. Fell short and into puddles. 'Aged. Got wiser. She has made the hardest worst and best decisions. 'Traveled near and far. For the new. The vintage. Friends and love. 'Changed homes, time zones, boyfriends, her mind, her shoes, her hair, but never her love and devotion to New York City. 'She had dates, drinks, boyfriends. A husband and truly great loves and romances. 'She hailed cabs. She ran in heels. And danced with Stanford. She told the truth and she lied. 'She typed. Wondered. Wrote. Published. Grieved. Forgave. Got stood up. Stood strong. Stood out. 'She devoted herself to hats, books, shoes, friends and the promise of a new day in her beloved city and the people she treasured most. 'She has worn shame, pride, honor, optimism and literally countless dresses, skirts, tutus. 'Held onto hands, hopes and the very best of people. Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte, there will never be better friends and what great fortune for Carrie to come to know and love Seema and LTW, most divine new connections. 'Carrie Bradshaw has dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all. 'I know others have loved her just as I have. Been frustrated, condemned and rooted for her. 'The symphony of all those emotions has been the greatest soundtrack and most consequential companion. Therefore the most sentimental and profound gratitude and lifetime of debt. To you all. 'MPK and I together recognized, as we have in the past, this chapter complete. 'AJLT was all joy, adventure, the greatest kind of hard work alongside the most extraordinary talent of 380 that includes all the brilliant actors who joined us. 'I am better for every single day I spent with you. It will be forever before I forget the whole thing. Thank you all. I love you so. 'I hope you love these final two episodes as much as we all do. Rabbit rabbit. Xxx, SJ.' Heartbroken fans took to social media to lament the farewell, with one writing: 'sarah jessica parker 's instagram post saying goodbye to carrie bradshaw. i am BESIDE MYSELF. Others wrote: 'I can't imagine that we'll never see Carrie again. There has to be a new movie or mini season in a few years to see what she, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha (via text messages) have been up to. Not ready to say goodbye! '27 years, 1 unforgettable character. Thank you, Sarah Jessica Parker, for the heels, heartbreaks, and heart. 'new sarah jessica parker post is written like a patti smith instagram caption… oh she was having big feelings. 'Sarah Jessica Parker you did more than anyone ever could for Carrie Bradshaw and I respect you 1000% for it. Thank you for everything and I love you so much. AJLT saw Miranda cheat on husband Steve with non-binary comic Che Diaz, Carrie bizarrely claim 'love of her life' Mr Big was a 'mistake' and agreeing to take a five year break from her on-again romance with Aidan Shaw. The show's viewership had tumbled in its ongoing third season. King said in a statement: 'And just like that… the ongoing storytelling of the Sex and the City universe is coming to an end. 'While I was writing the last episode of And Just Like That… season 3, it became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop. Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale and extended the original series order from 10 episodes to 12. 'SJP and I held off announcing the news until now because we didn't want the word final to overshadow the fun of watching the season. 'It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their homes and their hearts over these many years.' Samantha Jones actress Kim Cattrall notably did not return for the series full-time after a decade of bad blood with her castmates. The original show ran from 1998-2004 with two films in 2008 and 2010. AJLT was first announced in January 2021 - 11 years after the panned movie, Sex and the City 2. It introduced a host of new side characters including Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker), Seema Patel (Sarita Choudhury) and Dr Nya Wallace (Karen Pittman). The series kicked off in explosive style with Big (Chris Noth) dying of a heart attack in the first episode. Noth was later edited out of the series after being accused of sexual abuse by four women - he denied all the allegations and has never been charged with any crime. Miranda began cheating on Steve (David Eigenberg) - who was her true love over six seasons and two films - with Che (Sara Ramirez) before starting to exclusively date women, despite her character confirming in SATC she was 'definitely not gay.' It was claimed Cattrall had 'torpedoed' plans for a third Sex and the City film - but she later denied this. Cattrall shocked fans when it emerged she had filmed a secret cameo for the show's second season, which she did without interacting with any cast member. She had previously hit out at Parker and said 'we're not friends' after her former co-star posted an Instagram condolence message following the death of Cattrall's brother. It was explained in the series premiere that Samantha had moved to London after falling out with Carrie, with the Season 1 premiere finding Carrie reaching out to Samantha via text, making plans to meet in person and reconcile. Samantha's return came in the form of a phone call to Carrie in the season two finale.
