Versace exhibition to feature pieces worn by Princess Di, Kate Moss
The "Gianni Versace Retrospective," held at Arches London Bridge, will also showcase pieces worn by the likes of Naomi Campbell, George Michael, and Liz Hurley, many of which have never been displayed before, when it opens on 16th July.
It will also explore how Versace's work was inspired by London and his friendships with Elton John and Diana, featuring 21 collections from Spring/Summer 1988 to Autumn/Winter 1997-1998 on display.

"As a genius of his time, it's fascinating to see these incredible collections assembled under the curved arches of the venue.
"Gianni Versace ties to so much in modern culture, and his legacy is enduring—a mark of a talented designer.
"Versace was a pioneer in collaborative art, something that is commonplace these days. The crossover between fashion, music, pop culture, fine art, antiquities, sculpture, and the rise of the supermodel is all encapsulated in his work.
"The biggest collection of vintage Versace to ever visit the UK will give visitors a kaleidoscopic view of the 90s. It's not to be missed."
Tickets will go on general sale on 21st May, with a pre-sale being held beforehand.
Versace was murdered in 1997, leaving his sister Donatella to shape the brand's modern identity. She stepped down from her role as chief creative officer in March this year, being replaced by Dario Vitale.
In recent years, the brand has created designs beloved by the likes of Dua Lipa, Angelina Jolie, and Sabrina Carpenter.
Versace is celebrated as an iconic fashion designer combining bold colours and classical art elements. He significantly impacted popular culture by collaborating with celebrities and supermodels, helping to elevate their status. The Medusa logo symbolizes the brand's allure, reflecting Versace's love for mythology. Chaka Khan pays tribute to Quincy Jones at Montreux Jazz Festival
Singer Chaka Khan has paid tribute to producer Quincy Jones and described him as "one of the most amazing men on the planet" during the opening night of Montreux Jazz Festival. The 72-year-old, best known for her hit song "I'm Every Woman,"opened the 59th edition of the Swiss music festival on the Lake Stage on Friday with a homage to the 28-time Grammy winner who died las tyear aged 91. The tribute, titled "To Q With Love," saw Khan joined by special guests who worked with Jones, including Grammy-winning singer Siedah Garrett who helped co-write Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror,"and was a frequent collaborator with the late producer in the 1980sand 1990s. Khan said: "This here tonight is a tribute to one of the most amazing men on the planet and in music. "As a father, a grandfather, an uncle, he was many things to me, and I know in your heart of hearts, where your music part lives, that he's part of it. "So, we're gonna' do a little tribute - no a big tribute actually -to Quincy Jones." The singer had also appeared on the Montreux stage as part of a 2008tribute to Jones for his 75th birthday. She opened on Friday with some of her classic singles including "This Is My Night" and "Everlasting Love" before performing renditions of songs produced by Jones, including "Give Me The Night," "You Put A Move On My Heart" and "Rock with You." Before performing "Man In The Mirror," Garrett said: "This song changed my life. This song has opened so many doors, has allowed me to be on this stage tonight honouring the late, great, Quincy DelightJ ones. "(Quincy) was looking for one more song to round up the 'Bad' album,so Glen (Ballard) and I wrote this song and Michael loved it and recorded it." Singer-songwriter Lalah Hathaway also took to the stage with American singer Rahsaan Patterson and British star Mica Paris. Artist floods Avignon with thousands upon thousands of glass beads
French sculptor Jean-Michel Othoniel has transformed the southern French city of Avignon into a dazzling installation with thousands of hand-blown glass beads. Not even the artist himself knows exactly how many beads were used. Othoniel says he has realised his most comprehensive and ambitious project to date for Avignon. Under the title "Cosmos or the Ghosts of Love," the 61-year-old is exhibiting his work at ten locations in the historic city, including chapels, museums, and public spaces, according to the organisers. The exhibition began on Saturday and will continue until 4 January 2026. Othoniel is showing a total of 240 works, 160 of which are being exhibited in France for the first time. The centrepiece is the city's famous medieval papal palace. Othoniel is exhibiting in 15 halls and chapels of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the former bedroom of the pope. Particularly monumental is the 10-metre-high astrolabe – a historical instrument for determining the positions of stars – which towers over the palace's courtyard of honour. Equally spectacular is the giant sculpture on the world-famous Saint Bénézet bridge. Othoniel, internationally known for his playful, poetic glass bead sculptures, made a name for himself at Documenta IX in 1992 – at that time with organic forms made of sulphur – before beginning his collaboration with the glass-blowers of Murano in Italy.—dpa

Banksy reveals lighthouse image in undisclosed location
Banksy has put an image of a lighthouse and the words "I want to be what you see in me" in an undisclosed location. The image on his Instagram has two older people walking their two dogs near the artwork, which is in black and white with the lighthouse tower shining outwards. Another picture shows a blurred person riding a scooter and a graffiti tag close by the artwork. The Bristol graffiti artist has seen his works fetch millions at auction, and led to speculation over his identity. The latest work, revealed on Thursday, has a tag that seems to say"Yaze," which is the mark used by Canadian graffiti artist Yaze, who also goes by the name Marco The Polo and cites Banksy as an inspiration. The quote used by Banksy could also have been taken from a song by Tennessee-based country band Lonestar, called "Softly," which features the lyric: "I want to be what you see in me. I want to love you the way that you love me." Online speculation has claimed that the new piece could be in French city Marseille, a location where French street artist Invader has brought his pixelated style. Last year, London saw a swathe of animal-themed Banksy works including a rhino seemingly mounting a silver Nissan Micra, two elephant silhouettes with their trunks stretched out towards each other, and three monkeys that looked as though they were swinging ona bridge. Since putting one of a gorilla lifting the shutter at London Zoo, Banksy has also posted another image, of a Madonna with baby Jesus and what looks like a bullet hole.
