‘Forever 17:' Funeral for teen Pheobe Bishop
The 17-year-old was last seen on May 15, on her way to Bundaberg Airport to board a flight to visit her boyfriend in Western Australia. She was reported missing the following day.

The trip was a long-awaited reunion with her boyfriend Levi, who had moved across the country following a family tragedy.
Police allege she was murdered by her flatmates James Wood, 34, and Tanika Bromley, 33, on the day she was last seen.
The pair were arrested on June 5 following a failed search to find the missing teen. They were charged with murder and two counts of interfering with a corpse.

A funeral for the teen will be held with her family and friends in Bundaberg before a private cremation at the Springfields Crematorium at Elliott Heads at 2pm on Monday June 30.
Messages have flooded the funeral notice offering their condolences to her family.
'It is so very sad you were taken from life as you were. You will remain forever young in the hearts of all who knew and loved you. May your soul rest peacefully,'one message read.
'My heartfelt condolences to Pheobe's family and friends, a young life cut short senselessly,' another said.

Her family have asked for donations to be made to Pheobe's Go Fund Me page in lieu of flowers, which has already raised $7600.
Tracey Berends organised the tribute on behalf of Ms Bishop's family saying their world was shattered when the bright, kind-hearted and deeply loved young woman was taken from them far too soon.
'Pheobe had a gentle soul and a generous spirit – always caring for others and standing up for what was right,' she told a vigil earlier this month.
'We want her legacy to live on and by paying it forward to the amazing volunteers and community.'
Her mother Kylie Johnson said at the vigil she never expected a situation like that would happen to her.
'Now, unfortunately, we know that she is not going to come home to us,' she said.
'I have no words that could ever, ever describe what the last three-and-a-half weeks … it's just weighed us down.'
'Phee was more than glorious, she was compassionate, she was caring, she was resilient, she was relentless at times.'

It was late on a Friday night when a group of young men — one sporting a cut across his face — urgently knocked on the front door of a southwestern Sydney home, according to court documents. 'It's an emergency,' one of the men declared. Just a short drive away, an empty Mercedes lay flipped on its side, metres away from a severely damaged and smoking Toyota Echo, the bodies of 24-year-old Alina Kauffman and her teenage brother Ernesto inside, according to court documents. Johnson Kokozian, 22, allegedly drove the Mercedes nearly 60km/h above the speed limit before colliding head-on with the Toyota Echo in Heckenberg on September 1, 2023, the two siblings dying following the horror crash. Johnson and his friends allegedly climbed out of the wreckage through the sunroof of the luxury car and showed up at his dad's door, who then proceeded to lie to police and falsely report the Mercedes as stolen. A witness driving a Volkswagen in the area told police the Mercedes got so close to his car at one stage the headlights 'disappeared' from the view of his rear view mirror, the court documents stated. The Mercedes allegedly accelerated before crossing to the wrong side of the road and crashing head on with the Toyota Echo, killing Ms Kauffman and her younger brother and hitting a parked Rav-4, according to court documents. Kagadour asked to be taken to the scene by one of his son's friends, remarking 'it's really bad' upon arriving, court documents reveal. Kagadour later told police he asked his son what was happening over the phone from the scene of the crash 'because people were saying two people were dead'. 'He asked his son if he was involved but his son closed the phone,' court documents stated. Kagadour was then driven to the home of his son's fiancee, Tiana Savignano, where Johnson and one of the passengers of the Mercedes, Cruz Davis-Tuka, were also located. There, Ms Savignano called police and told them she'd been shopping with her father-in-law when his car was stolen, court documents state. When I came back it was stolen.' His son was arrested that afternoon, and Kagadour told police that he wanted to change his statement later that night. 'I'm not saying that, uh, my son innocent or I'm innocent, but I want to make sure everything OK … I don't want to get, uh, involved in, like, you know what I mean. Kagadour was arrested days later on September 6 and in a recorded police interview admitted to lying to the triple-0 operator about the car being stolen. Mr Kokozian's son, Johnson, faces charges including manslaughter, two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, two counts of aggravated dangerous driving causing death, and one count of negligent driving occasioning death. Family's plea after horror fatal crash
The parents of a two-year-old boy who was injured in a horror collision that killed his grandparents have shared their heartache and issued an emotional plea for change. The boy and his grandparents were struck by an out-of-control Toyota Yaris that mounted a kerb in Wantirna South, in Melbourne's east, on July 10. The 59-year-old woma died at the scene, and the 60-year-old man later died in hospital. Their grandson was treated in hospital before being released. The driver of the Toyota, a 91-year-old woman, has been released by police without charge. The car came to rest against a park bench next to a playground. Shots fired into home while kids inside
Two Sydney homes have been targeted in brazen shootings overnight, with shots fired while children and elderly residents were inside. The first home was targeted on Queen St, Croydon Park at about 8pm on Friday. Police were told a person was seen standing out the front and firing two shots from a pistol into the home, before getting into the driver's seat of a white hatchback. A 44-year-old man, three women - aged 40, 51, and 71 - were inside the home with a five-year-old boy and a six-year-old girl at the time. No injuries were reported. The white hatchback was last seen travelling north along Tavistock St, police say. The incident is believed to be targeted. Police are urging members of the public to contact them if they know anything about either of the incidents. Little more than three hours later at about 11.25pm, police received reports of gunshots being fired into a unit in Prairiewood. An 80-year-old woman was inside at the time but was not injured. Police say a white Ford Ranger was seen in the vicinity at the time of the second shooting. It is believed at this stage to have been a case of mistaken identity. There is no evidence at this stage to suggest the Prairiewood shooting is linked to the earlier incident at Croydon Park, according to police.
