Made in Chelsea couple announce pregnancy weeks after split speculation

Daily Record29-05-2025
The reality stars are expecting their second child, just weeks after they discussed going through a 'rough patch' on the show.
Two Made in Chelsea stars have announced that they are expecting a baby, just weeks after they were seen emotionally talking about their relationship on the reality show. Maeva D'Ascanio, 32, has revealed that she's expecting another baby with her husband James Taylor, 30.
The Made in Chelsea couple shared the news on Instagram yesterday, joined by their two-year-old son Beau, reported The Mirror. Maeva shared a video of the family posing in the couple's bedroom with photos of her ultrasound.

Beau was seen kissing his mother's baby bump in another clip that featured in the post, and Maeva and her son were seen wearing matching pyjamas in the wholesome pictures. James cradled her tummy in one of the photos, whilst his wife held Beau in her arms.

In her caption, Maeva wrote: "We can't wait to meet you pretty little girl." She added in a follow-up post: "Little sister on the way." James, who also shared the news on his page, teased to fans: "Mayhem now and more of it to come."
The news has prompted an outpouring of well wishes, including from some of their co-stars. Livvy Barker wrote: "So happy for you guys." Yasmine Zweegers said: "Congratulations."

Ruby Adler wrote beside heart emojis: "Omg!!!!" and Sam Prince also reacted to the news with heart emojis. Reza Amiri-Garroussi wrote in the comments section: "Congrats guys wow!"
Some fans however shared their surprise over the news, including due to Maeva and James having opened up about struggling in their marriage on the latest series of Made in Chelsea.

Some fans noted that the show is filmed in advance of airing, whilst others shared that they were excited to hear that the couple's relationship now appears to be going well again.
Maeva and James were seen speaking about marital problems in scenes that aired on the E4 show on May 5.
Maeva was seen in tears on a double date with Tristan Phipps and Julia Pollard.

James told the other couple whilst all out together: "We're struggling at the minute. We're going through like a tough patch." Discussing the relationship, he shared: "We try and communicate but we find it hard with each other."
Maeva, who was visibly upset, questioned: "We just can't stand each other anymore, huh?" Sharing her thoughts, she said: "There's love but love is not enough sometimes. I think we love each other but we don't like each other."

Her husband James said at one point: "The daily grind is getting to both of us." Speaking about their marriage, Maeva also said: "It hurts to make effort with each other."
And she then ended up leaving the double date in the scene.
James later told Tristan: "I don't know how Maeva and I have got to this point, but, yeah, this is the lowest we've ever been. She threatened to leave the other day."

He suggested that "drifting apart" was the issue but said they would be going away to Italy to "spend some quality time together".
More recently, James suggested that they were moving forward and had grown closer again. He shared that Maeva told him she had "fallen back in love" with him whilst on their trip abroad.
He added: "It worked."

The moon, Saturn, Halley's Comet all completely blew my mind as a kid. 'When I decided to call the album Eye To The Telescope, I thought I'd have a go at writing a title track. 'What I began writing was so delicate, and I felt that a title track of a first album surely had to be a banger, so I abandoned it. Ozzy Osbourne's death certificate reveals incredible job title listed

Black Sabbath icon Ozzy Osbourne died aged 76 on July 22, surrounded by his wife Sharon and his children, and the rock legend's cause of his death was recently revealed Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death was recently revealed after he died aged 76 last month. The Black Sabbath icon passed away on July 22, surrounded by his wife, Sharon, and children. ‌ The musician had been battling ill-health in recent years, with him and his wife openly speaking about their health woes. The star was determined to make it to Villa Park for his final performance just days before he died. On Tuesday, it was revealed the Prince of Darkness died following an out-of- hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction (joint causes). ‌ Amazingly, under his occupation, he was listed as "Songwriter, Performer and Rock Legend." It comes after Sharon Osbourne broke down in tears at Ozzy's funeral in heartbreaking scenes. ‌ An acute myocardial infarction occurs when the blood flow to the heart is blocked, often by a blood clot, causing damage to the muscles of the heart. Symptoms include pain in the chest, including pressure, heaviness, tightness or squeezing, pain in other parts of the body, including the arm, jaw, neck, back and stomach, lightheadedness, sweating, shortness of breath and feeling sick. ‌ On Monday evening, his daughter Kelly, who recently got engaged at his final-ever concert, paid tribute to her late father in a sweet post shared on Instagram. The star, who featured in The Osbourne's with her parents, wrote: "I've sat down to write this a hundred times and still don't know if the words will ever feel like enough... but from the bottom of my heart, thank you. ‌ "The love, support, and beautiful messages I've received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life. Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain." She continued: "Grief is a strange thing—it sneaks up on you in waves-I will not be ok for a while-but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference. "I'm holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind. Thank you for being there. I love you all so much." ‌ Before Ozzy's private funeral at the family's Buckinghamshire estate, the family, including Sharon, Aimee, Kelly, Jack and Ozzy's son from a previous marriage, Louis, joined fans in Birmingham to pay their respects. Broad Street, where there is a Black Sabbath bridge and bench, was adorned by flowers, with fans sobbing as Ozzy's coffin drove down the street.
