Taking to Instagram the former EastEnders star gave fans a life update and spoke on her career.
In the one minute clip Martine can be seen in a blue jumper and collared shirt with her hair tied up as she candidly chats to her followers from her car.
She began: 'Hello everybody, I hope you are good, I've just pulled over, I did the school run this morning a bit windswept got the window down just having a hot flush.
'I was looking at my Instagram and I realised that I actually haven't talked to you guys on here, just having a chit chat for such a long time because I've had so much going on and yeah it's been so much change.
'I've still been managing to do my thing and get back to it, I did a show the other night that I am probably its number one fan.
'I'll share more with you about that nearer the time but loved it, loved it. I've been meditating for the universe and I've decided that I really want to do guided meditations and I want to help people.'
Although she didn't spill the beans on her new TV show, fans are excited for the actress's return to the spotlight.
Martine has already had an extensive TV career shooting to fame in the early 90s as Amanda Jones in The Bill.
Arguably one of her best known roles is Tiffany Mitchell in BBC soap EastEnders.
After that she appeared in the likes of Spooks, Agatha Christie's Marple and Echo Beach.
Martine McCutcheon returns to social media after split from husband Jack and reveals 'next chapter'
Martine has also appeared in various shows as herself, including Loose Women, Celebrity Gogglebox and she wowed fans with her amazing voice on The Masked Singer.
Martine has not been as active on social media since her messy divorce with singer Jack McManus.
The couple, who married in Italy back in 2012, split after 18 years together last August.
The break-up shocked fans as it came just days after Martine posted a loved-up birthday tribute to Jack.
The actress revealed they had gone their separate ways to the public with a lengthy statement on Instagram.
Back in December, Martine also revealed on BBC Radio's Woman's Hour that he was the one to call it quits after their marriage came under strain, made worse when she became reclusive.
She was also diagnosed with ADD – but admits she found herself denying the diagnosis to begin with.
She said the decision to split has evolved over time and they are still "finding our new way forward as a family", and asked for privacy at this "difficult time".
Martine sent Jack "all the love, luck and happiness for the next chapter of his life" and said she will be "rooting" for him alongside their son Rafferty.

'Worst show on TV' is ending and its biggest critics are full of regret
And Just Like That… Sex and The City fans will no longer be tormented by its divisive revival. Creator Michael Patrick King has confirmed that And Just Like That, which has regularly been branded 'the worst show on TV',is coming to an end after its third and current season. In a statement shared on Instagram, King wrote: 'And just like that… the ongoing storytelling of the Sex and the City universe is coming to an end. 'While I was writing the last episode of And Just Like That… season 3, it became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop. 'Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale and extended the original series order from 10 episodes to 12. 'SJP and I held off announcing the news until now because we didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season. 'It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their homes and their hearts over these many years.' Despite the relentless backlash and calls for it to be over, viewers who have spent three seasons 'hate-watching' are still absolutely crushed. And Just Like That hater Tom Zohar wrote on X: 'PLEASE I DIDN'T MEAN ALL THE THINGS I SAID ABOUT YOU I LOVE YOU PLEASE DON'T LEAVE.' Another fan who loved to hate-watch, Felipe, tweeted: 'conflicted because the show is objectively terrible but i'd still watch 10 seasons of it.' Pop Culture Instagram account Deuxmoi commented: 'See what happens when you complain!!!!!' Others said they 'felt sick' and were 'devastated' but there was also a large sector of the And Just Like That audience who breathed a sigh of relief. Sex and The City was an instant movement when it launched in 1998, making Carrie Bradshaw (Parker), Miranda Hobbes, (Cynthia Nixon), Charlotte Yorke (Kristin Davis) and Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) four of the most loved women of the decade. Their influence has hardly faltered almost 30 years later. In 2021 the girls were back – well, without Samantha due to Cattrall's fall out with the rest of the cast – in And Just Like That, the reboot so many longed for but never thought would happen. The excitement was unrivalled but soon fizzled out when Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte were criticised for being unrecognisable to the women fans adored and watching Che Diaz (Sara Ramirez) felt like a punishment when we'd all been so patient. The latest series was praised for getting back on track but it also came with bizarre misfires. In one episode, Lisa Todd Wexley's (Nicole Ari Parker) dad died from a stroke. Fans noted that she claimed he'd already died back in season one. Producers did explain the issue, insisting the father mentioned in season one was her stepfather but fans weren't satisfied with the response. Parker shared a series of iconic Carrie moments and said the columnist with the wardrobe worth millions 'dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all.' Davis, who starred as Charlotte for 27 years, wrote: 'I am profoundly sad. I love our whole beautiful cast and crew. 400 artisans working so hard on our show with deep love. 'And to our loyal fans, we love you forever and ever.' And Just Like That is available to stream on NOW. Got a story?
