Indian-sponsored terrorists eliminated in Balochistan's Duki
Two Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed and two others apprehended by Pakistani security forces during an intelligence-based operation in the Duki district of Balochistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
"On 28 June 2025, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Duki District of Balochistan, on the reported presence of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy, Fitna al Hindustan. During the conduct of operation, own forces effectively engaged the Indian sponsored terrorists' location, and after an intense fire exchange, two Indian sponsored terrorists were sent to hell, while two terrorists were apprehended," said an ISPR news release.
The statement added that weapons, ammunition and explosives were recovered from the Indian-sponsored terrorists, who had been actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the region.
A sanitisation operation is currently underway to clear the area of any remaining threats.
"The security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian sponsored terrorism from the country, and reaffirm the nation's unwavering resolve to bring the perpetrators of terrorism to justice," the statement read.
In response to the operation, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday commended the security forces for their swift and successful action against the Indian-sponsored terrorist network.
The president and the prime minister both lauded the elimination of two terrorists linked to the Fitna al Hindustan group.
According to statement, the president stated that the nation was proud of its security forces for their "professional expertise".
PM Shehbaz echoed this sentiment. "The security forces were acting like bulwark to eradicate terrorism from the country," he stated.

‘Special Muharram Cell' established at Governor House
KARACHI: The Sindh Governor Mohammed Kamran Khan Tessori has announced the establishment of a 'Special Muharram Cell or Control Room' to resolve all the issues including security, electricity, stagnant rainwater and roads in Muharram ul Haram at the Governor House here on Sunday. Talking to media persons after a meeting with Ulema along with Chairman of Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Mohammed Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, the Sindh Governor said that the Governor House is open to all schools of thought to arrange their programs including Majalis, and 12 Rabiul Awwal. He said we have to be away from difference of opinion and have to bring the people at one platform for respect and unity. Tessori said that everyone has to play its role for the development and prosperity of the country. He said that no example is seen in the world like 'Karbala'. Speaking about the recent Indian aggression, he said that Pakistan gave a befitting response to her (India). Replying to a question regarding bumpy roads in the city, the Governor said that they would talk to the administration for the resolution to the problem. He said that a Special Cell is being established for the purpose in the Muharram ul Haram. Chairman of Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Mohammed Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi on the occasion welcomed the announcement of establishing a Special Cell in the Governor House. Ashrafi said that he was against disrespecting to any school of thought. He said that the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) is Hafiz e Quran. He said that the people, who met him out of the country were praising Pakistan for giving a befitting response to India.

‘JI will resist compromise on Kashmir'
RECORDER REPORT: Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has said that if the government and the establishment compromise on Kashmir to appease Trump, the nation will resist. He said the govt & opposition are engaged in politics of personal gain rather than principles and both come together like close allies when it comes to serving their own interests. He said they are united on Bajwa's extension & on increasing their own salaries. In Karachi, establishment prevented JI from having its mayor elected & imposed PPP mayor instead, he said. Those who trade Kashmir for business and dollars will be made a lesson by the nation, he said and added despite being repeatedly deceived by India, the rulers continue to fall for its traps. Hafiz Naeemur Rehman expressed these views during the concluding address at a training session for party workers from Sheikhupura and Nankana districts, held at Mansoorah, Lahore. He said the American stooges have halted work on the Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline, while Iran has already completed its part. Had the rulers truly cared about the people's hardships, the Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline would have been completed by now, and oil would also be imported from Iran, he said. Hafiz Naeemur Rehman stated that mega corruption scandals have already emerged in KP and Punjab, while Sindh has long been self-sufficient in corruption. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the PTI government is in its 12th year, yet there is still no proper rescue system for those who drown in the Swat River. He further said that Emir Jamaat-e-Islami in Indian-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Dr. Abdul Hameed Fayaz, Asiya Andrabi, her ailing husband Qasim Faktoo, Yasin Malik, the ailing Shabir Shah, and hundreds of other leaders of the freedom movement have been imprisoned in Indian jails for years.
