Hajjah Security Department holds event on Wilayah Day anniversary
The Security Department of Hajjah province organized a speech event on Monday to commemorate Wilayah Day.
During the event, Hajjah Governor Ahmed Al-Akhfash emphasized that the nation's lack of understanding of the concept of Wilayat al-Amr (Guardianship of the Islamic Authority) in Islam has made it vulnerable to oppressive rulers and tyrants, leading to subjugation under Jewish and Christian dominion.
He clarified that Tawalli (allegiance) is not merely a sectarian slogan but a practical commitment that embodies loyalty in both words and actions. True Tawalli, he explained, translates the principles of the divine message into practical reality and ethical behavior. He stressed that Tawalli is not about empty slogans or emotional stances, nor does it imply stagnation or passivity—rather, it is a state of awareness and engagement with all the nation's issues from a Quranic perspective.
The event was attended by the province's Mobilization Official, Hamoud Al-Maghribi. Hajjah Security Director Brigadier General Hassan Al-Qasimi attributed Yemen's current dignity and pride to sincere allegiance to Allah, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), and Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
He emphasized the importance of rebuilding the nation's collective identity based on loyalty to Allah, His Messenger, and the Imam—guided by the banners of righteousness—rather than on nationalism, sectarianism, partisanship, or regionalism.
He further noted that the Holy Quran ties the fate of the nation to its adherence to the guardianship of Allah. The nation loses the effectiveness of its divine message and falls into darkness whenever the correct concept of Wilayah—as defined by the Quran, the primary source for understanding it—is absent.

Arrangements for June salary starts at finance ministry
Sana'a - Saba: The two Ministries of Finance and of Civil Service and Administrative Development have begun issuing financial reinforcements for June 2025 salaries for public service units covered by the monthly disbursement list, in accordance with the State Employees' Salary Provision Program, which stems from the Exceptional Mechanism Law for Providing State Employees' Salaries and Repaying Small Depositors. The two ministries clarified in a joint statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the reinforcements were issued through the Ministry of Finance to the Central Bank of Yemen, and through it to the General Postal Authority and the Cooperative Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank), according to the lists issued by the Ministry of Civil Service. The statement indicated that this is being done with the direct supervision of the President of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, and Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahwi. The statement reiterated the Government of Change and Construction's commitment to monthly disbursements in accordance with what was previously announced in accordance with the exceptional mechanism law. The statement noted that the exceptional mechanism for providing employee salaries and repaying small depositors represents exceptional, temporary solutions. It emphasized that this does not exempt the countries participating in the aggression against our country from paying salaries and compensation to all public service employees harmed by the aggressor countries that control oil and gas revenues, which previously covered the salary bill. Jordan: No Israeli sovereignty over Al-Aqsa Mosque
Amman – Saba: The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan affirmed on Sunday that Israel has no sovereignty over the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Noble Sanctuary (Al-Haram Al-Sharif). The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned the storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Noble Sanctuary by the so-called Israeli National Security Minister, the extremist criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir, today under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, according to the Jordanian News Agency (Petra). In an official statement by the ministry's spokesperson, Ambassador Dr. Sufyan Al-Qudah, the ministry described this incursion as a blatant violation of international law and international humanitarian law, an unacceptable provocation, and a condemnable escalation. It stressed that Israel has no sovereignty over the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Noble Sanctuary. Al-Qudah reiterated that the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, with its entire area of 144 dunams, is a place of worship exclusively for Muslims. He emphasized that the Quds Awqaf Council and the Department of Al-Aqsa Mosque Affairs, under Jordan's Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs, and Holy Sites, is the sole legal authority responsible for managing the affairs of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Noble Sanctuary, including regulating entry. Jordan absolutely rejects and strongly condemns the continued incursions by the extremist criminal minister Ben-Gvir and the facilitation by the Israeli occupation police of repeated raids by settlers into Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Noble Sanctuary. These actions constitute a blatant violation of the historical and legal status quo of the mosque and the sanctuary, an attempt to impose temporal and spatial division, and a desecration of its sanctity. Al-Qudah warned of the consequences of these ongoing provocative and illegal violations against Islamic and Christian holy sites in Quds. He called on Israel, as the occupying power, to halt all provocative actions by the extremist minister Ben-Gvir, which reflect the continued extremist policies of the Israeli government aimed at escalating tensions, imposing unilateral measures in the occupied West Bank, and violating the sanctity of Islamic and Christian holy sites in occupied Quds. Revolution Leader exposes networks of complicity... A speech that holds regimes accountable & mobilizes the people
Sana'a – Saba: Report: Jameel Al-Qashm The speech of the Revolution Leader, His Eminence Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, came at a pivotal moment—reshaping public consciousness regarding the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza and precisely exposing Arab complicity in supporting the Zionist entity. Laden with political, religious, and cultural messages, the speech affirmed that the stance against aggression is inseparable from the Ummah's position between the camp of betrayal and the path of jihad. The speech presented a profound Quranic analysis, linking the treachery of internal actors with the crimes of external forces, and compelling the people to rise without delay. It laid out a strategic vision that keeps resistance at the core of action while dismantling all justifications that contradict dignity and belonging. Sayyed Al-Houthi began with a precise diagnosis of the current phase, where betrayal manifests through economic, military, and political channels. He exposed how some Arab regimes align with the Zionist project, masking their subservience to Washington and Tel Aviv as political pragmatism. The Revolution Leader highlighted bitter realities behind the scenes of Arab-Israeli relations—from fueling warplanes and securing trade routes to hosting Zionist delegations under the guise of "normalization." These regimes, he declared, have become direct tools in supporting the machinery of killing and genocide. Transitioning to a call for mass mobilization, Sayyed Al-Houthi emphasized that the initiative remains in the hands of the people. He rejected the notion that their silence is inevitable, attributing it instead to decades of media deception and indoctrination. The speech sharply criticized mosques, educational institutions, and media platforms for being weaponized as tools of pacification rather than mobilization. Their silence amid massacres, he argued, exposes a disgraceful detachment from the Ummah's causes. Al-Azhar Al-Sharif faced direct critique for its rapid retreat after an initial statement—a moment that revealed the moral bankruptcy of some venerable religious institutions. This critique, however, was framed as a call for reform, not condemnation. With Quranic verses as his foundation, the Leader warned of divine retribution for inaction, reminding listeners that divine punishment awaits the negligent—in this life before the hereafter. He redefined jihad as a holistic duty: political, cultural, and media resistance against the Zionist project, which seeks to dismantle the Ummah's identity and plunder its resources. Celebrating Gaza's steadfastness, Sayyed Al-Houthi declared it an open lesson in patience, resistance, and honor—a living rebuke to all who have abandoned it. He condemned attempts to silence resistance voices and distort the image of mujahideen as among the most dangerous forms of collusion. The speech exposed the deep entanglement between political complicity and economic support, detailing how trade, oil, and transit routes directly fund the enemy. A carefully managed network of interests, he revealed, binds some regimes to the Zionist entity, transforming their inaction into a full-fledged project of occupation support. In closing, the Leader issued an open call to the Resistance Axis, urging unity and mass alignment with fronts of steadfastness. He reaffirmed Yemen's unwavering support for Palestine—politically and on the ground—as part of the Arab and Islamic battle for honor. The speech left no room for neutrality, demanding every party choose: stand with the oppressed or be counted among the betrayers. In its entirety, the speech stands as a manifesto of clarity—a Quranic and moral compass for the era. It realigns the struggle with its religious and historical dimensions, holding each actor accountable for their choices with unflinching boldness and balance.
