Allocations for May salary getting prepared according to exceptional plan

Sana'a - Saba: The Ministries of Finance and Civil Service and Administrative Development confirmed the commencement of issuing financial reinforcements for May 2025 salaries to public service units included in the monthly disbursement list, in accordance with the State Employee Salary Replenishment Program, which stems from the Law on the Exceptional Mechanism for Providing State Employee Salaries and Repaying Small Depositors. The two ministries explained in a joint statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the reinforcements were issued through the Central Bank of Yemen, and through it to the General Postal Authority and the Cooperative Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank), according to the lists issued by the Ministry of Civil Service. The statement indicated that this is being done with the direct supervision of the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, and the Prime Minister, Ahmed Al-Rahwi. The statement reiterated the Government of Change and Construction's commitment to monthly disbursements in accordance with what was previously announced in accordance with the Law on the Exceptional Mechanism. The statement noted that the exceptional mechanism for providing employee salaries and repaying small depositors represents exceptional, temporary solutions. It emphasized that this does not exempt the countries participating in the aggression against our country from paying salaries and compensation to all public service employees affected by the aggressor states that control oil and gas revenues, which previously covered the salary bill.
