Waiter told us 'someone smells lovely' after I wore DKNY perfume - get it for £5
There are few better compliments you can get than being told 'you smell good'. That's what happened to me at dinner on holiday when the waiter came to serve our table and said 'someone smells lovely'. Three days before, I had treated myself to a new DKNY perfume at Heathrow duty free, which was the culprit for the compliment.
Not only do I recommend the fresh, floral smell of the Be Delicious Fresh Blossom, but I've found a way to beat the £20 price I paid for it, and chop a further £15 off. A nifty deal stack drops the long-lasting perfume down to only £5.
Listed at the same rate I paid at the airport, Superdrug sells the 30ml for £20. The shopping tip comes in with TopCashback, anyone who buys the eau de parfum through the money-saving site's link will bag money back into their account, which is what drops the price down to a few pounds.
Described as 'floreal' the DKNY scent is one of the brand's most iconic smells, less sharp than its original Green Apple one, but still displayed in its distinct apple-like bottle. The design and smell has been around for decades, from the early 2000s.

Product Description
This is the first time I've personally tried the sweeter and more subtle Blossom eau de parfum. I am a repeat buyer of the original DKNY Be Delicious scent, which can be found at The Perfume Shop from £47.
I buy a bottle for myself each time I see it on offer. It just happens this time at Heathrow's sale rack there wasn't the original green apple scent.
Instead, the Be Delicious Blossom resembles a pink lady apple, and is a lot fresher, in my opinion. The only flaw I've found in the two weeks I've had it, is the design of the bottle. Unlike other scents, the lid on this one is much harder to open.
With notes of grapefruit and apricot, a few sprays lasted me all evening without being too overpowering. It's also one of those perfumes where if you spray on clothes, the next day when popping away or in the wash the smell will linger.
I'm not the only person to love the scent. On the review section of Superdrug's site it says that '95% of commenters would recommend this to a friend.' One person said: "This is a regular perfume purchase. Sometimes for myself, sometimes as a gift.
"Perfect fragrance for spring/summer. Never regret it." Another shopper highlighted the durability of the scent, and said: "At the time of purchase this was such a good price. Bought as a perfume for work - fresh smell and lasts all day. Would buy again."
I've found the perfume to last a long time when wearing it, a couple of spritz on my wrists and neck lasts me all day. However, not all the commenters at Superdrug agreed. "It fades quickly but, I am happy I tried DKNY. I prefer DKNY Nectar Love", said one shopper.
The scent the above shopper pointed out, DKNY Nectar Love, can be bought at Amazon for £29.95 for a 100ml. As the name suggests, this perfume is a much sweeter option and has hints of honey throughout.

Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely perfume slashed to £2.40 in Superdrug deal stack
Perfume enthusiasts can grab a 100ml bottle of a popular 'summer' fragrance for less than £2.50 as part of a clever deal stack this weekend. Normally priced at £18, shoppers can bag the scent for £2.40, with customers praising it as 'great value for money'. While Sarah Jessica Parker is perhaps most recognised for her leading role in the Sex and the City series, her Lovely perfume is one of the most acclaimed in the budget fragrance category. A 200ml bottle of the scent has reportedly sold more than 3,000 times for £23 on Amazon in the past month. However, Superdrug shoppers can currently get a 100ml bottle plus a 15ml travel spray for £2.40 when they purchase the set via TopCashback. The money-saving site is offering new members a £15 sign-up bonus when they spend at least £15. New customers to both TopCashback and Superdrug will receive a £15 new member bonus plus additional cashback, meaning the bottle will effectively cost £2.40 after cashback. For existing TopCashback customers, it would be £17.40 after cashback. Elsewhere, some other affordable under-£30 perfumes include the Calvin Klein Eternity Moment for Women Eau de Parfum 50ml, which was £59 but is currently £29.50 at Boots. The bottle features notes of bergamot, white lily, and white rose finish with spicy tones of sandalwood, reports the Mirror. Usually £66, Vera Wang Princess for Women Eau de Toilette 100ml has been reduced to £26. It's described as a 'sheer, fruity floral perfume' with notes of vanilla, exotic flowers and fruits. The Sarah Jessica Parker fragrance, which features notes of lavender, orange, bergamot, patchouli and woody undertones, has been praised as 'gorgeous' by customers at Superdrug and The Perfume Shop. One remarked: "It's great value for money and such a cute packaging bonus that it comes with little spray bottle which can be kept in the purse. "This is so beautiful and it lasts a long time on the skin," penned another, whilst a third commented: "My go to, I always have to have this in my collection. It never gets old. It's more of a spring/summer scent." Nevertheless, one shopper felt slightly disappointed. They noted: "Thought it would have a better fragrance and it didn't last as long as I thought it would." A fifth remarked: "This is my go to that I have in summer/in my collection always. Timeless and smells so fresh, floral and has personality."
