PXG's Hellcat ZT putter brings Zero Torque tech to a blade design with classic looks and added stability.
Gear: PXG Hellcat ZT putter
Price: $249.99
Specs: Metal injection molded 303 stainless head, Pyramid Face Pattern, 4-degrees of loft with built-in 1-degree forward press.
Available: Now on PXG.com, PXG Retail Stores, and through PXG master fitters
Who it's for: Golfers who prefer a classic blade-style putter and want enhanced stability, consistency, and face control offered by zero-torque designs.
What you need to know: PXG's Hellcat ZT brings zero torque technology to a traditional blade design at the most accessible price yet in PXG's premium putter lineup.
The Deep Dive: PXG's putter lineup has been evolving steadily over the past year, driven largely by the company's proprietary zero torque offerings that aim to simplify the putting stroke. The Allan and the Bat Attack ZT keep the face square without manipulation. Now, with the release of the PXG Hellcat ZT, PXG is bringing that tech to a classic blade-style head at a price point that's more in line with mass-market offerings than premium, boutique clubs.
If you've followed PXG's ZT journey, you know it started with the Allan ZT, a mid-mallet that debuted last summer, combining clean looks with that same anti-torque benefit for players who prefer a more compact head. Then came the Bat Attack ZT, a re-engineered mallet inspired by one of PXG's most distinctive head shapes. Now, the Hellcat ZT, a blade, completes the trifecta, delivering the same tech in a shape favored by players who value simplicity and a more traditional look.
Precision milled from 303 stainless steel using a Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process, the Hellcat ZT offers a streamlined aesthetic, clean lines, and no adjustable weights to fuss with. The Pyramid Face Pattern — a staple of PXG putters — provides a consistent roll and feel across the face. According to PXG, the pyramids normalize ball speed across the face, so mis-hits roll out straight and nearly as far as well-struck putts, for enhanced distance control.
PXG's S-hosel design gives the club toe-up balance, enhancing stability and reducing twisting. This is the same patented hosel approach that PXG employed in the Bat Attack ZT and Allan ZT models.
One of the subtle engineering details in the Hellcat ZT is the built-in forward press. While the putter is measured at 4 degrees of loft, the forward press effect effectively reduces that to a playing loft of 3 degrees, which can help produce a smoother roll without the golfer having to make a deliberate forward-pressing motion during the stroke.
The Hellcat ZT comes standard with a 34-inch chrome shaft and PXG's Slant 1.5 grip, but like other PXG products, it's available for custom fitting to match individual needs. Right- and left-handed options are offered.
For those who've wanted to experiment with torque-reducing technology without committing to a mallet or mid-mallet — or the higher prices typically associated with PXG — the Hellcat ZT could be the gateway. And with the Hellcat joining the Allan and Bat Attack, PXG has quietly built a comprehensive ZT putter lineup that covers all head shapes.

People drowning in debt are turning to ChatGPT for help: ‘I need to do something about it'

Jenn Allan, a realtor from Delaware, found herself in a ton of debt a few years ago, but with the help of AI — she's managed to pay off half of it. She began posting her journey to being debt-free on her TikTok account @_jenn.allan, back in October 2024, but it wasn't until she turned to ChatGPT for help that her debt started to rapidly decrease. After enduring what she called a 'traumatic birth' back in 2023 that landed her daughter in the NICU, Allan quickly racked up $23,000 in credit card debt when she was forced to take a break from work due to severe postpartum depression, according to the Daily Mail. Advertisement The mom found herself in a ton of debt, just a few years ago. TikTok/@_jenn.allan Feeling desperate, Allan turned to AI for some help. The mom sent the following prompt to the chatbot: 'I am in credit card debt, I don't know how much credit card debt I am in but I need to do something about it and I don't know where to start,' according to the outlet. Advertisement The bot suggested Allan organize herself by creating a 'debt repayment tracker in Google Sheets' to figure out how much money she was in the hole for. From there, every day for a month, she was to complete a new task to help her pay back some of the owed money. Breaking it down into a 30-day challenge also helps debt repayment seem less daunting, Allan said. Kittiphan – 'Some of the ideas actually made me money right away — and [overall it] kept me accountable every day,' she told the Daily Mail. Advertisement In addition to her 30-day challenge, ChatGPT helped her learn about new side hustles she could take on for extra cash. It also provided her with meal ideas so she could cook at home more. After putting in the work with help from her trusty AI tool — the 35-year-old managed to pay off $12,000 of her debt, as of July 2025. And she isn't the only one following this method to become debt-free. Advertisement TikTok user @ shared in one of her videos that she has a goal to pay off $26,503 in debt in just 9 months, with the help of ChatGPT. 'Being debt-free is the dream. Being financially free is the dream and doing it as fast as possible is the goal,' she said in one of her videos. The content creator revealed that with a simple prompt to the chatbot, she has managed to already knock off over $2,000.

Woman says ChatGPT helped her pay off over $11K in debt

A woman says she turned to artificial intelligence and used ChatGPT for help with paying off thousands of dollars of debt. Realtor and content creator Jennifer Allan started a 30-day ChatGPT challenge that she shared in a TikTok video series. "Everyday, I'm asking for one task to make money to pay down my $23,000 in credit card debt," Allan explained in one video post. Over a month, the wife and mother said she made over $11,000 and paid off $12,078.93 of her $23,000 debt. Allan credits ChatGPT for helping her get disciplined about reaching her goal, even if the AI tool gave her some quirky suggestions. "I went from not looking at [my debt] at all to, you know, being in it every day," said Allan. ChatGPT gave Allan many recommendations, including one unexpected idea that went viral. "It told me to put my total debt number, to the $23,000, on a watermelon in Sharpie ... and auction it off on eBay as 'debt art,'" Allan said in a TikTok post. That post went viral, reaching over 2 million views. In a follow-up video post, Allan explained that she had taken a photo of the watermelon with the $23,000 written on it and then later, auctioned off the photo for $51. But other ChatGPT answers were much more fruitful for Allan, including one idea to search for money she may have forgotten about in apps she had on her phone. "I went searching through my phone and I found on Venmo I had $100.80 that was sitting there," Allan explained in another video post. Allan also said the journey helped her re-discover other money sources she hadn't thought about in awhile. "My husband was actually like, 'Oh, didn't we have a brokerage account?'" Allan recalled. "There's $10,200 sitting in this account that is available. Like I could literally cry right now," she said in a TikTok video. Allan said nearly half of her credit card debit has been paid off so far. Although Allan's method worked for her, some financial experts like Noelle Carter, president and CEO of Parachute Credit Counseling, warn ChatGPT and AI should be treated as a tool and not a solution. "AI can be a powerful assistant to come up with ideas, but, you know, certainly not a substitute for human expertise or critical thinking," Carter said. Other experts also encouraged people to only spend within their means so as to avoid debt completely. "A lot of people are dealing with diminished savings and rising debt, so they may not be in a position to make a big purchase or put together a large stockpile," Ted Rossman, a senior industry analyst at Bankrate, told ABC News previously. "Take the long view. It might make more sense to drive your existing car for a bit longer or live with the old kitchen cabinets another year or two."
