Tiger Shroff On Working With Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty: ‘Meri Aukaat Nahi...'
Tiger Shroff recently gave a pleasant surprise to his father, Jackie Shroff, with his unexpected appearance at the trailer launch of the veteran actor's upcoming web series, Hunter Season 2. Co-starring Suniel Shetty, the show is scheduled to be released on July 24 on Amazon MX Player. The event was indeed filled with some fun moments and candid revelations by the actors. During a conversation, Tiger also opened up about his thoughts on sharing the screen space with Suniel and his father.
The actor said, 'Meri aukaat nahin hai. I don't want to share screen space with Dad or Suniel uncle. They are two towering personalities."
Furthermore, the actor also lauded Suniel and Jackie's screen presence saying, 'Action karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. They've reached a point where all they have to do is stand and walk. That is more than enough." About his father, the Baaghi actor shared, 'Whether it's the director, family members, or an unknown individual, he's just the same with everyone. That's what makes him so great."
Coming back to the show, in Hunter Season 2, Suniel Shetty's character, ACP Vikram Sinha, is on a mission to save his daughter, who has been kidnapped by a mysterious villain known as The Salesman, played by Jackie Shroff. The season delves deeper into Vikram's past and personal struggles as he navigates a complex world of crime and corruption. The story is described as a father's journey to reunite with his daughter, filled with pain, love, sacrifice and redemption.
Apart from them, the show also features Esha Deol, Barkha Bisht, Rahul Dev, Karanvir Sharma and Mihir Ahuja in significant roles.
Talking about Tiger, he recently wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming action thriller, Baaghi 4, co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa and Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu. Directed by A Harsha and backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is slated to hit the big screens on September 5.
It will be facing a big box office clash with Vivek Agnihotri's upcoming project, The Bengal Files.
Besides this, the actor will also reportedly share the screen space with actress Janhvi Kapoor in the upcoming romantic drama, Lag Jaa Gale. However, an official announcement is still awaited.
