Mahwit - Saba: An oratory event was held in Al-Mahwit Province to commemorate Wilayah Day, organized by Al-Mahwit University in coordination with the Education and Scientific Research Sector, Human Rights, and Literacy Programs. During the event, Al-Mahwit province Deputy Ali Abdulkarim and Dr. Ali Al-Awadhi, Vice President of Al-Mahwit University for Student Affairs, emphasized the importance of reviving this occasion to draw lessons from the life of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) and to adopt sincere and serious loyalty as a methodology to confront the tyranny of arrogant powers. Two events held by Zakat Authority Branch & Jiblah University to commemorate Wilayah Day in Ibb
Ibb - Saba: The branch of the Zakat Authority in Ibb Province organized a cultural event on Sunday to commemorate Wilayah Day, the auspicious Eid al-Ghadir, under the slogan "For whomsoever I am his Mawla, Ali is his Mawla." During the event, Sheikh Muqbil Al-Kadhi, a member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, emphasized that sincere and practical allegiance to the Wilayah (guardianship) of Imam Ali guarantees the dignity of this nation. He pointed out that following the divine Wilayah protects the nation from aligning with its enemies, the Jews and Christians. Al-Kadhi reviewed the events at Ghadir Khumm, where a massive gathering of Muslims witnessed a solemn scene during the Prophet's (PBUH) return from the Farewell Pilgrimation, under divine command. Hajjah Security Department holds event on Wilayah Day anniversary
Hajjah - Saba: The Security Department of Hajjah province organized a speech event on Monday to commemorate Wilayah Day. During the event, Hajjah Governor Ahmed Al-Akhfash emphasized that the nation's lack of understanding of the concept of Wilayat al-Amr (Guardianship of the Islamic Authority) in Islam has made it vulnerable to oppressive rulers and tyrants, leading to subjugation under Jewish and Christian dominion. He clarified that Tawalli (allegiance) is not merely a sectarian slogan but a practical commitment that embodies loyalty in both words and actions. True Tawalli, he explained, translates the principles of the divine message into practical reality and ethical behavior. He stressed that Tawalli is not about empty slogans or emotional stances, nor does it imply stagnation or passivity—rather, it is a state of awareness and engagement with all the nation's issues from a Quranic perspective.
