In a fan-captured video posted to Pop Crave, the duo started a hilarious bit as Sabrina called on them in the crowd. Once the cameras panned on them, they started doing Charli XCX's 'Apple' dance, to which Sabrina playfully quipped, 'So it's close, that's just a different show.'
There are layers to this joke, people! ICYMI, Charli does some similar crowd work at her concerts, and Clairo was chosen as the 'Apple' girl during one of her Brooklyn shows back in May.
The 'Manchild' hitmaker then kept the bit going and referenced the infamous 'Clairo shade' joke that's made its rounds online.
'Ayo, I'm feeling you so hard,' Sabrina said before realizing she unintentionally left Clairo out. She continued, 'Sorry about the Clairo shade, I'm kidding. Claire, I love you too.'
The love didn't stop there. Sabrina also shared a sweet black-and-white photo of the pair in her latest Instagram photo dump, where she wrote, 'To my sweet 'Juno' girls @clairo @ayoedebiri I'm looking forward to our life together 🤍.'
Another Ayo and Clairo collab—even in the form of a deliciously chaotic concert cameo—is just what we needed. They go way back, as the 'Sofia' singer reflected on her friendship with Ayo during her Seventeen cover interview in April.
